We had Darrell come out for a walk through as I thought we had a leak. He easily could have confirmed my fears & charged me for work that didn't need to be done. If I ever do have a plumbing or HVAC issue, he'll be the first one I call! He was very thorough & gave us lots of good info on preventing issues & explained how a lot of household systems work. If I could leave 10 stars I would for Water Pros Plumbing. Mitch and his team are highly qualified professionals that take great care in their work while at your home. They do neat and clean work. If your looking for the best plumbers, look no further.

Scott is very good at what he does. He was able to identify the problem quickly and fix the plumbing problem very quickly as well. He is friendly and efficient. I highly recommend.

Called for a whole home water softener+filter install quote. I already have the parts, so this call was to see where I could put it in the garage.I will give props to the sales guy they sent. He was very nice and friendly, but didn't seem knowledgeable in what I was asking for and was trying to sell every service he could.The part that made this review a one star was their pricing for install. $2.5k for install! Other competitors that are well known were quoting an average of $800(house was inspected when they gave these prices). When asked why are they beyond expensive his reason was we aren't like guys you can randomly hire of craigslist etc, we build it to code. A lame reasoning and excuse for that high of a price. And wasn't even looking at random installers. Was looking at your competitors!To be honest, take your business elsewhere. Highway robbery on cost and based in other reviews I'm reading about this company, the poor installs and subpar quality make this an easy decision.

Ward put in my kitchen faucet, p-trap, and dishwasher plumbing hookup.
I can’t believe the wonderful job he did. He did extras like change the ice maker filter and put in all metal turnoff valves. I am very pleased with Oasis Plumbing and am going to hire the again to put in a toile today.

Water heater replacement was performed by a conscientious and competent professional, that is a trained and true plumber. This means a lot as I am a licensed tradesperson myself and it was nice to see someone who values their work at the same level that I strive for myself.

While the plugged drain was more an inconvenience rather than emergency (it was an emergency to me), I had a small window of time in the morning between Addam’s appointment times and work. Addam accommodated my schedule far and above my expectations and completed the job in a thorough and complete manner. He was super quick to respond to my questions regarding price and to schedule my job. I am completely impressed with him and the job he did. I will be calling again if I need a plumber in the future.

Air & Water Mechanical Services sent me a technician on the same day after they received my initial call. Daniel was prompt, knowledgeable and polite. He gave me a thorough explanation of the issue and what could be done. Daniel worked diligently to excavate the damaged pipe and locate the leak. He then installed the new main service pipe, fixed a prior plumbing mistake, filled in all trenches with dirt, spread the gravel over the work site and cleaned before he left -- all in under 7 hours. Daniel was also giving me interim updates, as well as heads-up before he would turn off the water supply. All in all, I am very happy with the services that Daniel rendered. The price was reasonable, they gave me 2 years warranty on labor and 20 years warranty on the pipe, and I would definitely use this company again.

Jay the plumber was great! Fixed all of our plumbing issues very quickly. Very knowledgeable and helpful.

First of all, I usually do not write reviews but when you come across such a great business you feel the need to. My water heater broke and I called a couple of plumbers to get bids. The first one came out and hit me with over a $5,000 bid to replace my hot water heater and to do some other items they recommended. They are a big-name plumber outfit here in the valley. They said I absolutely needed a new unit. Nick from Norfleet family Plumbing came out and told me we could actually just replace a part on my hot water heater if I did not want to replace the entire unit. It was already ten years old so I opted to get a new unit. I showed Nick the other plumbing items that they said should be replaced at a cost of $600 and he informed me that they did not need to be replaced. Long story short I saved over $3,600 by using Norfleet Family Plumbing. Nick came out the next day and arrived on time, did a great job and has a customer for life. Also, the water heater he got me was the same professional grade unit that the other plumbing company was going to use so we are comparing apples to apples here. You can't go wrong with Norfleet.
