Found this company in our Solera monthly magazine. Called and the receptionist that answered was very nice and helpful. She dispatched Frank to clean our RO system and flush our water heater. He arrived promptly and was very nice and explained what he was going to do. He went right to work and was very efficient. Thank you.

On Sunday, I had a 3/4hp A/C blower motor stop working. They dispatched after 4pm which was great. They quoted $1600+ for a 1.5 hour job and $300 motor (retail) and probably $250 wholesale for Parker & Sons. I couldn’t believe it, had to ask the tech twice because I thought I was hearing things. Meanwhile, I send the tech packing, nice guy. Monday morning, I head to Ferguson’s HVAC and hand the guy the motor I pulled out. Six screws to pull the panel, four screws holding the fan assembly, and four screws holding the fan in place. three wires, with clips for the entire electrical work. $219 motor (admittedly the cheapest motor) which was only one available. I pulled the motor assembly out to the garage and had the motor out total 25 minutes. One hour round trip to the Ferguson’s. Reassembled the fan motor assembly and done in less than hour. Granted, it took me 1.5 hours when I’m an amateur and not my regular day to day. For a seasoned pro, I would guess this is a one hour replacement.Obviously, Parker & Son’s are marking up for huge profits, and this just doesn’t set well with me. I guess they do have a lot of TV commercials to pay for and I should have shopped around. No hard feelings but buyer be ware.

I found Dukes of Air two years ago to replace another AC company that had pressured us into buying a maintenance plan and was not honest in their assessments or quotes.I was impressed with Dukes reviews and wanted to see what they had to say about our units. Dustin was just what we were looking for! He didn't try to pressure us into anything! We had to wait for several months before we could afford new units and he let us take all the time we needed.In the end we bought 3 replacement AC units from Dukes and we are very happy with all of them.Chris was just here to do a routine maintenance on them and he was very helpful, listened to and answered all of my questions, and even gave coloring books to the kids. He encouraged us to get a maintenance plan, but understood that we wanted to wait for a bit.Thanks Dukes of Air! You have restored my faith in AC companies.

The sump pump in the basement stopped working. Contacted Mason Pro Services through their website. They got right back to me and said they could have someone out that afternoon. The technician arrived when he said he would. He took it apart and we discussed my options. We decided to replace it, so Mack went and bought a new pump and had it working the same day.

Greatly disappointed! Johnathon did not know how to disassemble the valve to get the cartridge out. He said he lacked experience and would need to check with more knowlegable associates, and come back later with the solution. In leaving here he charged me for the service charge. Will I ever hear from you again to replace the cartridge in my bathroom sink faucet?

Called Phend for an outdoor faucet leak and scheduled a quote. The technician came out same day, alerted me they were on their way and was able to find the issue, quote a fair price and get the issue fixed all within 30 minutes. Great service, transparent about schedule and cost. Will be using them in the future.
