Astounding help, exceptionally quick and truly agreeable. I called them toward the beginning of today for a crisis (washroom spill), they came a couple of hours after the fact. Technician was awesome. He was professional and knowledgeable. He kept us up to date as to what was needed and the cost. Gave us options to make the best decision for us. He was quick with the installation and the work was quality. And my personal favorite, he didn’t leave a mess.
Great service great price. Upgraded my water heater quickly and efficiently. Went out at night and was fixed by some hours. I work as a technician so I know what's expected. Highly recommend!
Really pricy and the person who did the repair left a huge mess. Like black soot and melted plastic all over my bathroom. This company doesn't seem to have actual employees, but instead is a referral to independents, which helps them avoid accountability. Definitely don't recommend.
