Best Routine Maintenance in Mesa AZ

Water heater stopped working Sunday afternoon. Called them up and they sent out a technician the next day. Ron G showed up and inspected my water heater. After explaining the issue and giving me an estimate with the water heater. I decided to proceed with installing a new water heater. He explained step by step what he was doing and always making sure if I had question he’d be gladly answer them. He got the job done and made sure everything was nice and secure. The pipes under my Park Model burst so we flooded the street then had no hot water. Wade found the problem with corroded joints, replaced and fixed us up in short order. Thanks!

Justin provided excellent service to my heat pump (rinsed the condensor coil and checked that all the components were in good working order). He gave clear information on what he did. In addition, he cleaned the drain where the condensate line from the heat pump empties into and cleared the debris from my roof. Job well done.-Doug G.

This is the second time I used Mason Pro Services for electrical work and both experiences were great. I called them and they were able to come out same day. Jeff was the gentleman that came out on my most recent visit and I was very impressed with him. He knew exactly what I needed and gave me very fair pricing. He was
professional, efficient, knowledgeable and just a really nice guy. I have had some bad experiences in the past with other companies with up selling and paying way more for services than reasonable. I will continue using Mason Pro Services in the future. They come and get the job done with reasonable pricing.

Mr Diefenderfer flooded our house after failing to inspect a drip line that he installed from our sink to the fridge.
This was the our first order of business before we moved into our new house. So after he installed it we left and didn't discover till we revisited the house. Unfortunately by then the kitchen and adjacent media room had an inch and a half of water in them. As a result of his negligence our walls and lower cabinets were ruined and had to be removed and replaced.
After notifying Mr Diefenderfer he got belligerent and started yelling at us on the phone. We are pursuing this case in the court system because he has chosen to refuse to repay us and even refuses to refund the hook up fee.
Accidents happen but he handled this horribly.

It clearly stated in the receipt / contract that the owner wrote out, that after the hook up, he was to check for leaks (see attached picture of the receipt). It's very concerning that you, and your company refuse to acknowledge any ownership of this problem.

I am very happy with my service from Air and Water Mechanical! I needed a new A/C installed and they did a great job explaining the process to me. Anthony was the technician who installed my A/C and he was prompt and professional. In addition, all the staff I spoke to were helpful in meeting my needs and were very understanding. I will continue to do business with Air and Water Mechanical in the future and highly recommend them.

Curtis came for ac tune up. He arrived on time and was very professional and courteous. Excellent price and service. I would definitely use their services if needed in the future.
