Had them come out and drain water heater. It was easy to schedule and they came out timely. They did a great job and we’re done quickly.

Had a drain that was clogged and I did everything I knew of to get it cleared, Rooter Hero had it fixed in a few minutes with minimal cost. The tech even found an offer that took the price down even more to save me and my family money. Awesome job and greatly appreciated for his fast work and professionalism.

Professional and on time - great value

Knows his trade, shows up when he says he will, calls with status.
Drawback - his prices are very expensive. For example: a shower valve replacement that should be about $400 cost me $700.

The owner himself came out ,on time I might add. Gave me a price and fixed my water leak on the spot.I will have no problem referring him to all my friends. Great job,thanks so much.

Over the years I used Scott many times. Both in our Gilbert home and here in Queen Creek. Seldom asked for a quote. I liked Scott and his work. I called yesterday and the day before. Doesn't have the courtesy of returning my calls. Guess he doesn't like repeat business anymore.

The people at PlumbSmart are amazing. Very nice and professional. I was told Ryan would call between 9-10am. Ryan called at 9 saying he would arrive at 9:30 and he did.
