2/13- service for leaky tub: This is the 3rd time we have had Smith’s out to repair something (don’t worry it has been three separate issues). Every time we have been very pleased with the work and how friendly and knowledgeable the techs are. I asked for Ethan again because of how great he was on the previous job. He is extremely friendly and easy to work with. He explains every option available. The work is done well and always completed in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend Smith’s plumbing and specifically Ethan as your techPrevious visit for toilet removal and installation of new toilets, flanges and wax seals months ago: Ethan went above and beyond for us. He was friendly, very knowledgeable and efficient. He was able to complete the job in a timely manner even after we added a repair from an at home repair oops. This is the second job we have had Smith’s do and I would absolutely use them again and again as well as recommend them to anyone. I won’t have another person come work on our home. Don’t hesitate to give them a call.

Great people, great pricing.

Deceptive business practices. Asked for kitchen faucet installation and estimate on leaking basement drain. Was told that two plumbers would come if required to do the job. Since job was a simple kitchen faucet installation, only one plumber was needed. But one plumber came and along with his very inexperienced apprentice. They charged $80 per hour for each for over five hours. Plumber was competent and polite, but left house with faucet failing to shut off properly and without giving estimate. I called the office about 10 times asking for assistance with persistent leaking faucet and for the promised estimate on basement drain. Receptionist was invariably polite, but the return call she promised multiple times from the manager never came. We finally had to call another plumber to fix the faucet and the basement drain. Exorbitant prices. Terrible value. Horrible customer service. Very disappointing.

i had a sewer back up on 2 toilets, I called on a Saturday afternoon around 3 pm, and Bobby, a on call technician was at my house by 4 pm. What an outstanding and hard working guy. He didn't stop until he figured out the problem. I would recommend this company and Bobby to Anyone out there who's needing a quick turnaround and nothing but professionalism. Thank you All Clear.

Couldn't help with installion

I have used Culpepper for all of our family homes and suggested them to many other friends,however after my last two experiences with this company I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. Our last experience with this company was a TOTAL DISASTER after 3 hours and not fixing a toilet and making black hand prints and black shoe marks on white wool carpet the 2 people decided to leave the job. I think it was a good time for them to do so. In ending I would give this company a negative 5 star rating. Maybe it is time for this family business to CLOSE.

I experienced a clogged sink issue after Thanksgiving. Four days later, after leaving messages for two plumbers I had previously hired, I had still not heard back from them. I called Anthony, the plumber, on a Sunday. They were available on Monday. The issue was resolved, the professional showed up on time, and there was constant, transparent communication throughout. After the problem was fixed, extra care was taken to keep the area neat and secure. Caleb performed admirably. strongly advise. Excellent support!

Unquestionably endorse! There was a serious problem with the plumbing that needed fixing. Not only did they have reasonable rates, but they were also quick to respond and really helpful. While other businesses I contacted estimated a week or more before they could get to me, Louis's crew recognized the urgency of the situation and arrived within a few hours to give me a quote. Fixing and rerouting our home's interior and exterior plumbing lines was a massive undertaking. Louis, Diego, and the rest of the crew knocked it out in a single day. They performed admirably! I would strongly suggest using their services. They came out for a modest service involving our radiator and thermostat, and they were prompt, professional, and helpful. Excellent customer service. My cold water line in the kitchen was leaking, and I made it worse by messing with it and trying to tighten it incorrectly. Couldn’t stop the leak so turned off the mains and called Tim Ferguson after hours. The operator got me on the line with a technician, and he was able to diagnose the problem immediately over the phone. Saved me a ton of stress and money. Will definitely be calling them in the future for plumbing service.
