Best Heating Installation in Mesa AZ

Lowe's recommended Bsj Plumbing and Appliance to install my new Whirlpool dishwasher. I was very happy with Chad, the Bsj plumbing technician, who arrived at me house as scheduled, completed the installation in a timely manner, carefully cleaned up his work area, and took time to explain to me, in detail, the operation of the dishwasher, fully answering the many questions I had. Chad was personable, knowledgeable and efficient. I highly recommend Chad and his company.

Gregg did a very good job in helping me to install a new water heater. He was very responsive and came the same day a few hours later. He was very experience, knowledgeable and answered all my questions patiently. I strongly recommends G&G Brothers for all your plumbing needs.

Jon Robinson's Solar and Plumbing is a gem of a company. Family owned and run, they care about service and value and I always felt that I came first. I am in the process of having a HW tank replaced due to damage to it from a water leak originating from the unit above me. When the remediation crew accidentally cut the main water line and water was gushing, a call to Jon and reroute of his two sons to this emergency situation saved the day. I have to say the 3 J's Jon, Jeremy and Josh as well as Aaron (but lets just call him Jared to keep with the J's), are totally customer oriented, friendly and go the extra mile to explain things and make things right. I am from Canada and this is my 2nd home...I have total peace of mind on my plumbing when these fellas are behind it.

This is a top notch company! Our water heater failed and with a quick call to Donna, a technician was dispatched to our home and the new water heater was installed the next morning. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs service done right away.

My experience Parker & Sons was exceptional. My technician Jesse was professional, kind, informative and amazing. He had the gas line installation completed in a timely fashion. Best experience I have had with a service person in a long time!

This is the second time I used Mason Pro Services for electrical work and both experiences were great. I called them and they were able to come out same day. Jeff was the gentleman that came out on my most recent visit and I was very impressed with him. He knew exactly what I needed and gave me very fair pricing. He was
professional, efficient, knowledgeable and just a really nice guy. I have had some bad experiences in the past with other companies with up selling and paying way more for services than reasonable. I will continue using Mason Pro Services in the future. They come and get the job done with reasonable pricing.

Mr Diefenderfer flooded our house after failing to inspect a drip line that he installed from our sink to the fridge.
This was the our first order of business before we moved into our new house. So after he installed it we left and didn't discover till we revisited the house. Unfortunately by then the kitchen and adjacent media room had an inch and a half of water in them. As a result of his negligence our walls and lower cabinets were ruined and had to be removed and replaced.
After notifying Mr Diefenderfer he got belligerent and started yelling at us on the phone. We are pursuing this case in the court system because he has chosen to refuse to repay us and even refuses to refund the hook up fee.
Accidents happen but he handled this horribly.

It clearly stated in the receipt / contract that the owner wrote out, that after the hook up, he was to check for leaks (see attached picture of the receipt). It's very concerning that you, and your company refuse to acknowledge any ownership of this problem.

Gave them a total of 22k for a bathroom remodel and windows. They did the bathroom but can not get ahold of them for the windows. Been calling daily forn3 weeks.
