THE WORST PLUMBING COMPANY I HAVE EVER HIRED.I’m a general contractor and always have plumbing jobs, I contacted Peter's Plumbing and my experience with them was the worst I have ever had.I asked them to install a shower pan in two apartments in Downtown Miami and with both jobs we had to ask for inspections more than 8 times because they generated large leaks in the apartments several times affecting the neighbors, I had to assume the cost of repairing the units affected by their negligence and they were never responsible. Not to mention the delays in the projects and legal problems with my clients.

Richard is a class act. Knowledgeable, friendly and well-mannered. He is a true asset to the organization. Provided options that others didn’t. Thanks Richard!!!

Absolutely horrible experience. Still waiting for a call from the owner. Corners were cut significantly that affected the work, as well as the contract. After 5 days, the result is a catastrophe of pipes going in and out of walls. Now I have to find someone that I have to pay to hide the nightmare that they made in my home.

The technician that did the service was on time, professional and informative! The only thing is they charged me on the higher end for a kitchen drain clog. I did not mind paying the price because I have a older home because I was told they give a year warranty before he started the job but after the job was completed another technician informed me they offered no warranty on their service because my home was a older home. From past experiences with other companies, I love companies that offer warranty on service because that majority of the time means they get the job done. Other than that I had a good experience with this company.

I called and made an appointment. No on showed up. No one called. When I called back, they sounded surprised no one showed up. I was told they would call the technician and would call me right back. I never received a call back. Very typical Miami. Find a real plumber.

Jose did a great job! This is my third time using Peters plumbing. He was able to get the job done right away in spite of the pouring rain outside. the job was a return water pipe for the pool that had to be replaced and dug out which wasn't an easy task. Thank you Peters Plumbing.

They essentially tried to play me....and tried to get thousands from myself/insurance company. The first guy they sent out...didn't look for the source of the leak...he just recommended a camera inspection that cost $300.....because he said it was going to be a huge job that would be expensive. It was only the goodwill from second employee they sent out that the job went from thousands to $240 because it turned out to be a small toilet leak. They refused to return the money for a camera inspection i didn't need amd by the way the employee that helped me was let go soon after.......hmmmm.

Probably because we live in a good area so they probably charged differently as soon as they arrive in the property. Really 300$ x2 to change 2 breaker only, and the price on Amazon was 16 dollars each, just don't trust this company at all, I can beleive they have some good reviews!!1000 dollars just for an installation of à new heater of my choice because they wanted to give an entry cheap one instead!!Of course I refused and I had to pay 175$ just for the consultation, which I did to have them out of here asap.To finish this terrible experience the tech left and let me everything open, unreal.Just to avoid at all cost like so many in Miami Beach. So mad at these type of companies.

Michael was the greatest plumber I ever met so kind so sweet so caring so understanding so non judgmental and such a hard working person I have to commend him I will give him 5 stars and I wish I had a son like him it's a good company I chose it 1st of all because it was the same name as my father and I can't say enough good things about Peter's plumbing everybody else wanted to scout me some said 298 some set a 189 and Peter's plumbing did it for far less I'm eternally grateful to their staff and to Mr. Michael and I gonna see him again to do some other stuff underneath my sink thank you very much from the bottom of my heart

Honest, accurate, reliable

I asked to have my septic tank cleaned and emptied while I was home. I wished to see the condition of the tank, since I recently purchased a 1980's house. I was told Peter's plumbing would come on a a day I was not available and photographs would be provided of the work done.The photographs were never provided.When I requested the photographs I was told none were available so they rescheduled to come back.A hole was dug to my tank, and Peters Plumbing left. No safety barrier was installed around the hole. When I called they sent a plumber to install safety cones and caution tape.I saw a second crew came from a different company and pumped the tank.I never received photographs of the work completed.I do not know if Peters plumbing genuinely did the work or not.They sent a representative out to my house for payment, late in the evening a couple of days after they told me they were complete. This seemed overly aggressive to me, an email would have sufficed.My overall impression is this is a very unprofessional group. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you have a need of plumbing services.

I hired them to dig up my driveway and replace 10 ft of pipe instead they came over and dug up my entire backyard not addressing my driveway. They had no scope so they were unable to see what was going on. After they dug up my yard and made a terrible mess they broke a water line that leaked for 5 days until I found it and I have a $500 water bill. I was promised a receipt that would show the leak was their fault for my water company and I never received that. I asked him repeatedly where is their scope so that they could see where the breakage is in my driveway and instead they just kept digging in the backyard. I still have plumbing problems because there's a 10-ft section of pipe in my driveway that has cracks and collapsed in spots. They were pleasant when they were working but obstinate when it came to scoping so that they could find where the crack really was instead they just changed some random pipe in the backyard that did not have a crack. I am not at all happy with this scenario.

I was quoted $450 to pump my septic and $1100 for full service. I was told they would call to schedule which they never did. I had a major expense over the weekend and had to cancel the full service but still wanted to pump the tank. I called early Monday morning to change the service and the sales person (Jose) got upset saying the truck was on the way. The pump truck showed up 4 hours later and did the job, which was fine. I had paid $550 down for the full service and when I tried to get a refund of $100 they said the pumping was $550, not $450. I also wanted to get the lid sealed which did not happen and they never checked the other side of the tank. Needless to say, they won't be called back.

Jose did an excellent job installing the electric tankless water heater. He explained clearly how it works and told me to call if I needed help.

Michael is amazing. He is People friendly, explains all he is doing in a clear, understandable language, is patient and well mannered. He definitely makes your company shine above and beyond. Thank you for your service. Will definitely recommend to family, friends and neighbors.

I gave a 2 star for the simple fact that the communication is non existent. First off I found them on Angie’s list and when I booked them I was told from Peters plumbing that when they come out they would give me an estimate and then if I decided to go with it then cool. A lady came out, looked at what was leaking under my sink and told me a screw was loose on my garbage disposal, charged me $156 for that. I asked why so much if that’s it and she stated $75 for. Service fee. I called, spoke to a manager and was told that I could not get money back ( which I didn’t want money back but was more so the principle) and was told that they do not charge a service fee, but I would get a credit for future services. Fast forward 3 months, my sons shower stopped working so I needed a new moen cartridge. I went out and bought it, and took the shower knob and every thing about, called peters because I had a credit and was told someone’s would be out at such and such time, ok cool, the guy comes and takes a look at it and said it’s a easy fix because I had done everything else, said he would be back the next day around the same time. Next day came and it was a no show, I called and spoke to people in the office and they told me that they were expecting a call from me when I was ready, that was not the case. Anyhow, was told I would be put on the schedule for the following day between 11-1. Next day came and still a no show called once again and was told that I was not even on the schedule. The people that do the work are great people but the people in the office, not so much. Don’t expect good communication. Communication is key and goes along ways.

Professional and fast !

Exceeded expectations. Our 20+ year old toilet spung a leak. Figured it would take a minimum of a week to get it fixed. But to our surprise, we received same day service, but not at emergency pricing. Our plumber, Chris Jr. was knowledgeable, amiable, was courteous and cleaned up after themselves. You could say no fuss, no mess and be accurate. Will definitely go to Peter's Plumbing first for all my plumbing needs. If possible, will always request Chris Jr.

My elderly father contacted them to get an estimate and provide services to remove a tub and install a shower pan. An agreement was struck for them to do the work on Saturday at 9 am for $1,500 (the money was to be paid upfront). Saturday came and my father received a call from this company saying an emergency came up and could not do the work, which is a breach of the agreement my father made with this company. They said they may be able to do it on Wednesday (notice I said MAY) and my father said this was unacceptable and to cancel the job. He then stopped payment on the check. There was no materials bought and no work performed. Later in the day my father got a call from this company, they wanted to threaten a lawsuit because my father cancelled even though they were the ones who initially breached the contract. We are looking into filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau for unprofessional business practices. Be wary when hiring this company. Also on their contract they may sub-contract work out to other plumbers. These plumbers may not be licensed and may use the license of their company, which would explain the bad reviews of the mediocre work that was performed.

I really enjoy the professionalism of this person. He was by far one of the most professional and hard working persons I have meant.

Jensen was right on time and right on budget! He added a water supply to my third floor terrace so I can use it for gardening. He ran the waterline from my third floor bathroom; it was a very efficient and a very clean job! I’m very happy with the work! I will hire him back again to do the plumbing hookups for my outdoor kitchen that I’m going to build after the garden project. He gave me a lot of good advice about the future project and educated me on a smart system that my house already has installed that I have not been using. I appreciate all of the good advice and the superior craftsmanship.

Job was an emergency. Plumber argued with customer about payment. Customer had to be at work and didn't have time to discuss. Customer had to go back into apartment, transfer money into checking account, call office to make payment and was charged a 3% fee for using a debit card. Too much hassle.

Very expeditious response. The customer rep was great in explaining the procedure and the estimation of the job would be given at the site, once the assessment is done. Service techs were very professional and courteous. They ran into some complications -- they explained the situation and the resolution and completed the job as soon as possible. Hi i would like to say that peters plumbing is a great plumbing bussiness.The girls that work in the office very efficient and helpful with all details of my appointment..As for the plumbers they were very professional and showed up on time and got the job done...i had a problem with the plumbing and they were able to fix the problem quickly..Great service!

He was a total ripoff. Instead of removing toilet off it’s base to fix the flange all he was going to do was put a shim under the base. Luckily I saw what he was about to do and three out of my house. Do not trust this guy

The worst service, they sent 2 inexperienced plumbers.1 is an emigrant to Miami for 10 months, didn't have much knowledge about Florida homes, and the other supposed certified plumber was the same, it took them 5 hours to unclog, and find the real source of the problem, which they had been advised from the beginning where the problem was.They didn't listen, and did what they wanted, in order to charge double the money.They're totally corrupt and incompetent.It's a shame how they send these inept workers to do a job they have no idea about.Do not 🚫 call them.

Although there was no service performed because they took the offer to provide service but couldn't perform this type of service, the Tec was extremely nice and helpful. He even took extra measures to attempt to do what he could. Shout out to the tec, but not actually the company, knowing they were not equip to perform this service I required of installing a backflow cage.

The workers are professional clear about the work that needed to be done and took the time to listen to what I thought was the problem. Which was a nice change. I would use the company again and also recommend to others.

Jose from Peter’s showed up at 9:40 am and treated the evaluation of replacing a cpvc 1/2” pipe as if he was doing me a favor with a quotation of $950.00 + tax. I got the job done later in the day by a reputable plumber that took him 35 minutes and charged $110.00 for time & materials.

250.00, was over price just to tell me where the leak was
And this price did not include repairs he never reached out again to me after taking the $250 I feel that, he only wanted to make fast money, no repairs involved.. I will never use his service or refer him to anyone

Horrible and extremely over priced. They were supposed to run the pipes in the wall to the closet next to it and connect a tankless water heater. When I returned from having to go to work a few hours, the pipes were outside of the wall and around the a/c so I would never be able to move it, electrical exposed, no tie downs any where on the pipes, no shut-off which is normally installed by the tankless, and the young inexperienced plumber flooded my house twice by not sodering all the joints before turning the water on. Had to pay another plumber to redo the job after being qouted $500-$550 and being charged $770. In hindsight I should have refused to pay and requested a manger but live and learn. Don't make the same mistake I did by hiring them.

Luis Arias was my tech which came last minute and installed new tankless water heater. Service was awesome and Luis was a pleasure to deal with.

The worse service, have had my bathroom fixed 4 times by them and at the end the knobs of the shower are still to far inside the wall. They can't do a good job. They have sent me 5-6 different people and after 3 months im so dissatisfied with their work.

Did a Google search and Peter's Plumbing was the 1st thing to pop up. The call was answered by Jose.He was professional and efficient. He was at the house in under an hour and provided an assessment and estimate to get the job done. Thanks to his efficiency, an unknown leak was discovered and an adjustment to the job was made.Once the okay was given, Jose went and made the purchase of the replacement toilet and he effected the repair of the pipe in a 2 hour period. He also cleaned up the area so well I didn't even need to do anything.Jose did a masterful job and I will highly recommend him and Peter's Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

The young man Jose ended up ringing my doorbell (by mistake) and my dogs got into a huge fight. I was not happy and let Jose know about it. After speaking with him for a few minutes I realized he did text me, but I just never received it. He actually even showed me his phone. I was so impressed by this young man’s demeanor. He was very apologetic and very professional. He turned a negative situation into a positive one. Give that man a raise. It’s hard to get good employees. He is a very valuable asset to your company.

Terrible service!! They installed a city water softener instead of a well softener which it can damage the AC coil according to other companies who came to do my house water treatment. I've been trying to reach a supervisor for weeks but no replies so far. Will probably seek a lawyer advice soon.

DO NOT USE, ACCEPTED MY APPOINTMENT AND WAS A NO SHOW!!Made a next day appointment with them for April 27th, They responded and send a text message to me confirming an appointment for the next day between 1:30 - 5:30. I called a 1 PM to see if there was an ETA, nope. Tried a again 2 hours later, was told someone would call me in 10 minutes with an ETA. Still nothing. Very unprofessional.

WHAT AN ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE 4 DAYS I HAVE HAD DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY! STAY AWAY!!!!!I could write a short story of the horrors that ensued from the time the plumber first arrived to my home, but suffice it to say that he had no clue what he was doing, misdiagnosed the leak and made it worse. Then I had to wait from Saturday until Tuesday late afternoon (with promises of quick repair) to finally get the problem rectified, but only after calling the Angi/Home Advisor Customer Complaint line and threatening a formal complaint against them.I know enough about plumbing that it's not a good idea to seal a nut and bolt with silicone to stop a leak. Nor is it a good idea to overtighten any of the pipes. I learned the hard way that Angi has service providers that pay extra so that Angi reps call and promote them and that's how I originally chose this company.I am glad that I was able to use the Formal Complaint leverage that Angi offered, but I wasted three days sitting and waiting for the plumber to show up.There were so many screw-ups and so much of the time I was told they would be there and then came either earlier (I wasn't home-at least they texted that they were on the way so I got home right before they got there) than the window or over an hour later than the promised 3-hour window.I finally have the leak fixed, and the field supervisor that they sent out today eventually became nice after asking me to pay an additional $50 for him to fix what the first guy messed up. Of course, they knew what part was needed but did not come with it. So at 4:00 PM (he was supposed to be here between 1 and 3), he left to go get it. I'll be back in 20 minutes and that's when I exploded. Needless to say, you cannot get anywhere in 20 minutes in Aventura at 4:00 PM so he did not return until almost 5:30. I wasn't going to let him in but he called on the way back letting me know that there wouldn't be an additional charge. It's a good thing because I had no intention of paying extra anyway.On a positive note: They are very good at sending text messages and emails asking for reviews. I couldn't resist writing one.

My only complaint is they did not arrive within the 2 hr. Window. Ended up not mattering because the other stove man came early. He had a 12 to 4 window. 2 hrs puts too much pressure on the workers. No good, they showed up super late , the equipment they use is old. It ran out of Gas so the guy had to go and buy Gas, han can you don't have a least Gas for your equipment? The water pressure theu use is so old it wont turn on. Supposedly the guy went up in the roof but i dont know how since he did not even got the ladder out of his truck, this company is a real joke. do not do bussines with them. They guy could not even finish and he wanted me to stay longer after he showed up late and unprepared. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

Note - I initially gave the company 5 stars.While there was confusion concerning the pricing, the work as done and overall I was fine with it. I figured I may have just misunderstood the pricing and while I did ask for a copy of the invoice (which I have yet to receive for the major part of the work), it wasn't the end of the world.When they left the job, my sink was on the floor but connected. The plumber said he knew a guy who would be able to repair the removed drywall and remount my vanity. I was told the drywall/mounting would be $400.I'm now here modifying my review after being told that the vanity mounting was never relayed to the contractor. The contractor is sympathetic to my situaton but, ultimately, he is assisting with the mounting as a courtesy and not in a professional context (aka liability) as he says this goes beyond his scope of job comfort. That also means the $400 was only for drywall. Why Peter's Plumbing would recommend someone for a job they were not prepared to do is beyond me.This seems to be a consistent pattern of poor communication. The first people who came to assess assured me that they would not need to cut in from the bathroom and could it from the kitchen where the drywall is better hidden. It also meant I wouldn't need to remount anything.When the second crew came the next day to do the tasks, they said performing the work from the kitchen was simply not possible. I was not planning to have to remount my vanity and incur that extra cost. Unlike the location agreed upon in the kitchen, the drywall would now need to be done ASAP.It seems like Peter's Plumbing will say what you want to hear but then pass the bus along to the next person.On the whole, I'm extremely disappointed.

NEVER HIRE THEM. One star is too high but you have to do at least one star. THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR WORK OR WARRANTY. I paid them $3,700 for a 32 kw tankless heater including electric and plumbing. They installed a 27kw and took my 80 gallon tank water heater that was in perfect working condition. I never gave them permission to remove my tank water heater. I have asked for it back several times or to replace it. They will not. The tankless water heater they installed is not enough for a 6,900 sq foot house. They had to redo their electrical work several times and it is still not working. I have not had hot water since they came to do work at my house. They have took my money and told me to hire an electrician. I have had three independent electricians look at the work they did and it is all wrong. My three breakers are 200 each. Since they worked on my house all my lights flicker when you turn on the water. They say it is because of my dimmers. The lights flicker in areas of the house that have no dimmers. They have had me take off work five times or more and never showed up. Jennifer the receptionist is beyond rude. Puts you on hold and if you call back hangs up on you. They have a lot of bad reviews and lawsuits. See Broward County Clerk of Courts. It looks like a few other people are going to sue them as well.

I highly recommend the service. Michael, the field manager came out first and explained everything thoroughly, worked with me on price, and had the other workers out immediately. They did a brilliant job. They ran a camera multiple times through the pipes to make sure everything was cleaned out as it should be. And they gave me a great warranty as well. They even matched the price of another service.Although I hate to spend the money, it was well worth it. Very rarely are service calls this painless.This is a very trustworthy company with hard-working employees.

Charged me 3 times on 1 simple job.

This company is very bad... if you want my recommendation dont call them. They came on Monday 9/13 to repair my water line, by their mistake they broke my neighbors water line ; they did replaced their PVC but this affected my neighbors bathroom by clogging their toilet.I talked to them several times and sent emails as well. I paid for the full service and they are not taking care of their careless mistake.I sent the below email... after that they decided not to repair the neighbor clogged toilet. It was their mistake and they should have taken full responsibility of their actions and repair what their employee broke. Isn’t that common sense?email:I talked with Jenny several times regarding this matter; until today you not take care regarding my neighbor situation. Instead you are asking that they need to paid $ 250.00 for the clogged toilet that was affected because by mistake your guys broked their water line.Please note if you never were broke their pvc we are not having this problem today that is affecting me because of you.I trusted you guys, I trusted your company, why their need to paid for your worker's mistake.?I am really tired for this, is a back and forth everyday without positive results.Its not fair because I am your customer that paid on time, that I called you several times because your people leave without finished their job with the electric boxes as well. After I called you 3 times you send them and finished the job.I am frustrated with this situation. Its not my fault at all neither of the neighbor.DON CALL THEM FOR ANY SERVICE!!!!

I got a quote this morning from Peter’s plumbing for extensive work on my 27 year old house. Christian and Bryant were on time ,very professional ,very friendly, and extremely knowledgeable.

My opinion of this company has changed. A job they did 5 months earlier has now turned into a headache. They are very quick to respond and do the work. But now, paperwork is missing and no one is responding. Office staff likes to play the please hold and someone will get back to you. Management doesn't seem to mind it either. Still waiting 2 weeks later. Very disappointing. I apologize to anyone who I recommend to use this company.

Good afternoon all, Last December 2021 I had an issue with my septic tank...after 2/3 companies visit (that just charged to pump and didn't fix the issue), I found Peter's Plumbing via recommended home service websites...Mr. Ortiz came to my house and gave context and the gentlemen told: Sir, don't worry we won't tell you what to do before I dig the yard and understand what is happening. It sound professional and honesty...I explained...I need this fix once for all! Sir we are a Christian family owned company, we don't treat people like you were treated before, by the way we offer lifetime warranty for our services. Ok...at that afternoon, after they made many holes in my yard, he called me and stated that my drain field was dead. And what do you recommend? Let's build a new one...how much? $ 7,500...I had an international trip schedule in 3 days...I made some internet research and thought that was the average price....They came next Morning and finished the job in 2 days. Fantastic I thought...done no more problems. WRONG!. Last June, the landscaping guy called me and told me sir...something is wrong with you septic tank...is completely flood! WHAT? I CALLED MR. ORTIZ , explained what was happening and then, surprise! You know Sir, this time is not the drain field that is bad is the tank itself...we recommend that you replace the whole system! Questions: but why you did not see this 4 months ago? Oh, see well!!! this system is a live system and we could not foresee this...But why should I replace the drain field? It was destroyed by the leakage in the tank...What? this is not right, what about the lifetime warranty?! Look I will escalate this internally...After 2 days back and forth with them and other manager in the line, Luiz...look we will charge you only $ 8,000 but we will replace the whole system...But the tank itself costs just $ 2000 as per my consults with other companies (by the way I called 2 other companies that visited my house and confirm that the tank was ok, the problem was just the drain field!). Now I asked to talk to the owner, Mr. Peter, the Christian gentlemen...Nothing just excuse, one thing said during the morning, another in the evening!... Sir, this is what we can do for you $ 8,000 new system and you won't find anything better. But Peter what about the $ 7,500 that I paid you , and the warranty. Sir, now you are starting waste my time...End of case. I had to hire new company that rebuilt the drain filed by $ 4,500...DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. If you have doubts, I have recorded conversations and messages, call me!

Our neighbor recommended Peter’s Plumbing and they were able to see us the same week we called. A previous company had left our downstairs toilet unusable so Luis came out to look at it, and some other plumbing issues. He had guys out the same day to replace the cracked toilet tank. The employees were professional yet easy to talk to. The job was done within an hour, and we intend to hire them for more jobs here, as well as telling family members to hire them as well! Fantastic work!

Horrible job toilet still leaking tried to get me to pay 2k for septic tank flush found All City Septic Inc for $ 295 they said once my septic tank was flushed the leaking would stop ,nope spent over $300 for nothing.All City Septic came out in about 2 hours after being called and did the job.

I call around 6:45 because my outside pipe was broken, mind you that it was a small piece that was broken. Because it was that time they consider it emergency call so they charge you $150 in advanced which it will be applied to your repair if you choose to do the work with them if not you loose the $150. Now that sounds great right but when they came to my house the total of the repair was $350 for a repair that doesn't even take 15 minutes to do. My husband went to home depot bought the 1 pipe and fix it himself. Is insane the scam that they have to steal your 150.

The response was fast and they found the problem quickly, however they charged me over $800 without adding or changing a single pipe just reconnecting a loose peace, the job took less than 1/2 hour. They also required payment before leaving. When I asked for a supervisor they took days to get back to me. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. Price quoated is insanely high. Proposal refused.

Not a premium job as charged for. Paid $3700 to install a tankless water heater. They said they would arrive between 9am and 11am. Showed up 11:30am., and immediately had to leave to buy additional material. They didn't finish until 8:30pm, including at least 3 more trips to hardware stores to get stuff that they missed or bought wrong. And the end result is not even good. Screws are already falling off the ceiling and wall, electrical box is loose, pipes are crooked. Didn't install recommended maintenance valves either. Did the bare minimum, and not even that was done right. Very disappointed, specially after paying premium price. I need to re-do most of the work now. By the way, they didn't even bring the right tools to the job: no hammer, no hammer-drill, no ladder, etc, etc...

Jose Ortiz came out while the storm was approaching and still did his work. Called another company and they said the hurricane weather maybe tomorrow. Thank you Jose we can use our bathroom.

I usually don’t leave reviews but this place is horrible. They will do whatever they can to upcharge your service so the employee can make their sales quota for the week. You will be paying much more using peters plumbing seeing as their employees get commission off of it. For your own good, do not use them. Find plumbers that are actually licensed and know what they’re doing.

Customer service was amazing from start to finish with Jenny and Jeffery who was my plumber. Figured out it was a leaking faucet that needed to be changed. Had to do it quickly since I have another short term coming tomorrow. Thought the price was a little expensive ($350), but it was an emergency call and last minute so I didn't have time to argue. However, you get what you pay for....they called back in a timely fashion, sent someone as soon as they could, facetimed to show me the problem and fixed it in less than 2 hours. So was it worth $350? Yes.

They gave me a quote for a project, I gave them a deposit, they were unable to perform the work and refused to return my deposit.

Carlos was prompt, called me ahead of time to say he was on his way. He was very professional and explained what he was going to do every time. Definitely will use him in the future. price was fair.

Our experience was far less than stellar. We called to have a 3 faucet shower handle replaced and ended up with a 2 day fiasco. The plumber sent, while cordial, was out of his depth. He left 3 times stating the job was done only to be called back for continued leaks. He was unable to do in 2 visits, totalling almost 21 hours, what took our subsequent plumber all of an hour to complete. According to the master plumber who was able to solve the issue, soldering was done incorrectly and incompletely. Our main shower line was never reattached resulting in water spraying into the walls when we tried to bathe. When contacted with our dissatisfaction regarding the job done, Peter's responded by abandoning all responsibility and denying a refund stating that they were not given a chance to remedy the litany of errors made.. in our opinion, there was no reason to expect anything other than what we had already experienced. Ultimately, we paid $1400 to learn a hard lesson. Oh, and the plumber ran out of propane for his torch and ended up leaving with mine as I lent it to him to finish the job.

I strongly advise against using Peters plumbing for any of your plumbing needs. My experience with them was terrible. On 3/27/2033, I had an issue with my tankless gas water heater and called Peters plumbing for assistance. Despite good reviews on Google, the technician arrived late and pressured me into purchasing a new water heater, even though my current one was only 13 months old and under warranty. I reluctantly agreed to pay $777 for parts and labor to repair my water heater, only after being assured that he had my replacement parts in the truck. However, the technician did not fix the problem and was caught lying about replacing heating elements that don't even exist in gas water heaters. Peters plumbing failed to carry the necessary parts for my heater in their truck and did not have enough people who knew how to work on gas heaters like mine. When I requested a refund, they refused to give me one. In the end, it turned out that my water heater was working fine, and the issue was just a low gas pressure problem. Save yourself the trouble and avoid Peters plumbing at all costs.

Peter Plumbing was contacted to fix, if applicable, malfunctioning Well water pump, tank and/or plumbing related. At the time Peter plumbing was contacted we asked if they have experience working with Wells (Wells are the source to provide water to the houses in the Redland, FL area). We also requested to replace/installed the kitchen faucet and the garbage disposal.The plumbing was well over 1 hour late. We have to contact the office to find out if the plumber was coming since no one contacted us.The plumber (a friendly nice guy) arrived and gave us the his excessive estimate totalling $ 1730 to replace the faucet, garbage disposal and to fix the well related plumbing.We asked him again if he had experience working with well plumbing. He responded Extensive. We gave him 50% deposit and scheduled the appointment for the following working day.The appointment date came. Again, he was now over 2 hours late.Finalliy he arrived and started to work.The plumber had not even the remote idea of what a Well plumbing was.As a result of his maneuvers trying to fix it, the water pressure that comes inside from the house from the well is near zero. The well plumbing connections are leaking. The meter doesn't work. The water pump, either gets super hot or stop working. As result we have intermittent waterThe kitchen faucet/garbage disposal were replaced.He reduced out of his bill $ 285 since he admitted that he was not able to fix the Well plumbing.Peter Plumbing was not the service experience you are expecting.LissRedland Neighbor.

Due to this neglect company not putting plastic protection it has caused me a severe allergy crisis and severe coughing which in my case could lead to my death because of my allergy to dust that causes me to clean my house till 1:00 am on Friday and all of it could have been avoided if they had simply put a plastic covering

They did not arrive for their morning appointment, said they didn’t have one scheduled although I had received an email and text confirmation. They rescheduled to before 1 pm but arrived at about 1:30 pm. It was an expensive repair for what was required, but it was supposed to be $400 all inclusive. I left my husband supervising because I had an afternoon appointment elsewhere, and came home to find the plumber had added an $18 gratuity to the bill. Worse than this, He left the old plumbing pieces in my sink, and other garbage on the bathroom counter. I’m not happy at all.

My mother is now a widow. Although she’s smart and can do whatever she needs to do, my father took care of all home maintenance. Soon after he passed, last year, she began having plumbing issues. She tried to call whomever Dad had used but they couldn’t come out, while Peter’s plumbing was available. They came that evening, were prompt, helpful and kind. Again, this summer, when all of us are here visiting, plumbing backs up. This time, we discover it’s this huge issue with old cast iron pipes that had to literally be jack hammered down to and replaced. Huge deal. I can’t remember all the guys names, but Davis is one who has been here every day. He has been so kind to my Mom, which I can’t even tell you how much we appreciate. They were in a bathroom with the jack hammer. They did such a good job of covering things and then cleaning up after themselves after they put it all back together. Being an older home, we are searching for another rusted out spot in the pipes that they located with the camera. They’ve been here all morning, working hard!

After performing an assessment of the repair i was told that they could fix it next day. Not only they never came but when I called next day they said that the service will be performed in 6 days. They knew was urgent so they asked me for a $600 zelle deposit. Not only they never did the job but never refunded my money. Good morning. Never recieved a confirmation email and wanted to know what time will you be here?

They sent two plumbers, one on Saturday, one on Monday, neither of whom had the insurance documents rights. Then Ben asked for a $100 mobilization fee to reschedule. Now I still have no shower, toilet, washing machine, dish washer or running water.Chapter 2:. My building super's boss got involved, and it wasn't the plumber at all(except Ben) being beligerent. Jennifer held my hand throughout the entire matter. Jose was plenty charming and under promised the job and Alex and June did the job in half the time promised inspire of the building's engineer having to check his work. These people are really good!

The Home Depot the cost each valve is $9.73… I said NOOO BYE.. 5 min then Technician get inside my property asking if I can talk to his manager DARREN, who asked me , if I can pay at least $800, for the job…!!! Anthony and Luis from Peter's Plumbing Inc. installed our tankless hot water heater on 8/31/23. We had 5 plumbers come out to give us quotes and we chose Peter's Plumbing. They were not the cheapest, but they were the best quality and they are Better Business Bureau approved. These two guys were professional, respectful, and very competent. The electrical side was completed at the same time as the plumbing side with these two guys, and the job was completed neatly and they cleaned up before they left when they took my old hot water heater tank away. They communicated with me throughout the job and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. I very highly recommend Anthony and Luis if you need a plumbing/electrical job. I'll be calling Peter's Plumbing and asking for these guys again for any future plumbing needs!

I had a terrible experience with them. I hired them for two things 1) empty and clean my septic tank and 2) video my plumbing and check on leaks.They didn’t emptied the septic tank completely, and they didn’t clean the filter… on top of that, they drove their truck on top of my landscaping in my front yard and ruined it.They NEVER sent me the videos, even though I paid them in advance. I called them and emailed the owner, but they never sent those to me.Very unprofessional and unaccountable.

I will not grade the company on the quality of the work done, but the price!! I had to agree to it because not being in town and needed the fix, I had no choice i was told by the person that first went in that it would take at least three hours to fix, there were there for almost an hour… 750 dollars plus 27 because I used a credit card!! Let me put this in perspective: I get a fresh post open heart and care for him for 12 hours, I would make less that amount. Someone explain that to me, plumbers, electricians, handymen, AC technicians, same deal.

I received a estimate to change the broken shower on and off handle. The staff extremely courteous and really profesional. i received an estimate of $1350 dollars not including the broken dry wall to access the pipe. I just had this job done for $240 without having to break anything. We really felt that they where trying to take advantage of us.

I must say I had a warning before they arrived at our house, but still gave them the benefit of the doubt. Peters Plumbing Inc. came out and diagnosed the problem as needing to replace a wax ring. They did the job, a couple of hours later we go into the bathroom and the floor is full of water. We called to inform them of the problem They came out and tried to charge us 375.00 more. They never fixed the problem but we will take legal actions! I should have known better than to use this company. When the plumber Agustin came in, I informed him that I’d looked up the reviews and realize that they have such a bad reputation but because he was already there, I decided to trust that he would do the right thing but his reply was “well. I am just a worker.” I believe they have been beating people out of their money for years, but I promise we will put a stop to it!😡

In response to owners comment. This was not a re-do job. The job last year was other side of duplex which is still fine & higher quality of work and even put in a new shutoff valve. Docs Plumbing is also insured & warrantied. They also charge fair prices. I guess that's why other companies were booked in advance. I expected it to be a bit higher but not double. Over $300 an hour totaling $600 in cash is very high. Please read people's comments & understand before commenting to try and justify yourself. Original post disappeared but this was just for labor for hot water heater replacement. I supplied hot water heater, hoses, wire harness & wire nuts. I also moved everything out of way for clear path & easy access. All seniors on fixed income don't have a lot of extra money.Quality work noooo. Water heater drain plug sitting on top of pan causing stress on plastic part which will break on new water heater. Drain pan drain cut out is in back of water heater which is not accessible. Really!!! Needs to be corrected before it breaks. Unbelievable.

I was charged $250 for a job that did not work. I refused services the first time, they called me back and said that they can do the job for $250 and guaranteed that it would work which it didn't. A waste of time and money, very dissatisfied.

Terrible, if you need a plumbing company to replace your pipe with one that is much smaller and doesn’t fit, here’s the company. They did a terrible job and attempt to add to your charges with problems you aren’t having. Pipes erupted because it was too small and didn’t fit. Oh and they will bill you for that work either way, they cause another problem, and you still have to pay them. Don’t waste your money on these unprofessionals.

He was very thorough and took a great deal of time to plan his approach to re-plumbing my house and explained in detail to me what his plans were an rational. He was careful to create the least amount of dry wall repair required afterwards. He clearly knows what he is doing and does it well. Attempted to work with this company based on the better reviews, but unfortunately my experience lines up with the poor reviews.1.If you are busy and need a company that will return calls as promised or get back to you with info in a timely manner, this isn't the place. You will need to babysit this company if you want things to move along.2. Either this company is very bad at providing accurate estimates or this company is at a bait-and-switch game. I was given a total price of $550 for my job, but when the same person who quoted it showed up and 'went to Home Depot for parts', suddenly the job was a lot more complicated and would be at least $1,000, if not more.3. This company hassled me hard about getting my deposit back on the spot when it was decided the work could not be done as agreed. I was nervous about giving a 50% cash deposit in the first place, and it turns out I should have been. I ended up getting it back on the day the work was supposed to happen, but not easily.4. I was very up front with the plumber who came to quote the work and returned to do the work as well as the office staff that I was nervous about a situation where the work would not be quoted accurately, as I read about that experience in the reviews, and I was assured the quote I received was accurate and mine was 'an easy job'. I was even given, in writing, an exact scope of work to assure me. The only thing the plumber did before editing the estimate from the original to the new estimate was removed an outlet cover, so he did not 'discover' anything he should not have seen during his initial estimate. He either did a very poor estimate or was trying to scam me.I'm sure this company is fine sometimes per the positive reviews, but they are either hit or miss in competence and customer service, or they target specific customers to run a bait-and-switch scam on.I did attempt to contact 'the owner' regarding the situation, as they were allegedly calling all the shots the day this went down. I provided my name and phone number, carefully verifying both with the office staff person I spoke with, and was told I would received a call the next day. Still no call two days later - not that I'm surprised.

Recently I had a problem with a toilet at my commercial property. They came out quickly and diagnosed and fixed the problem and gave a 30 day warranty at over $380.00. They had to come out again within the 30 days and snake the toilet again. I called for a third time 33 days later because the same problem was occurring. They came out and diagnosed the problem differently and wanted to charge $500.00 for snaking the drains a third time. Not only did they not diagnose the problem correctly the first time I find the price for the new diagnosis exorbitant, especially during these pandemic times. I will not be using them in the future. They could have just came out and fixed the problem.

This company is such a rip off Luis the salesman sold us a bunch of LIES about all the things he WAS going to do in a timely fashion well that was a epic failure we started in APRIL and we are still having the same problem. Let me start with the workers every day there was someone new the guys had to leave to go Home Depot every time they came to my house and wolud stay gone for hours. And he has the nerves to say that Peter wants to put a lean on my house because the balance isn't paid well the work isn't complete but, Hey Peter go ahead and put that lean on my house cause until you or your company find this leak no Funds will be released to Luis or you if you. Were supposed to come back the next day. Never showed. We waited. When we called they claim they called and texted that they would not make it. Not true. Never got a call, text or email from them. Left a mess from the work they did yesterday. Cannot be relied upon. Don’t use them unless you want to waste a day waiting for people not to show. Of course we paid them a deposit so we are stuck.

We had two other plumbing companies come by and say they couldn’t replace the water heater.Their tech came by gave me a price, went to pick up the water heater, installed a it and took the old one. My experience was nothing but professional and fairly priced.

Our sink was clogged and it was leaking out from our KITCHEN ALL THE WAY INTO THE DINING AREA. I was upset and told my mother that it was ever since the handyman installed the insinkerator. I called Peter's Plumbing to find out my direction with the pricing and they sent out a tech that evening. He took a look at it, said that there was food stuck in the pipe and that one of the pipes might have been put back on too loosely (which clicked when the handyman told me the piping was old) and to avoid cracking he did not tighten it too much. I guess the clogging is what caused the water to start spilling over the pipe that wasn't tight. A tech came out here pronto and made whatever was wrong right. Glad I called Peters Plumbing Inc, would definitely call again.

NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPNAY. They do not honor their contracts and will take your money and leave you without the job completed and no hot water after a month and a half. They will not let you speak to the owner. I contracted them to install a tankless water heater for $3,700. After over a month and a half I still have no hot water. My electric was working perfect as well as my 80 gallon tank water heater. They came and redid all the electrical work which was done wrong and I still have no hot water and all my lights flicker. They will not give me a refund. I have had separate licensed electricians tell me my amperage on my panels is more than enough 200. The receptionist Jennifer is beyond rude. They do not show up when the promise. I have had five no shows from them. Time I took off work. They have several law suites against them and they are going to have one more.

On time, explained all options, explained the costs, very polite, and friendly, wore PPE for COVID, protecting the client. Excellent.

Overall wouldn't call them for no more plumbing issues... and also I found out threw a little insider they get paid Commison so whatever they sell they get paid for it! THATS WHY THEY ALWAYS HIT U OVER THE HEAD WITH THE PRICES

I called Peter’s Plumbing for an estimate to replace my kitchen faucet, their price was a little over my budget… even though I didn’t used them, the gentleman David was very understanding and he was polite and respectful and very professional. In the future, I am planning on doing some remodeling, and I will be using them for an estimate and if their price is reasonable, I am considering using them!!

The customer service from the ladies in the office and the manager Jessie was pathetic. Initially they were a no show and eventually showed up 6 hours late. Multiple calls made with multiple lies told on when someone would arrive. Be very careful of empty promises and lack luster communication, as well as zero accountability for making sure you are updated. And don't ask to speak with Peter, of Peter's plumbing. Apparently he lives in Puerto Rico and doesn't talk with customers per his staff so good luck if you chose to use these jokers.

Your plumber was very pleasant but was unvaccinated which made us very uncomfortable.

What we thought was a clog, wasn't. We've had to replace with PVC what was cast iron piping. So far, the experience has been going well. Claudio has dug out the existing pipe, is replacing it with PVC pipe a new connection to the commode and the tub as well as that U shaped thing. Has worked through the rain and is doing a bang up job and it was less then 6k so we are happy about that. I would recommend Peter's to anyone that needed a reliable, efficient, and competent plumber. The reason for 4 stars is because it's been a 3 day process. Which isn't their fault but the pipes.

I wanted a free quote to replace a main shut off valve and they offered me to do do the job for $740 right away explaining that it was urgent to replace it.It was the first quote and I wanted to understand how much that job would cost. Eventually I explained that I was shopping around and they quickly lowered the price to $450 that seemed more reasonable.Not impressed by the fact they were pushy on doing the job right away for such a high amount. Not sure I want to hire Peter's Plumbing after that first impression.

Had an emergency issue in my home. Peters plumbing reponded quickly and communicated through every step of the way. Darren made things happen quickly amd the crew he sent was excellent. Christian and his partner ( sorry forgot his name) were very helpful, knowledgable and worked to a late stage of the night to make sure my problem was fixed but also helped me find a way to lower my water bill. When I called this company yesterday, the staff said a plumber could come here between 2-4 pm, and he could pump up my septic tank if the fee is agreeable. Today, the staff said it would be $100 just to estimate, and it would take 2 weeks to actually pump up my septic tank. Today, I did not see the plumber at my house, my appointment with the plumber was between 2-4 pm. The plumber texted me saying his work at my house was done when I did not even see him at all. It made me suspicius about this company so I cancelled my appoinment ahead of time.

Everyone that I had the pleasure of dealing with at Peters Plumbing, JP, Jennifer, Jules and Yasmiel were absolutely top notch!My new water heater looks great and the area around it was left clean and debris free.A great job at a fair price.I would highly recommend Peters Plumbing.----------------------------------Edited September 2021:In retrospect, everyone was very nice. I have lowered my review from 5 stars to 3.1. The original job was quoted incorrectly (perhaps a mutual misunderstanding) and therefore I did not get what I wanted and the price was comparable at best.2. The initial work was done totally wrong (according to County inspector). After not passing inspection, Peter's had to return to fix the entire job including installing the wrong HWH.3. I had to pursue them to have everything corrected.4. After months of e-mails, I finally had to file a complaint with Home Advisor in order to get a completed invoice. When the invoice arrived, it was a simple one, it did not list any of the materials used (incl. Brand Name of HWH) or warranty information.5. I have a friend who is a building contractor in Miami and after the initial visit was looking forward to recommending Peter's. After this debacle, I unfortunately could not. They appear to be very good at getting the order but fall short on the follow through.

I’m very pleased with the service I received! Originally I requested installation of two toilets. The day they came, they were able to take care of this for me. Great job. I then requested my shower repaired. As this was a much bigger job, it did take a little longer. They again did a superb job! I’ll call them again for any future plumbing needs.

We called them because had a leak and we did not know where was coming from. The wood floors started lifting. They guessed it was coming from the washing machine so they suggested to break the wall and run a camera inside the pipes which costs $700. So they had to put the dryer that was on top of the washer on the floor to work on the issue. Myself not knowing about plumbing I went ahead and let them do it. After doing the diagnosis they quoted us an outrageous amount of money $6800 to fix the leak. We obviously refused to hire them and Went ahead and paid them the 700. After having two more plumbers come to see the leak, it turned out it was not coming from the washer. So this people ripped us off with an incorrect diagnosis and on top of that, they left the dryer on the floor with the aluminum vent all destroyed. We had to call an appliance tech to come and fix that mess that this people left.

Check there work properly. They don’t stand behind their work when they mess up.

Mr. Donahue was very good. He arrived almost on time. He reviewed the two plumbing problems we were having. He gave me a reasonable quote. I authorized the work and fixed the problems. Based on this experience I do recommend Mr. Donahue and would ask for him specifically if I have future plumbing repair needs.

We have used Peters Plumbing multiple times for jobs that we have no knowledge in and every time we use Peters they are always so kind to not only show us the problem but also to explain and break it down so that way we can see what’s actually happening before they repair it. They’re always in and out, also they’re service is open 24 hours 7 days a week so that one day over the weekend at almost 12 AM my toilet almost flooded the rest of my house within less than 1 hour from calling and notifying them they sent a well experienced plumber on scene to diagnose the problem and replace my broken toilet within a couple minutes of arrival we were able to use our toilet.

This is a referral service.After they crushed the pan for my waterheater and I spent over $3K on various jobs, I was told I could pay a reduced fee for the installation of a sink. When it came time for the sink, the service man was gone and the company debated fee with me. When they did the job, they charged me $400 for a pipe that is only $40 at HomeDepot and they dented my new stainless steel farmers sink.

Horrible Company. Shady Business Practices.After breaking a neighbor's pipe and opting not to fix the damages associated with it unless we pay more for their mistakes. Had to fix it ourselves through other means. When they said they would own up if we removed a previous bad review they didn't follow through.Save yourself a big headache and your money.

Chase was very professional and explained every step performed. Informed me on what else needed to be done and let me see the evidence. He was absolutely great and performed in a timely manner.

Chico, the technician, came on time for the estimate, gave me a few choices for water heaters, and quoted a reasonable price for each.The next day the plumbers arrived on time again and within 25 minutes removed the old water heater and installed the new one.Very professional and reliable. If needed I will use company again.

Water heater broke down on me Friday late evening. Called Peter's plumbing on Saturday morning. Everything fixed in the evening. Got replacement unit on hand and had me sorted out. Very efficient and polite team. Would definitely recommend

Peters plumbing came out 2 months ago and replaced a water heater and changed a water valve outside the house the first guy didn't know what he was doing and he was there 2 days ,he broke the the outside water valve that runs in the ground so they had to send a second guy who quickly fixed it and finished installing the water heater he was great and I was happy because I live in chicago but my mom is 93 years old and lives alone well the outside valve was leaking water and she didn't know it because she's old and can fall if she goes on the lawn on the side of the building ,may daughter went to visit and noticed the puddle so I called Petes plumbing tp come out and fix the job they messed up they charged me 150.00 for the job they messed up on, i spoke w/Jennifer and she was very nice to speak to and understanding and she spoke to the owner for me and he refused to reimburse for the 150 because it was 2 months but mind you my mom is elderly 93 years old and I feel like they took advantage of her I will report this to the city of miami and BBB don't use them.

I was very pleased with the professionalism of the people who did the work. It involved caulking around the master bathtub and the areas where the wall meets the floor. The quoted fee was reasonable and the work was done well. I recommend this company to others seeking this type of work.

Would never use again. They came and saw what parts we needed to do the job. Came back the following week without the parts. Left again and came back after 1.5hrs. Did half the job we discussed and demanded payment. Extortionate amount of money for an hours work. The technician Jose was adamant that he recorded a conversation that we had. He pulled up some fictional jargon on his phone that I can clearly say never happened. Peter’s plumbers are a joke, I even spoke to a supervisor who said she would investigate and get back to me. That never happened either. Stay clear of this lot just a bunch of masquerading plumbers (I use plumbers loosely) if I could give zero stars I would.

Matthew was exceptional, he was sent out the next day to give me a quote. I ordered my new kitchen sink and he installed it several days later. Not an easy task as it was cast iron, my sink arrived damaged but I needed it installed due to a dinner party. He went out of his way to make it happen for me! Thank you Matt!

Another great job by Peter's plumbing. fixed my sink valve. I was pleased he was able to do it right away. Matt was my guy this time and we chatted fir a bit after and then he checked to make sure the new valve wasn't leaking.

For the installation and understanding and caring, 200%, I will use them over and over again and again. Except for electricity.
They save me in an unexpected way that I would never imagined and I am thankful.

I had Alejandro at my condo today. He replaced my kitchen faucet and installed an under the sink water filtration system. He was very professional, personable and all in all did a great job. I’d definitely use his service again.

Quick response and estimate

Peters was responsive and attending plumbers were courteous, mask wearing and helpful in making recommendations

I called and they came over in 1 hour no problem Austin is a super nice guy but the company is very expensive emergency calls to come was $ 150.00 just to tell me what my problem was and then after they hit me with a $500.00 bill uuuufffff never never again

They asked for 50% advance deposit for a $2,800 job which they never performed. After months of excuses, rude responses from Jennifer and no response from Peter García I had to have the job done by someone else, by the way at half the price. They never even responded to my calls and emails asking for an explanation and my deposit back, they just kept the $1,400!

You took advantage of an emergency and charged us an abusive amount. Something we found out after. Will not recommend you.

Seal to A/C drainage pipe broken and water heater pan was full of water in which water heater sat for 1 1/2 months. Leak not known because unit was empty. Plumbing company refuses to replace water heater and did not call an A/C company to replace seal. They temporarily stopped the leak by putting contact cement on the fissure. Complaint will be filed.

They just showed up. No appt. No phone conversation. Nothing. After I hired someone else to do the job.

I’m one satisfied customer, I highly praised their expertise! Christian & Ryan are conscientious & considerate! I will recommend you guys to my friends and family 👍👍👍

There was debris left in the bathroom and on our new roof I thank you for the service but the clean up should have been completed
