I had a problem with my solar panel
for my water heater leaking. Joe Bushnell came out and told me I needed a new water heater and suggested removing the leaking solar panel. He was polite and explained my options honestly. On the day of repair , he was on time and again explained what would be happening. Everything was done to my satisfaction. I am a widow and live on a budget. The repair was reasonably priced and I trusted Joe. I recommend this company highly if you need plumbing or solar repairs. Definitely trustworthy!!

I had a water heating unit fail and begin dumping water after midnight on a Saturday. Contacted Reidhead on the morning of the next day, Sunday, and they had a plumber out to my home by Noon. The plumber, Joe, was very personable and replaced the old unit with a new one in about two hours. I'd definitely consider contacting Reidhead again for future service.

Richard and Joe were great very hard workers. They came to my home about 9am and left my home at 9.30pm replacing the pipes .they had to dig up half of my backyard.I would highly recommend them to my family and friends for work that needs to be done.When they were completely done they power washed my patio and table and chairs like they were never there. Keep up the great work.

They started out great. We thought we finally found a plumber we could rely upon. However, by the third job, they started to lose their luster. They cleared a toilet (momentarily), but it backed up again (no amount of plunging would clear it). And, it wasn't at all reasonably priced (around $340/hour). I called them back. This time, it took about 6 calls to get an appointment arranged almost a week away! After waiting 4 hours, they never showed. It wasn't until I texted them, did they respond that they were too busy (I was supposed to be, too... I should charge them for my time). The next available was another week away. That's it!!! No more Rumphead for me.

Waste of 2 weeks! Don't use!

What a rip of. Never gave me a quote before starting the work. Then tried to charge $400 in labor to change a water heater gas valve that was under warranty. Guy was working for an hour. Talked to manager and reduced to $300. Still a rip off. Charge $130 trip fee and don't waive the charge if you do the work with them like others do. Stay away. I won't use again.

I had four outside faucets and the kitchen faucet that needed to be replaced due to leaks. Stan did an amazing job knocking out one after another. The wife and I are quite pleased with the results and the service.

I would never recommend this company. We found them, because they are one of few that work on solar hot water systems. At first we thought we liked the company, but now after having a whole house filtration system installed by them, we've come to find out they don't stand behind their work. We've had the system for about a year now, with multiple cases of it not working properly. The day they installed it one of their employees, actually quit working for them and didn't finish the install. Now, we've had two other plumbers out to our home to look at the filtration system, both of which say it was done improperly and they would recommend replacing it. Their office staff is terrible. They don't know what they are doing, they don't stand behind their work, and their customer service is awful. The owner refused to come out and apologize on behalf of the way we've been treated as customers, and has refused to make things right. He has attempted to have his techs fix the systems multiple times with short term results. I've been extremely disappointed in this company, and I don't often leave reviews like this.

They had to come out twice in 2 days, Paid $310 total for a repair even though we are under warranty and have only had this heater for 2 years. Hoping the part they replaced fixes the issue so they don’t have to come out a third time and charge us again. They were quick to dispatch someone each time but still, seems a little steep for a fairly new heater.

I’ve used Reidhead multiple times and am very pleased with their service every time. Couldn’t honestly tell you if the prices are competitive because I choose them for their professionalism. Highly recommend!

For three days I was looking for a leak under my kitchen sink I cleaned under my cabnits every mourning and by the afternoon. I'd have another puddle I called Donley plumbing and they couldn't figure it out said that water was comeing from counter top then I called reidhead and im so thankfull I did they sent jesse and this is by far the best plumber the guy from Donley was here for 2 hours just running water and left saying it wasn't plumbing related jesse found the leak in 2 minutes it was dripping from sprayer just a drip and slowly going down the wall so little it was almost invisable he then left my house to get the faucet I asked him for nand hecame back and installed it he diagnosed my problem left to get parts came back hooked it all up and still beat donleys technician by a hour all in all he was professional super nice and showed up to get the job done would reccomend reidhead to anyone just ask for jesse

Jesse was wonderful, he arrived early to my house. I had him out for a flood under my kitchen sink. He was very honest about the cause of the flood and fixed it quickly. I had a drippy faucet in the bathroom that I had him look at. He said that he need to replace the faucets and a few other parts. He went to the store to get new faucets. I've had them out to service my solar water heater several times now. They're always prompt and get everything done quickly and efficiently.

Lost hot water just before Xmas and our water heater was under warranty. After multiple calls to the manufacturer, hours on the phone, then multiple calls to different service providers who either refused to provide warranty service or wanted to send parts (and be without hot water another week) I was losing hope. I left a message for Donna with Reidhead plumbing fully expecting to be ignored. She called back, agreed to replace the entire unit under warranty and to have someone out before noon the next day. Kenneth showed up early, was professional and quick. I own a service business and love to see a company who embodies customer service. Highly recommend! BTW, I,m NOT impressed with Rheem products or their customer service. Crazy to go through so much to get a 2 year old water heater replaced.

Excellent service: on time, clean and professional

Mike was very knowledgeable when it came to his plumbing. My bathroom faucet was leaking as well as my shower, he was able to fix them both easily. He was professional and kind. He was able to answer any questions I had for him. I will recommend him and Reidhead Plumbing to every one I know.

Keith and Joe came out to my house today within the allotted time slot that I was quoted for. Upon arrival they were courteous, knowledgeable, and most importantly honest about their findings with my home. Keith even helped me when I was on the phone with the property management company and had my back while negotiating with them. Consistency you can set your watch to. The Reidhead Team first came to us as part of our Solar Water Heater installation and have been our go-to provider for major plumbing services ever since. Joe seems to be the default Master Plumber for our area and is always pleasant to see / work with; leaves a clean work space and does excellent quality work...everytime!

Replaced my Reverse Osmosis System.

The gentleman who installed a new water heater did a wonderful job, he was professional, on time, and did a wonderful job. Based on my experience with him, I would highly recommend Reidhead.

Terrible! Showed up 40 minutes late. Spoke with me for 5 minutes. When he told me the cost to replace the pump for my solar hot water heater would be $800 (used) or $1500 (new) I decided not to replace anything. CHARGED $130 FOR THE SERVICE CALL!! What service did I receive? I told them I needed a new pump when I made the appointment. They could have told me the price over the phone and I would have canceled the appointment! Criminal.
UPDATE - I purchased a new pump on Amazon for $100. Installed it myself in about 45 minutes. Now my solar hot water heater is working wonderfully. Without any help from Reidhead Plumbing.

Reidhead Plumbing was over $200 less than the other quote I got. They were very responsive. I got a text when the plumber was going to come, and when they were finished.They fixed two leaks and installed a pressure reducer. They also came out very quickly from the time that I contacted them.

My husband scheduled an appointment online. I called this morning to make sure that we had an appointment actually scheduled. Cindy checked the schedule and verified that we were on the schedule for between 10 am & 2 pm. Our water was shut off and we needed a new shutoff valve to the toilet. Technician Jesse arrived and went right to work. He was very courteous and professional. Explained pricing and what he would be fixing . From the CSR Rep Cindy to the Technician Jesse very pleased with this companies exceptional staff . We are keeping their phone number! We will be recommending them. Cleaned out slow running faucet post electric water heater installation. Jose was great, very persistent until he found the problem and corrected it (debris from when new water heater installed clogging kitchen faucet, slow stream). Excellent service!

Had this company install a FAFCO solar pool heating unit that I bought directly through manufacturer. It was installed not up to the manufacturer requirements. It ended up leaking horribly yet after multiple attempts Reidhead kept charging me for leaks they couldn’t find. Even though water was pouring off my roof causing roof damage. They IGNORED my calls and attempts to fix stating they couldn’t find a problem. Ended up having to get the manufacturer involved. Ended up shutting off unit and having to pay additional money since they couldn’t help me do so. Please do not use this company for solar! Worst experience as a consumer!

Next time I have a plumbing issue I will for sure request Jessie! My mother had a plumbing issue, I wasn't able to be at her house during the appointment. Jessie made sure to patiently talk to her while explaining the issue and also went over the steps that would prevent any re-occurrence.

My husband and I purchased a fixer upper but little did we know the plumbing was in terrible condition. Keith did an amazing job of explaining all of our options and finding us the best solution for a great price! Keith is definitely extremely knowledgeable in his craft and we will be using Keith for any future repairs.

Joe came and looked at plumbing on 2 occasions. He was knowledge and personable. Fixed a problem that we were told couldn't be fixed without jackhammering concrete up! Great guy.

Lauren replaced all 38 water stops which were compromised because of hard water. She was neat clean and quiet. She worked by herself all day long. I was amazed at how efficient she was. She called and texted me to let me know where she was and when she would arrive. She was friendly and professional in every possible way. I have worked with many plumbers over the years and she was among the very best. Reid Head Plumbing is very fortunate to have her.

None. We have a leak in our roof and need some solar panels removed in order to do it. The roofing company gave us this company's name and phone number. This company advertises that they do this work and sent someone out, only to be told no, we don't remove solar panels. I have contacted the roofing company and told them they may want to stop referring this company to people who need this kind of help. We are now at a loss as we can't get our roof leak fixed. I pray we don't have rain in the near future. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Steven fro Reidhead plumbing came out to replace the main water. He had to dig a bit and go under pavers but he did a fantastic job and only took him about 5 hours. He also replaced the dirt from digging and the rocks got rakes and the pavers got hosed down. I am very satisfied with this company. Great Job!

Not sure about plumbing ability, but one of their guys was super agressive driving that big truck like a sports car. 8/10 at 730pm on 99th ave and lake pleasent roads. Couldnt tell he was speeding (atleast 60 in a 40 area) so i turned left in front of him and he had to brake. Instead of just a honk or somthing, he decides to ride my compact cars tail, and then violently accelerates around the right side and agressively stares me and my husband down. He was so busy being agressive and trying to intimidate us, that he missed his turn and had to enter a walmart parking lot to turn around and make his turn.

Would never, ever, do business with people like that.

Keith took care of the issues at my rental property and I'll be using Reidhead Plumbing & Solar for all my plumbing issues from now on.

It's not often I'll give a 5 star review but I felt compelled. We had a bad situation and it was getting worse until Keith showed up and saved the day. He identified the problem and resolved the issue in a quick, clean, efficient professional manner. If only all the trades were this reliable.

This company is incredible to say the least - we called them out for a major water leak. The technician, Keith, located the problem instantly and detected the leak. The response was incredible and Keith got us back up and running the same day. If all you’re technicians are like Keith, you’re company deserves 50 stars

Had a plumber out to replace a water heater, after the job was completed I noticed some property was missing. Giving the plumber the benefit of the doubt, I put off calling Reidhead until I was certain the property was stolen. Upon calling Reidhead, I was borderline laughed at for attempting to file a complaint. Multiple managers (Albert and Eric) said they would call me back after investigating the issue; I never received a call back. I proactively called Reidhead back to try and resolve my issue, and was given excuse after abuse as to why no one could speak with me, then I was berated Cindy who told me I was upsetting her by trying to speak with a manager, or come to any resolution. This is by far the most pathetic experience I have ever had with any company. Not only was property stolen from my home, but I am treated like an inconvenience when I tried to get the issue rectified. I will definitely be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

Reid head was absolutely amazing, super responsive and professional! They were able to come out and give us a quote asap. Unfortunately our insurance made us wait a couple of weeks without water but once everything was approved Jessi came out and took care of everything within a day, by himself no less. We were so so appreciative and grateful that he was able to work so hard all day to get our problem solved knowing how long we had gone without our water on. Thanks guys!

The plumber accessed the toilet to determine if it needs to be replaced. Of which, he did determine that the toilet due to the damage of the rust in the toilet over the past 25 years.
The plumber came the next day after approval from the property management company.
The plumber removed and replaced the toilet. He did a very good job. He left the bathroom clean and with a perfectly working toilet.

Keith Garvine and Reidhead plumbing were on point and found a major leak in my house and had it all fixed the same day.
I definitely recommend this to everyone and I can give 100 stars I would !

Talk about turning a bad situation into a pleasant experience. The wife and I had the laundry room drain back up and overflow and flood our laundry room. Keith arrived from Reidhead Plumbing and he was quick to remedy the situation. He was extremely courteous and polite. A true professional and an overall nice man. Keith was great at solving our hot water heater problem. We were upgrading to a solar system and there was no room for the new tank. Keith worked with the Reidhead team to find a solution that worked for us and all is well.

Had a leaky water softener. Called them about 9am on Friday September 12, 2014. The man said they were very busy that day, but would try to get someone over there as if possible. He told me the leak was bad and seemed concerned about it getting worse.
It was after 4pm and I figured they weren't coming that day. I thought they would hopefully be able to make it the next day. But, to my surprise, I got a call from Carl with Reidhead Plumbing and he said he was on the way. I thought after 4pm, no plumber is going to start a job. Well, he did. And he finished it quickly. Took out the old water softener and installed a new water softener that we had purchased.
Reidhead Plumbing exceeded expectations by showing up when I expected to have to wait another day. They did the job quickly and well. I write this five days later - no leaks or problems with the new water softener. And, at a price that was less than the other two quotes I received.
