I tried 2 days in a row to get them to come out and they are a no call no show. Very unreliable company don’t bother with them.

Good plumbing company

This company installed the plumbing in my new home. Don’t walk from this company but rather run. I had repair work done under warranty and the repair job was horrible. Then 2 months later they call me and said I owe them for the repair yet the manufactures warranty is for 5 years and they said it was covered under that. Then Loraine started to yell at me on the phone and went on to say she had retired three months prior and it’s the fault of the other person that had taken her position over. I’m sorry your company told me wrong information but you can’t lead someone to believe that a repair is covered and then ask for payment equivalent to the amount of actually buying a new bathtub. This company uses cheap material and lack honesty and organizational skills a company should have. I shouldn’t know that they fired Danny for not doing any work. Then when I told the loraine that It sounds like a internal issue and I hadn’t agreed to those terms and wasn’t going to pay a bill I hadn’t agreed to service on she started cursing at me before she hung up. I would never recommend this company.

4 appointments scheduled no called no showed. Man come on guys, this isn’t cool. Just not professional at all. I would respect it more if you guys just told me you weren’t coming. I took 4 days off of work to be here, and didn’t show.

Junk company that flat out lies when they will be there and will even tell you they are on their way and then never show. They take forever to get back to you which at this point is no surprise. Hopefully bankruptcy can take this business down ASAP

No call, no show. Now nobody will answer the phone. Voicemail is not set up, that's weird. Yeah I'll look elsewhere.

I was just tailed and then flipped off by one of their technicians on Higley road in Gilbert. I will never ever use this company.
