Best Routine Maintenance in Mesa AZ

Robert came out today to inspect and flush the water heater to take advantage of a promo card they sent me. This is not the first time I have had them come out and they always have been professional, on time and do quality work. I would definitely call them again and recommend them to friends.

We found some water spots on our ceiling and we decided to have water leak detection service as precautions. We hired Plumbing Bear as per their ratings and reviews and i must say they were truly professionals and kind. They arrived on same day of our call and they had all the necessary equipment in their van. They inspected whole house and found all the leaks and started repairing it. They completed the whole work in two and a half day.Thank you guys for great job.

Wade was very prompt and professional and courteous. The price was very competitive. He showed me the pictures that were taken before and after the job was completed, so that I could see the work that was done.

My air conditioner shut down this weekend. Called Dukes of Air first thing in the morning and arranged a time slot for mid afternoon. They could have come in the late morning, however I had other commitments during that time. They called and were able to come a little earlier than expected. Outstanding Customer service received from both Laura in the office, and Todd the technician. Pricing was comparable to other companies. Will be using them for future yearly maintenance for all 3 units we have on our property. Enjoyed working with them. Keep up the good work!

While the plugged drain was more an inconvenience rather than emergency (it was an emergency to me), I had a small window of time in the morning between Addam’s appointment times and work. Addam accommodated my schedule far and above my expectations and completed the job in a thorough and complete manner. He was super quick to respond to my questions regarding price and to schedule my job. I am completely impressed with him and the job he did. I will be calling again if I need a plumber in the future.

This is the second time I used Mason Pro Services for electrical work and both experiences were great. I called them and they were able to come out same day. Jeff was the gentleman that came out on my most recent visit and I was very impressed with him. He knew exactly what I needed and gave me very fair pricing. He was
professional, efficient, knowledgeable and just a really nice guy. I have had some bad experiences in the past with other companies with up selling and paying way more for services than reasonable. I will continue using Mason Pro Services in the future. They come and get the job done with reasonable pricing.

Mr Diefenderfer flooded our house after failing to inspect a drip line that he installed from our sink to the fridge.
This was the our first order of business before we moved into our new house. So after he installed it we left and didn't discover till we revisited the house. Unfortunately by then the kitchen and adjacent media room had an inch and a half of water in them. As a result of his negligence our walls and lower cabinets were ruined and had to be removed and replaced.
After notifying Mr Diefenderfer he got belligerent and started yelling at us on the phone. We are pursuing this case in the court system because he has chosen to refuse to repay us and even refuses to refund the hook up fee.
Accidents happen but he handled this horribly.

It clearly stated in the receipt / contract that the owner wrote out, that after the hook up, he was to check for leaks (see attached picture of the receipt). It's very concerning that you, and your company refuse to acknowledge any ownership of this problem.

There are so many companies out there in the HVAC industry and we have finally found THE ONE! Glen is a great technician. I called the office the night before. He showed up on time and worked with my home warranty to get everything done correctly. I really recommend his work . He was able to fix my broken ac same day versus someone else who took 3 weeks and he job was still pending. Glen needs to be recognized by his company. Way to go.I used ac medic again and as always I was 100 % satisfied . thank you plumbing/ac medic for making another customer happy. Problem solved and my house is back to be nice and cool.
