Dillon G. was our technician - the whole experience went exactly how we needed it to. We contacted them and within less than 24 hours we had a new water heater and were good to go. The price seemed fair considering how quickly we could get this issue resolved and that is exactly what we were looking to do. We would recommend them and would use them again.

Doug G. replaced the water heater at my parent's home and did an outstanding job. He took extra time to help them as they are an older couple. He was courteous, professional, very knowledgeable and answered all their questions. After finishing the installation, he cleaned up and left area spotless. We highly recommend him!!

My original 13 year old water heater finally took a turn and leaked causing the entire condo power to shut down. I looked up on Google for water heaters, and found this place with a stellar review record. That goes a long ways with me. I called Seth who was in the CA office, but he was able to get me setup for a Rheem replacement that afternoon at a reasonable price. Trevor E arrived on time and was very professional and courteous. A water heater they installed just over a year and a half ago broke down and stopped heating water. Okay, that's fine. However, when calling them to try and fix the issue, they gave me conflicting information, making it seem like they can and then can't fix it. Someone was even rude??? If you can't fix it, I suppose it is what it is, but why make it seem like it's our fault and give attitude when you installed the water heater, you gave wrong/confusing information on what you can/can't do, and you can't even provide a proper solution or next steps? It's such a shame since we thought they'd be a great company, but you live and you learn.

Water heater broke a few months ago on Sunday. Called them Monday morning. Had a tech out by 11:00 am. Tech said he had to run to phoenix to get my brand of water heater. I came home from work at 5:00pm to newly installed water heater and a happy family. Trevor E. Is awesome. He was quick professional and have had no issues at all since it was replaced.

I highly recommend this business. They were quick to respond and able to get us on the schedule quickly. Our technician, Dillon, gave me some options but we went with a replacement water heater. This is the easiest rating I’ve ever had to do. They were A+ all the way. From pricing, ordering, delivery and installation by Trevor. I called them at 8 am to order a new water heater. By 12 pm I had it installed and working. If you are looking for a water heater, this is the company to go to.

We saw a leak on Sunday afternoon and by Monday morning Dillon was here replacing our water heater. He was very professional and cleaned up after himself. We have a recirculator and all was hooked back up. Thanks for the prompt service! We won't hesitate to recommend Dillon and Water Heaters Only to our friends and neighbors.

Contacted Water Heaters Only when I had no hot water the morning of June 5, 2019. I was told a technician could arrive at my home within 2 hours and was provided a 3-hour window. Dillon was the technician who inspected my water heater. Dillon was pleasant, polite and explained in detail the issue with the old water heater. He provided an estimate for a new water heater as well as explain in detail the installation. Dillon had the new water heater installed within 2 hours and answered any questions I had during the process. Great customer service when I contacted the office to make the appointment as well as the technician. Thank you.

The company was sent out to us by Fidelity Home Warranty after our water heater blew out early Saturday morning. The maintenance closet in the garage had sustained some water damage and Trevor the technician wasn’t sure he could install a new water heater until it was repaired. My handyman lives 3 blocks away and was willing to come over later in the day to reinforce the platform that the water heater was to placed on. It’s holding a 75 gallon one with no issues now. The company refused to install the new one until we first reinforced the platform. Trevor said he wanted to make sure he was communicating all this to us. I agreed to reinforce the platform but asked could they please remove the water heater so we could do the necessary work. Trevor needed authorization and we called Fidelity to get it. Trevor said he couldn’t talk to Fidelity directly they would have to call his dispatcher. We went inside to arrange for that to occur and Trevor just got in his van and left. No COMMUNICATION - nothing. I have run a multi million dollar retail business for the last 35 years and was appalled by this action. I’m sure because we had a Home Warranty paying for this issue that they must have figured they weren’t making enough to screw with the install. Here we waited all day for someone to get to our house with no water and then they do a disappearing act. PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I purchased a new water heater from here. They came the very next day to install it. There was a manufacturers defect on part of the unit. I called them and they came out the next day and replaced the part with a better part. A couple months after that, there was another manufacturers defect. I called agayand they came out within 2 hours and replaced the entire unit. No questions asked and no cost to me. These 2 issues I had with the unit had nothing to do with this company or the technician that installed it. This is the first company I've used for plumbing/water heater issues and I have no reason to try anyone else. Great company, staff customer service and I recommend them to everyone I know. And now to you.

Same day (they came out approx an hour after our call), very professional, fast installation and cleanup, friendly, price very competitive with others who said we had to wait a week. I think it was even less expensive. They had our Tall Rheem in stock, too. Very nice! Would totally recommend.

Fresh new water heater installed today in Chandler, AZ. I called on sunday and was told Tuesday. Trevor E called this morning (Monday) a day earlier. Couple hours and we are all set. This was a proactive replacement swap out Bradford for Bradford. I didn't want to risk an outage during the holidays. All set for 6yrs!

I’m very pleased with Water Heaters Only; their super competent installer, Dillon, performed excellent work. Our old heater began leaking and needed replaced. Dillon was able to arrive only a few hours after I called. After confirming some warranty information, he drove to Phoenix to get the replacement and was back ASAP. After that, the replacement was expertly performed in only about two hours!

My water heater quit while we were out of town. I found these folks on a Sunday night as soon as I got home, called and scheduled an appointment right then. I called at 845am that I was having problems with my water heater. After providing some details, I was told my 15yr old water heater needed to be replaced and they could do it today between 11 and 2pm. I couldn’t believe how quick I could have a new water heater. Set up the appointment and 30 mins prior to arrival the technician Don called to let me know he was on his way. Don was very professional, explained what he would do, made sure I had a bucket of water ready since my water would be off for a few hours and got to work right away. Very happy with the service and highly recommend this business.

I had a great experience with this company. My water heater died and the next morning they were able to replace it which was not easy--my water heater is not readily accessible. My technician, Trevor E., did an amazing job. He had to take down some shelves to access the water heater and he put them back up for me before he left. He also had to move my dryer but hooked it back up when he was finished. Everything is working great and I highly recommend this company and Trevor!
