Very expensive. I will not call ever again for their service

I recently had my water heater replaced by Dillon. This job was arranged by my home warranty. I was skeptical due to dealings with other home warranty companies in the past. He showed up on time and completed the job quickly on a Sunday 5/19/19. Great job! Thanks so much!

This guy does a rink-a-dink job and leaves the removed concrete and pipes in the alley. Has unsafe practices leaving dug out areas for weeks unmarked. Be careful of this company.

Great experience with Kendall plumbing. I had my water main valve break, they were able to get someone out within an hour and replace the valve.

Really cannot say enough good about this company and their technician, Frank. First, they came highly recommended to us when we first moved into our home. Second, Frank has answered our request for service two years in a row. He is so knowledgeable, professional, and customer oriented, we almost cheered when we saw he arrived the second year. Both times, he has answered all our questions and helped us understand our systems. He also is fantastic in recommending preventative measures.

John fixed the leak in the tub faucet. They were able to get to me the day after I talked to him on the phone.

We needed 2 new rooftop heatpump units for our house. We asked 3 comparable companies for bids, and Plumbsmart was given the job. They replaced both units, provided new parts (stand, electric whip, condensate, return air grilles inside) as needed, and installed 2 digital (Trane) thermostats. Employees were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, patient, prompt, and efficient. The company worked with us on price, service maintenance agreements, rebates, etc., We are very satisfied and would highly recommend them for this type work.

Super friendly staff on the phone when I was setting up my appointment for AC unit maintenance. Day of service I got a text letting me know my service tech was on the way. Very punctual- I believe his name is Jake. He is very knowledgeable and professional, friendly. Whole experience was super smooth and easy.
