Excellent experience with PlumbSmart. We shopped around with a few different companies for a faucet replacement and they provided by the best cost by far. James did an excellent job with the installation and was very helpful with answering any questions that I had. A+!!!

I am pretty disappointed because I never even got the service I needed. I had an appointment today in the 8am-10am timeframe. They did not show up, so I called at 10:35am to check in. The person on the other end said “yeah they are running late.” Okay so you didn’t want to call to let me know? It is my only day off, and my time was completely wasted. This was my first experience with this company, and will be my last due to the unprofessionalism.

Was on site 20mins after I called to evaluate the job. Did a clean good job and cleaned up after the job. Price is very affordable.

Mike was very fast to respond to our call and we really appreciated that. He explained what was wrong and what he did to fix it and offerer suggestions for in the future.We are always extremely satisfied with Mike and his work and highly recommend him

I called Frank on Friday and he came out on Monday to install new kitchen and RO faucets. My old faucet was so corroded from the AZ hard water. He also installed a shut-off valve on my RO and gave me tips on what to do when changing the RO filters. He hooked my water line up to the refrigerator which the previous plumber was supposed to do but did not. His prices are so much more reasonable than other companies I have used in the past. I will be using Chandler Plumbing for all of my future plumbing needs going forward.

Fast and efficient excellent service excellent repairs done to my home, will use this business again for future remodels will recommend this to friends.

Casey and Addam did an amazing job with our bathroom remodel. They answered all of my questions and walked me through each step of the process. They know what their doing! Very happy with their work and their pricing is reasonable as well!

Mr Diefenderfer flooded our house after failing to inspect a drip line that he installed from our sink to the fridge.
This was the our first order of business before we moved into our new house. So after he installed it we left and didn't discover till we revisited the house. Unfortunately by then the kitchen and adjacent media room had an inch and a half of water in them. As a result of his negligence our walls and lower cabinets were ruined and had to be removed and replaced.
After notifying Mr Diefenderfer he got belligerent and started yelling at us on the phone. We are pursuing this case in the court system because he has chosen to refuse to repay us and even refuses to refund the hook up fee.
Accidents happen but he handled this horribly.

It clearly stated in the receipt / contract that the owner wrote out, that after the hook up, he was to check for leaks (see attached picture of the receipt). It's very concerning that you, and your company refuse to acknowledge any ownership of this problem.

We hired Paragon to do some work, we we're very happy with their work, we had one problem I called and they we're out the next day and fixed it. I would have given them 5 star's but returning phone calls isn't their strong point. We had about 8 to 10k worth of more work needing done but with no response we had to move on to another company.

We have enjoyed the technicians and feel they are there if we have a problem. They installed our systems and have had no problems.

The repair and maintenance rep. from Minuteman Home Services was on time, friendly, very professional and explained the full service in plain English, so that a person outside the industry understood what the service was all about. I will call this company again.

I called Plumbing and A/C Medic in desperation on a Sunday afternoon due to a leaking water heater. They happened to be the third company I called. But I wish they'd have been the first.The person on the phone was professional and courteous. The person they sent out, Dave Somers was knowledgeable eager to get us taken care of.What started out as a water heater replacement turned into a complete repiping of our home. Dave and their lead plumber worked very hard over the next several days to get the job done and done right. Keeping us apprised of the repairs, letting us know our options and trying to minimize our dislocation at the end of each day.I'm glad I ended up using this company and would happily recommend them to friends and family.

Wow is all that I have to say about Nick and Norfleet plumbing. I called the office to inquire about a tankless water heater. After hearing all of the pros and cons, I decided against it and went with a regular water heater. Melanie gave me all of the information and did not try and sway me one way or the other. My parents were visiting when the water heater went out so it was really bad timing. Nick understood my dilema and bent over backwards and forwards to help resolve the situation. We had to uninstall the old heater, wait for the restoration company to come and then reinstalled when things were dry for a couple days. Then we had to uninstall and let them do the dry wall work. Nick was very helpful as the timing for everyone’s schedules did not always align but he always made it work. If you want an honest, dependable, affordable Plummer look no further as nobody can top the service that Norfleet plumbing provides. And they are a family business so you are supporting local!

Gave them a total of 22k for a bathroom remodel and windows. They did the bathroom but can not get ahold of them for the windows. Been calling daily forn3 weeks.
