Water Heater broke after hours. Called and made an appointment. Was promptly notified first thing in the morning of upcoming appointment. Dustin from BSJ Plumbing came out today to replace the water heater Excellent service and very responsive. He took care of checking for warranty which cut down costs. Much appreciated.

Raymond did a great job! There was an object stuck in our toilet and Raymond came out here 2 times to fix this problem and he went above and beyond to assist me. I am very happy with the work and will recommend Rooter Hero to my family and friends. Great job and thank you for your hard work!

I came home in the evening to a leaking water heater. Angry Pipe Solutions was the only company I called who answered their phone after hours, and Brandon came out less than an hour later. He was able to not only quickly fix the leaking pipe, but also recommend some things to prevent future problems. I had been meaning to put in a water softener for quite some time but I never knew who to trust. Brandon gave me a reasonable estimate, and he and Greg were back a few days later and I couldn't be happier. Now I have a new plumber and I highly recommend these guys! They really know what they're doing and they answer their phone the first time you call and their prices are reasonable.

So glad we had 911 come out to tune and check our A/C. Went over and above and didn't try to sell us on anything we didn't need. Tape up the A/C duct and replaced insulation foam around our hoses. No extra charges, just very thorough. Highly recommended.

Knows his trade, shows up when he says he will, calls with status.
Drawback - his prices are very expensive. For example: a shower valve replacement that should be about $400 cost me $700.

After Moms passing we are faced with many issues in trying to prepare to sell her home. We encountered a plumbing issue. Davis Plumbing came out and quickly rodded the main and we thought all was fixed. But in a day we had gurgling in a sink and tub which concerned us naturally. We called Davis again and they came out and re-rodded and were confident that all was well and the 2nd visit was no charge. The first visit was very reasonable and we are very satisfied with their work and attention to our concerns. I highly recommend them for any plumbing issues you may have. Recently we had some water damage in our vacation rental. We live in Chicago and long distance the clog was fixed by Aspen Plumbing very quickly.
Chris Deschamps worked with them to coordinate the dry out. His step by step follow through to walk me the process of dry out was done long-distance and coordinated with a friend staying in our property was very helpful until I was able to fly in. While I had limited time in Scottsdale, Chris made it a tough time much easier by working with the insurance co. and me to get our place fixed in a timely manner. His service was outstanding!

Sage Plumbing came out on the 4th of July (after another company was a no show) through our home warranty contract. Jonny checked it out and pronounced our garbage disposal as dead then said he had a replacement in the truck and will replace it right now! The service was quick, competent and professional. I'm very pleased!

Arrived on time and got right to it. Removed my 15 year-old system and replaced with a Trane. Installation was great, performance of system great. I had plumbsmart install my tankless water heater earlier this year, and returned to them for my AC needs based on trust and responsiveness.One thing PlumbSmart could do is to let the homeowner know of SRP rebates; found out my new ac system is eligible. I'll contact them to get their section of the form complete.Overall? Very positive experience.

Luis Soto came promptly to our appointment to have a water softener inspection. Luis gave us a thorough explanation about how the water softener and RO works in our home. He even gave us a lesson about how our whole house/landscape water system works. When I told Luis that no previous inspections ever shared so much knowledge, he did admit that he does quite a bit of self-study to keep up with new technologies/advances in water softeners. He did find evidence of a deterioration of our softener beads and recommended we look into replacing our 13 year old softener.
