I needed three old leaky faucets replaced, another faucet needed a broken handle replaced, shut off valves for all the sinks replaced, and my kitchen sink caulking replaced. A close friend recommended CTR plumbing. Erik gave me a quote that was very reasonable. Erik even called Moen for replacement handles and got them shipped out. Erik is very knowledgeable and friendly and answered all of my plumbing questions. He is honest and did an amazing job! I will only call Erik for my future plumbing needs!

We had a sudden problem with sewage coming up into one of the bathtubs. We feared the worst that it was going to be very expensive to fix. Erik came out the same day we called and quickly resolved the issue. We felt he gave us a great deal on the cost as well. We'll definitely be using CTR Plumbing again in the future and trust them to treat us right.

Erik was able to diagnose our problem over the phone and was early for his appointment time. He was able to fix the problem within 30 minutes and took the extra effort to walk through a hardness test for our water and inspected the water heater anode. I cannot recommend Erik and CTR Plumbing enough. It's so hard to find a great knowledge base and good, honest old-fashioned value that CTR offers. Call them!! You won't be disappointed.

The response was almost immediate. He takes great care of his customers. Charged less than I was assuming based on previous repairs from big name companies. You get all the experience while still being treated fair.

We decided to add a kitchen to our basement and needed a bunch of plumbing and electrical work done. We called CTR Plumbing and they were able to get all of the plumbing and electrical completed in a timely and efficient manner. Their rates were very reasonable and they did a great job. I had a sink that was leaking A LOT! I called CTR plumbing & Erik was able to come out that afternoon. He knew exactly what the problem was right away and had it fixed in no time. He is so nice & obviously knows his stuff. I'd recommend him to anyone.

It so difficult selecting a contractor to do work because you just don't know if they will do the work correctly, use quality parts and charge you a fair price. I've used CTR Plumbing several times and each time the work has been excellent, fairly priced and informative on the cost and options. He is a plumber you can trust. If you need a plumber, this is one where you can feel confident that you will get great results.

I had Erik of CTR Plumbing come out to replace the filters of an R/O system I'd had installed by another fairly well known company. While Erik was working on the filters he noticed we only had a line running to the refrigerator, and not one to the sink. He asked why this was, and I told him that it was because the original worker who installed the system seemed very nervous about drilling through my granite, which in turn made me nervous, so we didn't have it done. We'd just lived with the slow filtered water pressure from the dispenser on our fridge. Erik assured me this was an easy fix for someone who knew how to do it, so we had him drill through the granite and install a spigot right there at the faucet. He did a fantastic job, and it's been so wonderful to be able to fill up water bottles, pots, and the dog's bowl at the sink instead of the fridge.

While he worked, Erik was friendly and offered to answer any plumbing questions I had. I mentioned that our water heater had gone out 3 different times in the 5 years we'd lived in the house. Even though it was currently working fine, he offered to take a look at it, and discovered our water softener wasn't grounded correctly, and suggested that might be contributing to the water heater failing. We had him fix this as well, something none of the other plumbers had looked for or noticed before while replacing the broken water heaters.

Erik went above and beyond my expectations. His work was fantastic and I will definitely call him again when we need an honest experienced plumber.

Great service, professional. Came on a weekend when we had a problem with our Septic tank and our main drain was clogged. He was very responsive, reasonably priced and came right away to help us. I highly recommend him for plumbing issues!

We found CTR plumbing a few years ago and have trusted Erik with our plumbing ever since. He has repaired a slab leak, replaced our water heater, fixed high water pressure to our house, fixed our toilets, installed a kitchen sink, bathroom cabinet and sink, and garbage disposal. He stands behind his work and always does it right with good prices as well. My friends who have used him have been happy and so am I. I will never use another plumber.

CTR Plumbing is amazing. They gave me great advice on an issue that I was having with my hose spigot. They even changed their entire schedule in to fit me into it. Wonderful owners. Very honest, affordable and trustworthy.

27 Dec. 14: Tried a do-it-myself under-sink repair (the big orange box store has all the parts - how hard could it be?). Finally threw in my man card before it drove my wife (and me) crazy, and called Erik on a Sat. A few hours later he showed up right on time, looking more like a high school teacher than the traditional plumber...well-groomed, in clean khakis and polo shirt. Quickly assessed the situation and dispatched an e-mail quote from his phone. We agreed to the reasonable price and he resolved the issue. Great service, skilled workmanship and...a good attitude. Yep, we'll call Erik whenever the need arises.

A technician from Penguin Air tried to convince me to buy a new water heater. It would have cost $1800 with all discounts. Called CTR Plumbing to get a second opinion. Turned out to be still in good condition despite being 8 years old. You know how much it cost me for the water heater to be checked? Zero! Yes, you are reading that right. The logic was that because there was nothing to repair, there was no need to charge. He even said that my water heater should be good for another year or two. His prices are lower than the rest of his competition due to having less overhead. He is honest and his prices are lower than most. If there are any future plumbing issues, I will definitely call CTR Plumbing. Give him a call so that you do not have to pay more than you should.
