Brenda has been using Methamphetamine for many years I wouldn't trust her in my home for a second she has stolen from me in the past. Also Jack and Jason other employees are using meth as well. Caution don't put yourself at risk. I can provide Owner with any proof related if necessary photos videos. While the owner Ron possibly is unaware I urge customers to protect themselves just in case.

We've had Paragon install 3 exterior French doors and 1 entry door. Great crew, efficient, cleaned up after themselves, prompt. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Ron and his crew were great to work with, the results are amazing, my dad is delighted with his new handicap accessible shower. David was prompt, professional, polite, did all that we asked for. So glad we found them.

I recently purchased a Park Model RV and found the walk in shower, that was recently installed, was leaking. Not looking to tear up the bathroom I contacted the previous owners to learn something about the shower. They informed me that Paragon Home Services had installed the shower last December, 4 months prior.
Contacted Ron and he agree to send someone out in a couple of days. Individual was quick and found the problem to be between the handle and shower head. He had it fixed in a little over an hour.
I called them a couple of days later and had them install an OTR microwave. Again it took a little over an hour. Pricing was reasonable and workers were professional. Don't let Ron's tone throw you off, in the current climate of form over substance Ron's a breath of fresh air. I'd rather work with someone who knows what they're doing than a politically correct, incompetent, nice individual. NICE doesn't get anything done. Planning on having them build me a larger deck and utility building at some point.

We contracted with Ron at Paragon Home Services to have a new vanity top, sink and faucet installed in our spare bathroom. The first vanity top/sink that arrived was not what we ordered and it had a crack in it. I was so sad because I was certain we would have to wait for an extended length of time due to lack of product because of the pandemic. However, Ron truly went the extra mile and put a rush on my order. I was so surprised and very happy when he called a week later to tell me my new vanity top was in and ready to be installed. The men that came to install were courteous, kind, professional, and VERY CLEAN. Ron communicated with me through the entire process and made certain I was satisfied and liked my new vanity top. I love it! We will be using Paragon Home Services in the near future to paint the cabinets throughout our kitchen and bathrooms. We are VERY HAPPY with the services we received from Paragon and very grateful to both Ron and Kathleen for always communicating with us and for the importance they placed on our satisfaction. This Company did a lot of work to our Park Model at an RV Park in Mesa last April of 2020. There was a leak from a water line under the Park Model that caused extensive damage, especially to the bathroom and flooring of the Park Model. My sister and I share the Park Model, every other year, and I only wish I had been here to inspect the quality of Paragon's work before it was completed. I have been here six weeks now and have had a good chance to review Paragon's work. A part of one of the walls in the bathroom had to be replaced/repaired. Whoever did the plaster work left little lumps and streaks on the wall that should have been smoothed out and sanded and indentations that should have been filled in. And then it was just painted over them. Terrible. Paragon also installed a new vanity and if you pull out the bottom drawer too much it falls out on the floor. The flooring throughout the Park Model was replaced and in some areas the flooring was cut too short and left gaps that the molding wouldn't cover, so they used wood putty to cover the gaps, and other areas, which looks bad. Some pieces of molding coming loose from the nail gun not holding, also too many nails in some pieces of molding. My sister also said, as one of the other reviews, the owner was very difficult to work with. She actually did a review about a year ago but I don't see it anymore, so I wanted to do another one. The owner will say he doesn't recognize my name and that is because my sister has a different last name than me. Not going to post any pictures but we have them.

In response to the owner's response to my review, your company did the work to our Park Model in Greenfield Village in Mesa in April of 2020 and my sister's first name is Jan. No reason to give her last name. This is no mistake, it was your company. My sister did ask you to correct a couple things but got frustrated because you were too difficult to work with.

We had damage on our Arizona home and we live 2500 miles away. Ron completed the job in a timely manner with quality materials. He left the job site clean and he charged a fair price. Extremely satisfied.

Redoing the front deck of my home was the 3rd project that I had Paragon Home Services Inc. do for me. The results were the same high quality workmanship as the other 3 projects. I especially compliment Jacob who headed up the recent project. His perfection workmanship resulted in the project being accomplished to the highest standards. I will definitely hire Paragon for any other projects that I may have in the future. Thanks to Ron, Jacob and the rest of the workers.

Dave and Phil were polite, and worked fast to get the job done. Keeping me informed along the way. Quality of the work they did was top notch. I recommend them. They cleaned up after finished with the job.

We hired Paragon to do some work, we we're very happy with their work, we had one problem I called and they we're out the next day and fixed it. I would have given them 5 star's but returning phone calls isn't their strong point. We had about 8 to 10k worth of more work needing done but with no response we had to move on to another company.

I have owned 4 homes since moving to Arizona in 1995 and have dealt with many repairmen and service companies. Paragon Home Services is by far the absolute BEST company I have dealt with! The crew that was sent to my mother's home was good-natured, extremely hard working, timely, knowledgeable and kept us informed step-by-step during the repairs. I would highly recommend this company for any mobile home or modular home repair!

To the owner of the white Tacoma with your company logo: when you don't see a turn lane on a residential street it DOES NOT mean wedge your truck between cars and the sidewalk, without stopping, and ignoring any potential oncoming traffic or pedestrians. It means stop behind traffic and wait like an adult. I don't care what business you are and you were certainly old enough to understand that you are operating a vehicle.

I really wanted to give a good glowing review of this company. However, they did not complete the job. The awning over our carport and the new roof over our shed are leaking. We had referred them to a neighbor because they had been so responsive following the July monsoon and wind storm. They left a pile of debris behind at our neighbors. Yes, I know that the storm damaged a lot of homes and they were pressed to get materials. However, they did not even return phone calls. This was a very stressful year.

We got a quote from Ron to install a dishwasher. Antonio came and installed; he was very professional, personable, and did an excellent job. Our price was even less than the quote. I would highly recommend them for work you may need.
