Came out to inspect a leak out in the yard from the water main on a Saturday night, amazing service fast repair and price was better than my nabors repair that happened at the same failure point

27 Dec. 14: Tried a do-it-myself under-sink repair (the big orange box store has all the parts - how hard could it be?). Finally threw in my man card before it drove my wife (and me) crazy, and called Erik on a Sat. A few hours later he showed up right on time, looking more like a high school teacher than the traditional plumber...well-groomed, in clean khakis and polo shirt. Quickly assessed the situation and dispatched an e-mail quote from his phone. We agreed to the reasonable price and he resolved the issue. Great service, skilled workmanship and...a good attitude. Yep, we'll call Erik whenever the need arises.

The whole team was polite, responsive and informative. They sent 2 install teams to handle my install and they were done by 1 in the afternoon. The install team was friendly and informative. We called Norfleet about a moaning hose bibb. He came out and fixed it. A week later, my wife turned on the water, and the faucet wouldn't turn off. When she gave it a little oomph, the handle broke! Called him back, and it was replaced, no problem. They warranty everything for two years. We're really happy with the responsiveness, and will absolutely call them for future plumbing needs.

I woke up to clogged toilets and it backed up into my hallway bath tub...I called and requested service, I was told they were on another job but would get to me when they were done, 15 minutes later I received a phone call and they were on their way...I really appreciated the quick service and very reasonable price.
