Best A/C System Maintenance in Memphis TN

Jeremy from Smith’s Plumbing was at my home today to make some repairs in my kitchens. Communication on his arrival was prompt and accurate and he did an excellent job. Informed me of his assessment of my issues and his recommendations for remedy. He was very thorough and quick and kept me informed of the progress as he worked. As a person with 30 + years as a service professional, he did everything right. I would not hesitate to call him out to my hoke available.

Ruvi is professional and pleasant and knows his work. He came most recently immediately when we called about a leak that had already done some damage. He is easy to work with.

Khalil and Terry were very informational with the service and my needs. They were both very patient with me and understanding. Great people.

Pierce and his crew came out in an attempt to solve our uneven heating and air issues that others could not remedy. They did an excellent job! They were beyond professional and knowledgeable in their field of expertise. They found and corrected the issues that no other HVAC company had been able to before. We are very pleased with their work. I highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs!

I have used Tim Ferguson for several different service projects in the past. They are always professional and courteous. The most recent project was installing a new a/c system. Roger was my service technician. He diagnosed my problem quickly with the repair options to go with it. Our system was older, so it was time for a new system. It was scheduled for the next day and completed faster than expected. As most of us know great service is difficult to find these day, but Tim Ferguson Memphis hits the mark! I highly recommend Stewart Plumbing. I feel like I hit the customer service jackpot when I called them. I chose them because of all the good google reviews and it is clear after I have worked with them now why they have so many. Not sure how you feel about working on home repair issues...but I dread it. It is usually a miserable experience. Everyone I interacted with at Stewart plumbing had exceptional customer service. My appointment was made timely and kept. I was given 45 minutes notice before they arrived so I didn’t have to wait at home for a long window of time. I will call Stewart again next time I need a plumber. Thank you.

Jay was responsive and very helpful when giving us a quote for a new AC system. He pointed out everything that should be changed and why it needed to be fixed without trying to upsell unnecessary products. All of the technicians that came out to install the system were courteous and professional, and they updated us as the work progressed. I would highly recommend this company to anyone else that may need HVAC work done.

Have had Ray Baker Plumbing out to our house twice now, and both times they were fast, friendly, decently priced, and honest. The plumber could have easily convinced me that more work was necessary (I know next to nothing about plumbing), but he assured me that the problem was minor and easily fixed. HIGHLY recommended.

We urgently need to do water leak repair that day because we have no other source of water that we used for our daily use, so we called this company. We're so pleased with their promptness. After an hour calling them, their people arrived at the same hour. I highly recommend this company.

Were quick to respond to call but showed no motivation to work. Showed up as if upset they had to work that day, shrugged shoulders, and quick to leave once they go their check. When called back because of concerns we had about the job they had done, the serviceman just showed and shrugged his shoulders as if to say “what the the heck do you want”. The only people who seem to at least take their job seriously are the operators who answered the phone in the beginning.
