I called Oasis Plumbing when I discovered that there were some plumbing issues with the washing machine faucets at our new 2nd home we purchased in Gold Canyon, AZ. I was only able to be at the house for a few days and Oasis Plumbing said they could send out a plumber the next day. Not only did the plumber fix the washer faucets but when I mentioned a few other issues that I only just noticed Wade, the plumber that conducted the service call, fixed those issues also on the same service call. He even helped install our new washer! He explained everything very clearly and made suggestions but never was pushy. His expertise was very appreciated and I would recommend Oasis Plumbing and Wade for all plumbing needs. I intend to have Oasis Plumbing, and hopefully Wade, return on a annual basis for maintenance and if any other plumbing problems come up in the future.

Well, what can I say? Compression fittings always work once! Starting a plumbing fix on a Sat. prior to leaving town was not a good idea! Called Oasis plumbing and Wade got over to our place within an hour and fixed a very difficult job. Awesome!
And he wore a mask to keep us all safe!

I was given Wade's number from a friend because I had a major leak & underground leak in my front yard and as when I called and spoke to Wade he listen to me he showed empathy and by a lot of what he said and his response time which would be the very next day I decided to go ahead and schedule the repair and he was at my house at the time that he said he would be and he took care of in the manner that he said he was going to. He gave me a price the day prior and it ended up being the same price he did not try to get anything more out of me. I think anybody that has any Plumbing issues that needs to get resolved Fast and quick please give Oasis Plumbing the respect and give them a call.

I am very happy with the service and would definitely recommend Oasis. I tried to replace the washer valve myself but i could not take the old one out since there was too much rust that had built up. I called Oasis late in the evening and they got the job done the next day. It took a few minutes to get new washer valves installed after I had been trying to do it myself for two days. I am very please with the service and with the quality of the repair. Highly recommended.

The company was quick to respond and was able to come out the following day after I called. They were professional and really helped evaluate the integrity of the sewer line and connection to our toilet to stop the leak. They installed the new toilet very quickly and even caulked around the bottom of the toilet. I had the pilot light go out on my water heater at 4 in the morning oh, I was able to call not only have someone answer the phone but offered to come out right away, was there within 30 minutes after my phone call, my water heater was not able to be saved and had to be replaced and was done so within the next 2 hours, Wade was courteous polite and very knowledgeable. Our hot water tank was leaking in our modular home, not bad, but we had never replaced it, so we knew it was time when we found water seeping out of the bottom, we called Oasis Plumbing. Our upstairs toilet started leaking into our downstairs hallway, and needless to say we needed the problem fixed ASAP. We were given Oasis Plumbing number from a friend and thought we would give them a try.

We sent a text to Oasis after 8pm at night and much to our shock, they replied back immediately. We setup an appointment for the next day. Wade came out, and arrived early. He asset the problem and gave us quote, which we approved. He kept us updated throughout the entire process and was extremely professional.

While working on the toilet he found another small problem and fixed it without any charge. He left the bathroom cleaner than he found it and did a great job!

Fantastic service! Wade and his team came to my home to troubleshoot a leak problem. They discovered it was an irrigation issue, rather than a plumbing issue, but gave us great advice on how to deal with the problem. Additionally, they did not accept any payment for their time Wade and his team demonstrate a genuine concern for the customer that seems so hard to find these days. Mr. Wade was amazing. He came in and figured that it was my water softener broke and all the internal stuff was now in my pipes. In a panic when expecting 12 women by 10AM on a Saturday, and the sewer line was plugged. Sinks won't drain. Oasis was closest and arrived in about an hour. Everything was clear before lunch, so grateful.

After I thought that I could handle fixing my leaking shower valves and failed I reached out to Oasis plumbing. The gentleman I spoke to was very informative and tried to walk me through my problem over the phone. Unfortunately the problem seemed bigger than me and he said he was on his way to another job and could swing by real quick. 10 minutes later the gentleman arrived and looked at the valves. He pulled them both out, handed them to me and said there's your problem. He informed me of were to get new ones and also gave me tips on how to properly install them. Long story short, 45 minutes later the valves were installed. No more leaking valves no more frustration. Thank you Oasis plumbing for coming to my rescue in such short notice. Last month I needed a water main installed and a new water heater. I wanted quality work done and I found that with Oasis Plumbing. I was comfortable with the price quoted compared to others and Wade was understanding of the urgency of the situation and got to work as soon as the city did their part even when he had a busy schedule and was cities apart. On time, professional, and I even learned a few things about maintenance of my water heater. We will be using Wade for all of our plumbing needs going forward that need professional work.

Old reverse osmosis system sprung a leak. Wade was able to replace the entire system same day and help assess some water damage that occured in the cabinets near the leak. The cost was a little pricey but the speed and quality of the work was very high so I don't regret choosing Oasis to complete the replacement. Will definitely use Oasis again for future projects.

We called oasis plumbing services monday morning reguarding a kitchen faucet and on and off valves that needed to be replaced, the lady taking calls for the company was very pleasant. We needed service as soon as possible, she gave us a time the tech would be out,between 12 and 2 the same day! I just bought a new house and needed to have the hook ups for my washer fixed. Wade did and excellent job. While there I also had a toilet issue and he jumped right in and fixed that as well. Over the weekend the knob to our water valve in our laundry room broke off which caused us to shut off our main water. Wade is absolutely amazing. We used him twice in the last few months because our pipes are old, corroded, and we just moved in. He fixed a pipe leak, replaced a pipe under the sink for the dishwasher and helped install our dishwasher. Seriously his service is outstanding. I needed a new water heater at home and for several reasons, decided to use Oasis for the job.

Jodi got me on the schedule right away and Wade was amazing. He uncovered a problem that had probably existed for years. He went above and beyond expectations to make everything right. In fact he worked well into the night.

Called and he came quickly and assessed the issue with the drains backing up. Cleaned out all the drain lines and got the drain system back in working order. Additionally he put a camera down the main drain lines to ensure everything was clear and to assess the condition of the pipes. He did an outstanding job and we are very satisfied with the service.

Wade did an awesome job. He said what he was going to do and he did it. Spent about 3 to 4 hours installing. Got it the same day that I requested the service to be done. Fair company fair price. I was going to go with Home Depots Rheem after installation with their preferred vendor of choice Delta would have came out to about $1,300. Oasis was able to do it for $1200 similar water heater Bradford White defender. Happy.

Called Oasis Plumbing when we had water leaking through our ceiling in the laundry room. The office was very professional and collected all necessary information efficiently and Wade was very responsive in his calling me back within just a few minutes.
