Absolutely PHENOMENAL service. We had an issue where our smoke alarm went off and we called another company that came out and told us our whole unit needed to be replaced (after we had a maintenance plan and they had been there a month before and said everything looked perfect with the unit). We reached out to 911 heating and cooling as they did our home inspection and we trusted their opinion. Rob and Robert helped figure out the issue. It wasn’t an easy job but they were extremely helpful and we trusted their opinion. I really was so impressed with how hard the worked to make sure our unit was working well. We will always use this company and recommend them to everyone!!!!

My Daikin A/C was purchased in May 2018. Therefore, it is 3 years old. I had Plumb Smart Technician come out for maintenance, May 2021. I was very taken aback when I was told that my A/C needed a new capacitor and a new contactor - 2pole which cost $318. I hesitated but I had the tech replace them. When I had time to think about it, I questioned why a 3 year old A/c needed replacement parts. I called the office and discussed my concern. They were understanding and wanted to keep me as a customer. We mutually agreed upon a partial refund. I felt better and it was good PR for Plumb Smart.

They have replaced faucets, fixed leaks, etc. Pricing is fair. All work has been done in a professional and courteous manner.
