We purchased a brand new AC unit and it's going on 3 weeks it not working right. Our roof was ruined on install, it took 3 weeks to diagnose a problem with the unit and me, my family and animals are all sweating to death.All we get are empty platitudes from this company while we burn to death they treat it with no urgency. Would break our contract with them if we could and go elsewhere, it is not worth the headache and indifference we have experienced. This company is tearing my family apart with fighting. Sorrys and we understands do not fix our issue.

Darrell had to work for several hours to unclog a massive obstruction in the system. The job was larger than he expected but he was dogged in getting it right. Had a broken pipe in our home wall. Jaden, from Phend plumbing came out, assessed the issue, told us what was wrong, he was precise and clear in his communication. First, he put a small hole in the outside wall and with a small camera found the issue, why is this important? Because then he knew where to go though the wall, making only a hole needed enough to fix the issue. This kept the wall repair cost to a minimum amount.
