My husband and I are very satisfied with their professional work. I had several companies check on our 13-year-old units for replacing its system. Arizona's Dukes of Air was by far the best one for its price and service quality. Mr. Jerry, technician, came out my place, checked and answered all of my questions regarding installing procedures. After that, he gave two different quotes based on AC system difference. It was very clear to see what would be included on the quotes. Therefore, it was also easy for us what to pick to meet my expectations. The installation guys were very friendly, and knowledgeable about their works. It was done within couple of hours so smoothly. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs AC repair/installation. As a personal preference, I love their orange color shirt and trucks! Thank you very much, AZ's Dukes of Air!

Set an appointment yesterday 8/8 and Christian just finished up at 8/9. He was great and explained/answered every question I had. Finished up the project very quickly. Was on time within the appointment window and friendly/professional. Will be using Mason pro services if needed again because of Christian!

Not a good company to work with. I am not sure if is just the person on the site or is the company’s philosophy. If is the company then this is definitely a “pursue to pursue only profit” company. I am questioning all those 5 star reviews. Anyway, I don’t think there will be more business with them..

I had my spigot break outside with also a broken main on top of that and called for help. So happy I did! Tom came right away at the end of his day to help me. He had to work in the pouring rain to fix it. On top of all of that, he couldn’t have been a kinder person. He sent out some guys the next day to help me also, and they were also so professional, pleasurable, and did a great job. I highly recommend!

I was charged $113 for just remove the hair under drain cap in the shower. I just called to ask for the refund of $64 unclogging fee. It's pending on the manager to approve now.

Was called over by our warranty company about a leaking water heater, said he had worked with our warranty company many times in the past and was able to replace and install a new water heater (the current one was too far gone) in about an hour and a half. He was great, super nice, knowledgeable and worked quickly.

Patrick came out to repair my main line for me, mine was old and rusted and needed quick attention. Cooling & Plumbing Co were able to get to me within the same week and repaired in a day, maybe just a couple hours he was there. They will be my go to for any future services and repair! James did a great job unclogging kitchen drain. Showed me the grime buildup, from nearly 30 years. Took more than a snake to clean, all good now.
