Arrived on time - Jimmy-Joe was very personable and knowledgeable. Worked very efficiently changing out RO filters. Reasonably priced. Our first time using this company. Now count them as our regular plumber.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Jimmy Joe’s Plumbing. Tony came out initially to give us a quote on two projects. He was on time and explained options and the process. The estimate was half the price of another estimate I received from a different company and was very reasonable. I had to wait 6 weeks for a faucet to come in, but when it did Tony came out within two days to complete both services. Every interaction with Tony was pleasant. He was on time, respectful and up front. We needed an extension piece to install the faucet which I picked up after he left and he came back shortly after I arrived home from the supply store, the same day. He even stayed after he was done to answer some questions we had on a gas line installed by someone else. I will recommend Jimmy Joe’s to any of our friends and will absolutely contact them in the future with any plumbing needs.

They have done a great job for everything I needed. Will be using the company for good for any of my plumbing needs. They never overcharge for anything at all, and are always respectful.

Everything about this service was easy. Scheduling the appointment was a breeze. Jimmy Joe was clean, fast, and very nice. The toilet he installed in our master bath works very well and looks nice.

The first time he put in my new faucets, everything went well. Five months later I had granite counter tops installed and needed JimmyJoe to come out and install the faucets again. I had out of town guests arriving and so it was important to get this done on time. I scheduled, he was suppose to come at 1:30, by three I called him. He apologized, explained really busy that day but would come late afternoon, evening for sure. He called around five asking what parts I might need, was still coming. Finally at 7:00 I called him. Apologized again, I asked if he could do it first thing in the morning. Said he would check his schedule and call me right back. He called right back, was grateful and promised to be here at 6-6:30 in the morning. Finally at 9:00 I called him. Of course this time he wouldn't even answer the phone. We had a slab leak. Tony came out, looked things over, and gave us a fair estimate for the repair. There were hidden complications and the repair turned out to be much more difficult than expected. Jimmy Joe came over with a 2nd truck and together they worked out a solution. At the end of a very long and difficult job, our leak was fixed and Tony refused to leave until he had cleaned up every last speck of dirt. We're so glad we chose Jimmy Joe's. It's like the motto on his trucks says: The best place to take your leak.

The plumber, Tony, who completed the faucet installations (one kitchen, one bathroom) was very nice and did a good job. When I discovered one of the bathroom faucet handles was loose, he came back and tightened it up within a week of the install. Good, professional people who do a good job; I would recommend them to anyone requiring a good plumber.

Joel came out and fixed our problem. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Fixed our problem at a reasonable rate and did more than expected without changing the quoted price. We are very happy.

Jimmy texted as stated when he was on the way. He is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Provides customers with multiple options with the goal of saving the customer money. This kind of straightforward honesty is a rare trait, and will definitely use him again if needed.

Exceptional service!

Water heater was leaking and he was able to come over that afternoon. Removed the old water heater called a restoration company to come fix the structural damage. Went and picked up a new water heater and had it installed that afternoon.

Showed up during designated time, handled clogged kitchen sink line and replacement of osmosis filters. Appreciate good work, will use again.

Best plumbing service I have ever hired. Very skilled, reasonble prices. If you are a landlord, they do a great job of coordinating with your tenant and keeping the landlord informed. Efficient e-mail invoicing and payment system. They also work on reverse osmosis systems and do a better job than companies solely dedicated to R/O systems. Be a good customer and have photos and/or detailed info of the problem and you can set everything up by text.

Had Jimmy Joe quote me on some custom plumbing I needed done for a project. He was knowledgeable about all things plumbing and had ideas for layout that I didn't consider. He and Dax had a key to the place over a couple weeks and I was not concerned about anything while they were there. A real stand up operation. If your looking for a good plumber look no further.

If you want an excellent plumber, honest, friendly, and very reasonably priced, then I highly recommend Jimmy Joe. I mainly called him to fix a bad leak under the bathroom sink. There was also a broken water pipe in the garage that entered the wall and I didn't know what it was. I showed him and he said it was a pipe that went to the refrigerator. He fixed that pipe and didn't even charge me for it. Again, I highly recommend Jimmy Joe. He's the best.

Jimmy Joe's plumbing recently came to our aid to fix a problem we had that had been ongoing for sometime but we couldn't figure out where our leak was. He figured it out right away and saved us from opening up a wall unnecessarily. They are great at what they do and a great value also. We asked for some business cards to hand out as we frequently get asked by friends and clients if we know a plumber. I would feel confident recommending them.

I've used Jimmy Joe's in the past, but the actual owner came out those times (R/O water filter installation and remove/reinstall toilet for new tile). I'm not sure who the person they sent out this time was, but he had no clue whatsoever, or he had instructions to up sale. Didn't have parts to fix leaking faucet (it's a Delta, not like it's unusual or anything, but it is what it is). Original Crane toilet, yes it is at least 25 years old, but they haven't exactly changed designs a lot in the past 60 years or so. I had a universal repair kit, plumber insisted it wouldn't fit. Sorry, it fit the other two identical toilets in the house. It will double flush, sorry, not if you install it correctly. Wound up having to call their office and order the belligerent person out of my house (yes really, that bad). It's a shame, they've done a good job in the past (including removing this exact toilet, letting a new tile floor be installed, and then placing the toilet back). They did this 3 years prior, and THEY were the ones who installed the it's too small, they don't make that anymore part. I'm over 60, have bad arthritis, and didn't want to be bending over replacing the parts in the toilet. I'm not going to be insulted and have an obvious up sale/lie from the plumber try and tell me I must replace the toilet instead of using a $20 part and an hour of labor. Very odd, Google shows me this review, but doesn't show it to anyone else. What gives?

Update, I replaced the leaking seal (flapper, etc., a $20 kit) with the one they told me doesn't fit. They just want to upsell you into buying a new toilet, and Google should be ashamed of themselves for hiding critical reviews. The owner needs to be much more careful who they hire, or what they instruct him to do, you lost a customer that had used you 4 times in the past.

Jimmy Joe was fantastic! My landscaper pointed out a leak on the side of the house the day before I was scheduled to leave for an extended trip. Jimmy Joe was at my property the next morning to fix the problem before I took off. He also gave me some recommendations on other plumbing questions I had. Fantastic and honest service isn't easy to come by these days, but Jimmy Joe is the real deal! Thank you!

Just totally excellent: on time on short notice, very professional, very smart, diagnosed our tricky problem, made us understand it, gave us our options, didn't try to oversell us. If I need a plumber and especially if I need the Sherlock Holmes of plumbers, I'm calling Jimmy Joe's again.

I'm allowing two stars for the quick response and good communication from the scheduler. But, I feel I was ripped-off. I had a water leak under my park model home. It was only a few feet from the crawl space entry. The guy they sent took a look and said it was a bad elbow on a pipe that was capped off. He said he could cut it to remove the elbow joint and re-cap it. Then he said it would cost $265!
I asked him why it was so much and what the hourly rate was. He said it wasn't an hourly rate - just what the job costs because he has to go into the crawl space and work in the dirt. He said You don't want to go under there and do that, so this what you'll have to pay me to do it.
Twenty minutes later I heard him closing off the crawl space entry point. I went outside and found him standing, out of sight behind his truck, talking on his cell phone. He said he would give me a break and only charge $205 for the work. He was here for less than 30 minutes!

I was put in Mesa visiting a friend when she got a leak behind the washing machine valve. No way to cut the water to the leak without shutting off the whole house. She was crying.
Jimmy Joe came out fast, was professional and personable and put our minds at ease right away. (You will have water when I'm finished.)
He fixed the pipe, he was neat, quick, didn't overcharge her, and didn't mind doing a couple of other little jobs for her even though it's the weekend. (Leaking sink and hose-bib)
