I called BSJ yesterday for a problem with our toilet bolts. Michael Gisbran came out that afternoon to fix it. I couldn't believe that I got same day service, and such awesome service. It was a pleasure to get to know Michael. He is very professional and friendly at the same time. He did a wonderful job. I highly recommend BSJ Plumbing to everyone that has a need for a plumber. In the future if we need a plumbing repair we will look no further than this company.

We had a water heater replaced, the sink faucet replaced that was leaking, and a leak around the upstairs bathroom toilet repaired as well. They did a great job each time and had fair pricing. Great company, my water line was backed up, they came out to my house clear it out in no time at all, dug out all the roots never had a problem since! Highly recommended.

Frank was very helpful and let me pick his brain , regarding not only our house, but a rental that we scheduled him to do. While changing out the filters on the water systems, he checked to be sure everything else was working properly in the house, as well as answered questions I had about a water softening system that was set up in the rental. He was prompt, and very efficient and I would definitely recommend him to friends to have their water water systems taken care of.

I needed a new AC unit before the summer heat hit, and after getting bids from 4 companies, I decided to go with PlumbSmart. They had the best prices and were so good about providing all the information I asked for without being pushy like so many other companies. They were able to get the work done within 10 days of providing the bid, which was considerably faster than some of the other companies. The 2 technicians, Julian and Travis, arrived right on time and were incredibly nice and professional and extremely thorough with their work.
