Best Preventative Maintenance in Mesa AZ

BSJ Plumbing is extremely professional and responsive. Our water heater broke on a Friday and Brandon communicated with me all weekend but we decided to wait until Tuesday to have service. Michael came on Tuesday right on time and provided options for replacement. When I chose a tankless system he called to reserve the equipment and came back the next day to install. Michael and his apprentice were here all day, were both super friendly to work with, and their work was impeccable. They took time to explain how our new heater worked and to answer our questions. When they left, the work space was spotless. Additionally, they provided service for us which was way outside their service area! I really appreciated the texts I received to let me know that the plumber was on his way, with a picture of him and a bit of personal information.
I would highly recommend BSJ to anyone in the Chandler/Gilbert area (that is their area of service, we live in the extreme North Valley). I wish they served my area! They would be the ONLY plumbing company I would ever use again!

Great experience getting a new hot water heater installed! Brian called to ask if he could come early and then the company sent me a text alerting me that he was on the way including a photo of the service provider. He was knowledgeable, efficient and even educated me on how to care for my new hot water heater. He gave me several water heater options which allowed me to choose the best one for my home within my budget. No high pressure sales tactics whatsoever. The entire job was done in less than 2 hours and he took away my old water heater. Definitely great service & value!

Parker & Sons told me my new AC unit needed $1900 in fake repairs. Then an honest company came out and it was only a $50 part. Parker & Sons technicians work on commissions they are incentivized to rip you off.

I had a particularly nasty grease clog that had rendered my kitchen sink and dishwasher useless for the better part of a month. After a different plumbing company came out to snake the line, it was determined that hydro-jetting was needed. Casey and Adam from State 48 arrived and used every tool in the toolbox to clear the blockage. They were professional, quick, clean and did a fantastic job. I'll be using them for all of my plumbing needs going forward. Thanks for the great work guys.

Set an appointment yesterday 8/8 and Christian just finished up at 8/9. He was great and explained/answered every question I had. Finished up the project very quickly. Was on time within the appointment window and friendly/professional. Will be using Mason pro services if needed again because of Christian!

Best customer service in the valley... This company is best in the valley. Excellent customer service and the highest quality workmanship in Arizona.... Don't believe give them a shot yourself .

Astounding help, exceptionally quick and truly agreeable. I called them toward the beginning of today for a crisis (washroom spill), they came a couple of hours after the fact. They fixed the issue making sense of us what was happening, bit by bit. Truly content with the assistance and I totally suggest them!
