My office had a backed up toilet. I called at the end of the business day and first thing thr next morning they came out to unclog the toilet. Turns out my coworker dropped her debit card in the toilet....opps! They were able to fix the problem and save me from plunging the toilet for 20minutes before using it. Lol ...definitely will be reccommending you guys to everyone!

I needed a new valve, handle and faucet installed for my shower. After getting an outrageous quote from a big name plumber here in the valley I went to YouTube to see if I could do the job myself. After watching many videos it was clear that this job would be well beyond my scope of expertise. The last video I watched was exactly what I needed done. In the video, the guy doing the Job said he was at a house in Gilbert AZ. I immediately looked at the video info to see if there was any company info and sure enough there was. I called and and talked to a gentleman and told him about the video I saw. Turns out he was the guy in the video and also the owner! I explained to him what I needed done and the crazy quote I got from a big name plumber and he was able to quote me a VERY fair price. Not only did he give me a great price but he also sent someone out the next day to get the job done! This company did an amazing job and I will definitely be using them in the future!

We recently needed assistance with replacing our 3 faucet shower valve and Greg came out from Plumbing Express to help. He was a complete professional and even suggested that I could do it myself. Due to lack of time I was unable and had family coming in town, so he showed me how simple it was and completed the work really quickly. Greg was really cool and great guy. This guy does a rink-a-dink job and leaves the removed concrete and pipes in the alley. Has unsafe practices leaving dug out areas for weeks unmarked. Be careful of this company.

Broken shut off value discovered weeks later....
Same day, Plumbing Express scheduled to replace wax ring under toilet at my business. $25.00 wax ring. total bill $317.00
Total $581.00 wax ring, valve & flapper plus labor.
Days after completion, texted the owner / staff 3 times to send invoice. July 2022, 5 months later invoice arrived.
Please Note: refrain from calling dispatch, if technician is 4 hours behind schedule for an update, as you will be chastised and sent to the time out chair.

In search of new plumbing services, my mother referred me to GMR and boy was that a good referral! The first time I ever contacted them via text, they came out THAT night. They were able to fix my problem very quickly and even informed me that the previous plumber did not put in the right size piping under my sink. Fast forward to future needed services, the owner has been nothing but quick with responses and ALWAYS has been able and willing to come out to me THAT day or within 24 hours. I have never had an issue getting on their schedule quickly. Every plumber, including the owner, of GMR, have been extremely nice and informative in regards to my plumbing issues in my home. They are extremely affordable and are not like typical plumbing that charge an arm and a leg for services. They are very fair and will do what they can to work with you. They are all very well educated and you can tell they know what they are talking about/doing. You can tell that Jerry and his team are very proud of the work they do, as they should be..they sure do deliver on that! I have never felt like they were trying to give me a service I don't need just to higher the ticket price...the complete opposite actually! They have a great warranty as well and back up all of their work so you can feel secure! I am grateful to my mother for referring me to GMR as they are now my go to for plumbing! If you are in need of plumbing services do not hesitate to reach out to them...you will not regret it!

The pressure vacuum breaker (PVB)to our pool line went bad and was leaking. I called Plumbing Express and they were out the next day, on time, and he installed a new PVB. Greg did a great job and was friendly and thoughtful throughout the job. Very happy with his work. I will use Plumbing Express again in the future, for sure.

The owner sent Austin out to handle a root intrusion in our sewer line late on Saturday night. They came back out on Monday with cameras and were able to tell me exactly where it started. The owner was helpful in determining that it was a city issue and directed me there. He was prompt and through in all aspects of his communication with me. I was extremely impressed With ROB:
1. He came out and gave me an estimate and reviewed how I could reduce the price of the overall bill by almost $100. That alone was outstanding.
2. Came back and installed my Pressure Vacuum Breaker and all plumbing associated with it.
3. Was timely and friendly.
4. Was neat and tidy with everything from not allowing the primer and glue to stain anything. They kept the glue off my cool deck, my house and you cant even see it on the PVC tubes.
5. And he along with me likes Bob Marley...lol!
Plumbing Express will be my preferred plumber going forward.

Plumbing Express provided great service repairing/installing a new secondary line for my kitchen sink. I live in an old home and the sink was backed up. To say it drained slow was an understatement. It wasn’t draining at all. They came in and got the job done and I never thought I would say it, but I am so happy that I can wash my dishes! I just had some plumbing repairs done on my outdoor faucet, I am extremely happy with the professional service provided. What a great company, what a great guy! Jerry of Plumbing Express explained things to my understanding, he is kind, profession and my dogs liked him too. Very reasonable price too, it was going to be one thing but the leak was deeper than we thought, he explained it to me and was able to fix it for only $30 more than the original quote and he did a lot of work to get my faucet working properly and looking nice and neat with no leaks. I will definately make them my plumber of choice for any further needs I have.

I always call plumbing express and I’m never disappointed by the knowledge and professionalism of the technicians or the quality of work.
Greg did a great job and I appreciate how quickly PE was able to get him over here to replace my hot water heater.
I have an American Home Shield warranty but I know better than to have the AHS contract provider do my plumbing, I take the cash reimbursement in lieu of repair and call Plumbing Express because good plumbing matters.
