I was very happy with the work done, everything looks great and most importantly works!! I was actually very impressed with the level of service received. We purchased a whole house water softener kit, with pre filter, resin tank and brine tank. I had several companies out for quotes to install it, Go Direct wasn't the cheapest, but they were not far off from it, however they quoted me a price for the whole job start to finish, no surprises no add on charges, no little surprise extras, just one number and they walked me through what they were going to do. The day of installation, I received a phone call letting me know he was on his way to get parts and would be at the house soon. The installation was first class, and he walked me through how everything would work. I would not hesitate to use these guys again, if you need a plumber don't even hesitate call Go Direct!

The complex I live at used them 5 months ago. They took 22 hours with our water off when it was supposed to be 10. And that was just the beginning. They’ve now showed up with no warning and shut the water off to fix their mistakes multiple times. Simple line switch that they haven’t gotten right over 6 months/dozens of trips here/handfuls of water shut offs. Actually a scam.

Excellent service and a friendly guy. Tom let me watch and explained everything thoroughly. We’ve used Dukes of Air in the past and will continue to do so. These guys get paid hourly, rather than commission. I haven’t ever thought they were trying to screw us over. I felt like we got honest answers and were provided good feedback. They’re prices have always felt reasonable too.Update 6/21: Used this company again to do a new install and the entire process was great. They were friendly, efficient, and explained everything. Price seemed fair for the work they did.

I had a plumbing issue so I reached out to a couple of plumbers and one being Plumbing & AC Medic. Kyler came out and we reviewed the challenge and he quoted me a price. I did chase a previous plumbing company out because the quote for the job was too hard for me to swallow. Kyler's quote was within that same range and though it was hard to swallow that charge I liked Kyler so I said I would go ahead and agree to the price. 15 minutes later Kyler informed me that he was able to resolve the issue without a huge expense since he was able to unscrew a piece I thought was broken. This saved me a bunch of money and Kyler could of done the task that we agreed upon and I would never have known about the easier fix. This is exactly why I will spread the word about Plumbing & AC Medic and specifically Kyler
