Dustin and BSJ plumbing did an amazing job fixing all the plumbing issues at my house. He was on time and did an amazing job on all of my projects. Everything was done well, quickly and he even tightened up my kitchen faucet on his way out the door. I would highly recommend this company if you have plumbing issues.

Worked with George on a major demo - including moving HVACs, water heaters, and a whole kitchen. He was there every step of the way to make it work, his team was on time and on schedule and the workmanship was excellent. I should point out I live in a 100 year-old loft apartment - so all the complications of neighbors and elevators and professional grade rule were in play - and they still did amazing work at a great price. Ray and Brandon worked on my shower as it wasn't allowing both hot and cold water. Ran into a few issues along the way but worked together and figured it out and stayed as long as needed. They got it fixed, put everything back together and tested. Everything is working great and have hot and cold water now. Excellent job and teamwork

Casey was very responsive and professional. Fixed a leaking water filtration system the morning after we made an after hours call to State 48. Casey also gave us a recommendation and price on the purchase and installation of a new system.

The sump pump in the basement stopped working. Contacted Mason Pro Services through their website. They got right back to me and said they could have someone out that afternoon. The technician arrived when he said he would. He took it apart and we discussed my options. We decided to replace it, so Mack went and bought a new pump and had it working the same day.
