Was disappointed with the 27 second sewer scope for a potential house we are buying. The quality of the video was terrible and could not even tell they were at the house we were looking at. They did not provide an inspection report as stated in their sewer scope agreement. Would not hire this company again. $250.00 waste of money.

Dukes of air has been our go to a/c and heating maintenance and repair company for years. They have great techs and the maintenance plans they offer are really worth the money ( especially in AZ). Rion was our tech this time for our routine scheduled a/c maintenance and he was right on time, super nice and professional. Poor guy broke the news to us that our unit might be on the way out ( its limping along at 16 years old) but gave us some great options for if we wanted to keep it going and to possibly start thinking about getting ready for a new unit. I like that the Duke’s techs always share what they know and always give us options on what needs to be repaired and what can wait a little longer. We recommend them to everyone we know because it can be hard to find a consistently good quality company that delivers reliable service every time.

We called Norfleet about a moaning hose bibb. He came out and fixed it. A week later, my wife turned on the water, and the faucet wouldn't turn off. When she gave it a little oomph, the handle broke! Called him back, and it was replaced, no problem. They warranty everything for two years. We're really happy with the responsiveness, and will absolutely call them for future plumbing needs.
