I had been quoted a very high price by two other AC companies to replace our worn out AC. Someone we knew recommended 911 Heating & Cooling. We were given a great quality AC at an affordable price for us. From the beginning, we had prompt communications and updates. The install was fast, and they cleaned after installing. We were satisfied on every level and will use them again for service and help on a plumbing issue we have. I confidently recommend 911 as a trustworthy, quality company you can count on.

Aaron came out to my house, I explain what the issue was and we came up with a plan. He was done cutting and soldering a u-joint in my pipe in 20 min. Could not have asked for better.

Rainforest is a very trustworthy and thorough company. I have had them come install thermostats and do our annual AC tuneup and I’m always left impressed with their professionalism. 10/10 would recommend Rainforest!

They made it out very fast. But $1450 for a $197.98 fan motor? So they charged $1252 for a 30 minute job.
If it were my house I would have declined, but this was my bosses house who lives in NY, and needed it done right away and could afford it.

Set an appointment yesterday 8/8 and Christian just finished up at 8/9. He was great and explained/answered every question I had. Finished up the project very quickly. Was on time within the appointment window and friendly/professional. Will be using Mason pro services if needed again because of Christian!

We had the twins out late September early October for an exclusion. The twins were professional and understanding but the gentleman that was scheduling the work was unreliable and kept changing the date. They did tell me that the twins wanted to be there with them to make sure the job went smooth , that I do respect. But sense then I have noticed rat activity in and around my home, I have called 3 different times and not gotten a call back. I am just wanting them to stand by there work but it does not seem to be happening. If anyone from there office reeds this they can look up my invoice and give me a call . If not we’ll I will no longer be sending busyness their way
