They were able to help with a last minute emergency. I used a “handyman” to install some faucets and they did a terrible job and left the job incomplete. Amazing work and knowledge of what is needed

We needed help replacing a broken shower valve at our spa. Phend came to the rescue on short notice and got the job done with very little disruption to our operations. Thanks Cory for getting us out of a jam!

I had a break in my water main. Phend was able to send someone out first thing the next morning. Dallen was prompt, friendly, and professional. He walked me through what he was going to do and how much it would cost. He also kept me in the loop as he went. Responsive and prompt at scheduling was a plus. Misdiagnosed the leak. Was told subfloor was soaked and we needed remediation and an insurance claim. I went the next day subfloor was not soaked felt completely decieved and lied to.

They came within 45 mins when I had an emergency toilets overflowing! Amazing job! We had stuff coming up! Use them! They are good and Pete the owner is awesome!

We found a leak in our wall and a contractor friend recommended Phend. I do not have enough good things to say about them! I called in the morning, they were able to get us on the schedule for same day. They called about an hour before my appointment time and asked if they could come early, the technician was courteous and friendly, and even listened to my son’s chatter. He answered my many questions, gave a fair estimate. And quickly fixed the leaking pipe. After he was done, because I was still nervous there was a potential leak somewhere else, he took me out to my meter and showed me the meter and how it wasn’t moving anymore and told me about how even if a drop is leaking, the meter will move. so grateful for the time that he took! I’m glad to know that I have a plumber for life!

Our water heater started to leak on a Saturday mid afternoon. Called Phend for the first time ever and they had Korey out here within a couple of hours. The warehouse was already closed when he tried to pick up a new water heater for us around 5:00. He came back first thing Sunday morning and had the job done in no time. Charlie from Phend Plumbing came out for a free estimate on shower, toilets and sinks for a remodel. He came on time and did the estimate in a very efficient, timely manner. I had attempted to do some of the work myself with some problems and he showed me how to make slight adjustments to make it work. I didn't expect to have some of these things worked out during an estimate with no charge but Charlie was great and cared about the outcome and my needs. I had to call because of blockage that cause my sewer line to back up into my showers. They showed up the same day and charged a fair price to clear and scope my sewer line. They provided a fair estimate for more extensive work as well that needs to be done in the future. I will definitely call them again and recommend them to friends.

I had a leak in our garage with our water softener. Our garage had been flooding without our immediate knowledge. I called Phend and they came out to help within 30 minutes! So glad we used them!

This company was great. Called for sewer scope inspection and they came out within 2 hours. Very professional! Will use again for my real estate clients.

This review is a little late but want to leave a review nonetheless.

My ejector pump in the basement failed in July 2021 and I ended up with water in the basement. Ended up having to file an insurance claim due to the water damage. Home warranty wouldn't cover the pump so I had pay everything out of pocket.

I shopped around for plumbers in my area and found Phend. They had the highest reviews (both google and yelp) and their prices were pretty much in line with all the other plumbing companies I contacted.

Phend was able to provide a quote and come back out within a few days (after I was done shopping around) to replace the pump. They guarantee their work for 30 days which was an added bonus!

Then in Sept, the pump alarm went off. I called Phend on a Sunday. They had a supervisor, Gino, come out to my house on Tuesday to take a look. It ended up that condensation from the AC riser was dripping on the alarm and set it off. He generously waived the service fee after explaining what the problem'was.

I would definitely give Phend a call again for any plumbing needs.

Had a broken pipe in our home wall. Jaden, from Phend plumbing came out, assessed the issue, told us what was wrong, he was precise and clear in his communication. First, he put a small hole in the outside wall and with a small camera found the issue, why is this important? Because then he knew where to go though the wall, making only a hole needed enough to fix the issue. This kept the wall repair cost to a minimum amount. Outstanding job Jaden and great work Phend plumbing.

Wow, thank you for the great experience! The irrigation system in my backyard ended up springing a leak on the Friday night of a long weekend. I though that I would have to go for 3 days without water and was already filling the bathtub when I decided to try to call a couple of places. I left a message with the answering services of a couple of different places and the dispatcher called me back that very evening. The next morning Aaron showed up, quickly diagnosed the leak, and had it fixed within the hour at a reasonable price. If I ever need any other plumbing services I will be sure to call Phend first!

At the moment I called them, I had already had a plumber and remediation team work on the problem. However, I was not totally comfortable with the process proposed by the plumber.

The short of it is, Charlie Trent showed up on time, listened and then did his due diligence before he explained my options

Before Charlie arrived, I had expected I would be in a hotel or back in California for days or weeks
while repairs were made.

Long story short, he had an expert leak detection team out in amazing time and after their work was done and the scope of the problem identified, he re-piped the damaged pipe run and I now have water , hot water on the same day.

Got new washer / dryer for our condo. Discovered leak at the water valves after installation. Gino was on another intervention at our community but came and had a look at our problem. He came back two days later to replace the valves. Job maybe expensive but well executed. I can recommend Phend Plumbing and I will use them again if needed.

I just had a great experience with Matt Southard from Phend Plumbing. He repaired a leak that was in my wall and was very professional and friendly. He gave me a great impression of Phend Plumbing being a first time customer. Hopefully I won't need them again, but if I do, I will call them.

David was very rude and short with me.....I tried to explain my issues with my sewer line and he said it was $250 to do a camera inspection, despite the fact my appointment was for a free estimate. ....I told him I had a video of the problem and wasn't willing to look at it and wasn't willing to discuss options unless I paid for a camera inspection.....I said he was very rude and short and I felt he didn't want to help and even if he was the cheap
est bid I wouldn't hire him .

QUIK response and exckent service and fix it and reasonable price

I was referred to this company by my dad because they have used them before and in my dad business organization in Arizona. Parents paid 180 for the same work I needed done. Had to pay $450.00 for 2 valves. Asked him if he go drill a whole in my sink for a soap dispenser and he wanted $180.00. I said no. Bought the bit for $15 and did it myself. They guy laughed in my face when I said how much my parents got it for and said they are lying to me. Showed him the text message and he changed his whole attitude, when he found out that my dads connection was the owner. He then knocked the valves to $360.00, and offer to drill the whole for free. I will never use this company again. Sketchy plumber trying to rip people off. Not saying the company but this person is a crook. Felt that he was trying to screw me until he found out my dad knew the owner

Massive clogged drain on Sunday night.Called and they were there at 9 am.
Technician was on time,super friendly and clean.Repaired not only the clog but the clean out plug had been broken and cross threaded prior to our purchase of home.

Came quickly to resolve my issue. Fixed it when two other companies couldn’t figure it out.

We had our water heater flushed. The tech was prompt, courteous and the area was as clean when he left as when he arrived. We would use them again.

Charlie came early than expected. Helped get things fixed in timely manner. Answered all questions I had. This was second time using them and definitely not last.

Technician was polite, friendly and seemed knowledgeable. The work was completed quickly and he cleaned up everything before he left. The estimate he gave me is what I paid , no surprises. Everything seems repaired so far, no leaks yet. Only reason I didn’t leave a 5 star review is because of the cost, their estimate for the repairs was twice another local plumbers company.

Amazing service!

Im in the process of doing a bathroom remodel. I removed the shower/tub combo and I am replacing with a walk-in shower. I needed the existing piping relocated. I contacted Phend Plumbing from a referral. They were very pleasant and professional over the phone. They were able to schedule me an appointment the following day. The plumber showed up earlier than expected, was very friendly and professional, great with communication and did fantastic work.

Excellent service and advice from Tim S. during a service call to check on a possible leak from my a/c plumbing into an exterior wall of my house. He called 30 minutes prior to the appointment window to inform me he was inbound, showed up on time, was pleasant, presented a professional appearance in uniform and with the service vehicle. He assessed the situation, tested with two moisture sensors and determined that there was no moisture damage. No charge for the service call. Wow. Company showed up on time and repaired two leaks on drain pipes located within the walls, friendly, responsive and professional.

Aaron was the plumber that showed up at my house for kitchen sink issues. I needed the plumbing work I did checked (the drain was refrained for a new sink) and had issues with a new faucet I installed. Aaron showed up about two hour ahead of schedule!! that was a fantastic! After looking at the drain he said it was done correctly. He looked at the faucet and I explained my issue and he told me what I was afraid of, its a cheap faucet that's why its not working. So after everything was said and done Aaron did not perform any work as there was none for him to perform. When he left he said he did nothing and so we was not going to charge me! Wow!! mind blown, I took up about 10 minutes of his time and he did not charge me. That is unheard of today, am very grateful and have already referred Phend and Aaron to others.

Had them out for another service, needed a sink shut off valve replaced. The service took less than 10 minutes. Work was great but the cost of $250 seem a little high for parts and little labor time. Workmanship is great but I think cost could be a little less. I would be very satisfied at around $175 for a new shut off valve cost and 10 minutes of labor.

i am so happy to share my review of Phend Plumbing with the public! I called Phend at 9 am last Wednesday because I had FINALLY had it with my disposer! I got a window of 11-1 on the same day for a technician to come out. Kory called me at 10:50 and was on his way to my home. He arrived completely prepared for my job and was so efficient and professional. I had a brand new garbage disposer and sister-sink drain basket. He also saw that my sink faucet was loose and he tightened it up so I won't have any structural damage from water leakng. The whole thing was finished by 1. I was so pleased and felt really good about my decision to have the work done and to use this company. I plan to call these guys for all my plumbing needs.

I chose Charlie because of all the people who came out, he really seemed to understand what I wanted, which was to reroute the drain line so it would fit our new sink with a bottle trap. He was very clear on what he could and couldn't do and very easy to work with. In the end, he installed the drain and showed me how to reattach it, since I will have to move it again. He also said to feel free to call if we had questions. Working with Charlie was a good experience and would not hesitate to call him again for future plumbing jobs.

We needed to relocate a gas mainline and meter to allow for us to build a pool in our yard. This project required work to be completed by both SW Gas (Responsible for the mainline running through our back yard and the meter) and a plumber who could re-plumb our interior gas line to hook up to the new meter location. This was no simple task. Coordinating between SW Gas, their third-party contractor, our plumber, and the City of Tempe for permits and inspections seemed like a recipe for a construction nightmare. Let me say thank goodness for Phend Plumbing! I'm so glad I was working with Phend through this process. First, Mike was a fantastic plumber to work with. He was always punctual, very professional, and passionate about his work. Because of the complexity of the job, I ended up contacting the office a few dozen times. Both Myka and Laurel (Sorry if I'm spelling your names wrong) were fantastic to work with! They were super friendly and always quick to act whenever an issue came up. To say there were no issues with the job would be a lie. There were TONS of problems, and they were always caused by the City of Tempe, SW Gas, or their contractor. Thankfully, we had Phend to solve the issues.

Oh, and anyone wondering about price. Here is the best part! Because of the size of the project, we obtained three bids. Phend was the most professional bid and provided us with the best rate. I don't typically write reviews, but Phend went so far beyond my expectations it would be negligent for me not to. I called Phend Plumbing after having one of their local competitors out to assess a leak in my supply line. The first company came out at the direction of AHS home warranty, after explaining that the leak wasn't covered (which was legit) they estimated the repair to cost between $700-$900. After I spoke with their tech, I got the feeling that they were trying to capitalize on my denied claim. I immediately got on Yelp, checked out reviews on the 'other guys' and immediately confirmed my suspicions.

This is where Phend comes in... After reading several of their 5-star reviews on Yelp I called, spoke with their assistant and within 24 hours the repair tech Clint showed up and repaired the leak within an hour! To say the least, the scope of work and total cost were considerably less than the 'other guys' quotes!

I have since been in discussion with State Farm and several contractors who told me I paid more than double what it should have cost. Do not let Phend recommend Drylux as a restoration company. They have billed insurance way too much. I am beyond disappointed at what I paid and now am learning that this is a common practice where these companies work together to get insurance money to inflate their Billings. Very disappointed and was totally duped

He was very polite and explained the process very well. We found out that the hot and cold water pipes were crossed in the wall and he explained my options for remedying that. Aaron was pleasant enough and I appreciate his determination to do a good job. However, he came out Saturday for what should have been a simple job (replacing the wax ring and re-grouting around the toilet). When I had tile installed the workers did this (replacing the wax ring and grouting) so clearly it was not a complicated repair. Despite this Aaron decided to return a 2nd day and surprise, surprise, the quoted price went up by $35.00. This isn't the first time I've experienced what felt like price gouging to me so I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Called late one afternoon and had an appointment the following afternoon. The technician called 1/2 before our schedule appointment to let us know he was on his way and would be at our home on time. The owner even stopped by to help and make sure we were completely satisfied our water heater install. Our experience with Phend Plumbing definitely exceeded our expectations. I had a inlet nipple on my 7 year old water heater that I couldn't get out. I called Phend Plumbing and they came out the very next morning. Pete was on time and pleasant and we had a good discussion about the potential outcome before he started. I called on Thursday and scheduled for Friday. I was running late and had to reschedule the appointment. There was no charge and they didn't get mad for my mistake. Tim got to my home on Monday at the time requested and withing 25 mins located the issue. Most of the 25 minutes was him educating me on diagnosis and years of plumbing experience. I've had a hole in my ceiling for about 6 months because the previous plumbing company told me to call them back when it happened again, but they were not able to solve the problem. Tim also recommended a restoration company and they were here an hour later, DryLux. Wow, talk about great customer service from Phend Plumbing. I hope to not ever have a plumbing problem again, but if I do I will DEF call these guys!

Phend plumbing definitely goes above and beyond the typical standard of service. I recommend them highly and if I could I would give them more than a 5 star rating!

Reattached condensation line to bottom of house, ran line into dirt(?). Changed bib on one outdoor faucet, and detected outdoor leak into crawl space under the house.

Phend replaced a kitchen sink and faucet of mine, AND installed a new gas line to a new stove. Can't say enough good things about our experience with Phend! We've practically gutted every area of our home, and they've been our favorite contractor to work with! Even the people answering their phones are great. They also helped us with the gas permit for the stove. The new gas line went from an existing meter outside, and all the way through to the middle of my house - a HUGE job. They gave us the best price out of six plumbers, and did a fantastic job. Everyone that came out was nice, professional, and most importantly -knowledgeable. Mike did most of the work and he was amazing. We've since had issues with our dishwasher and they again came out immediately, Mike again gave us exceptional customer service, and hooked us up with a rehab company which was at our home within a half hour to start taking care of flood damage and a huge mess! So far that company has been amazing as well, and we never would have had them without Phend.

Needed a quote on some sink, toilet, and bathtub plumbing issues. I already knew some of the reasons why I was having these issues from another plumbing company that I used in the past for emergency services. However they charged me an arm and a leg and their estimate on the repairs I would require were extremely high. I didn’t even need to tell Gino what causing my problems .After listening to my concerns and explaining my past experiences, he was able to quickly assess and identify the problems, without needing to take anything apart! He was spot on too! He wasn’t pushy and let me know that I didn't need to fix these issues right now. Instead he told me my options. and provided a recommended time frame to address these issues. I will definitely be using Phend to fix my plumbing problems before they get worse.

What started as a youtube DIY attempt to replace a leaking toilet shut off valve turned into a Saturday (1/4/2020) call for plumbing repair. In the course of the DIY stop valve replacement, the original compression nut and ring could not be removed from pipe due to age/corrosion and were showing some wear. After installing the new stop valve but leaving old nut and ring, water was leaking even more - so I had to call in the professionals. Gino from Phend Plumbing was quick to arrive (water was off as well), quick to efficiently complete the repair and most of all the price was wonderful.
