They came to our 3 plex wen't into the unit next door and didn't even check to see if there was a chance of flooding our unit. When they turned the water on next door in the empty unit because the last plumber left the toilet off in our unit, our apartment completely flooded with perhaps 20 gallons of water. They made no effort to clean any of it up and were just going to leave our unit flooded, had no shop vac. Husband had to spend almost $80.00 to purchase one just to clean the water up. When you are on a job it's common practice to walk the area and look for any possible issues that might be present. Which they didn't do! Not at all professional!

I had a great experience with Lighthouse Plumbing. John was great and very knowledgeable. Yes, he can talk, but I think that's a great thing. He listened, explained, and offered solutions to my plumbing issues. The work was done quickly, the guys who came to my house were great, they cleaned up after themselves, and didn't leave until I was happy. I had a slight issue that they came back out and addressed right away - they didn't question anything and only wanted to make me happy. I have them saved in my phone and will call them exclusively when I have plumbing needs or issues in the future.

I had the pilot light go out on my water heater at 4 in the morning oh, I was able to call not only have someone answer the phone but offered to come out right away, was there within 30 minutes after my phone call, my water heater was not able to be saved and had to be replaced and was done so within the next 2 hours, Wade was courteous polite and very knowledgeable. I wanted a RO system on my kitchen and a hook up to the refrigerator. Diefenderfer plumbing was referred to me by a friend that had been using their services for over 4 years. Ralph came in and explained how the system worked. I told him that I did not want my water to be acidic. No problem. Ralph went to his supply house and brought back a water softener that had an alkalinity increasing filter and installed it under the sink. Once the installation was completed, Ralph ran water through the piping for a while to make sure that there were no leaks. This was an amazing experience and they will be handing all of my plumbing needs moving forward.

I had my spigot break outside with also a broken main on top of that and called for help. So happy I did! Tom came right away at the end of his day to help me. He had to work in the pouring rain to fix it. On top of all of that, he couldn’t have been a kinder person. He sent out some guys the next day to help me also, and they were also so professional, pleasurable, and did a great job. I highly recommend!

First of all, I usually do not write reviews but when you come across such a great business you feel the need to. My water heater broke and I called a couple of plumbers to get bids. The first one came out and hit me with over a $5,000 bid to replace my hot water heater and to do some other items they recommended. They are a big-name plumber outfit here in the valley. They said I absolutely needed a new unit. Nick from Norfleet family Plumbing came out and told me we could actually just replace a part on my hot water heater if I did not want to replace the entire unit. It was already ten years old so I opted to get a new unit. I showed Nick the other plumbing items that they said should be replaced at a cost of $600 and he informed me that they did not need to be replaced. Long story short I saved over $3,600 by using Norfleet Family Plumbing. Nick came out the next day and arrived on time, did a great job and has a customer for life. Also, the water heater he got me was the same professional grade unit that the other plumbing company was going to use so we are comparing apples to apples here. You can't go wrong with Norfleet.

This was a video underground plumbing inspection during escrow. Charlie explained everything thoroughly, was efficient and thorough, and also friendly and offered additional helpful education about the water heater, how to work the shut off valves, and more. Excellent service- highly recommended.
