Best Replace Sewer Line in Memphis TN

I used Smiths Plumbing to repair busted pipes in my front yard. When I knew I had a problem I called them and they had a guy come out in the next 24hrs to get a camera down there to see what was going on. Everything was disconnected, pipes were completely collapsed. They immediately scheduled a crew to come out and do the 2 day job. There happened to be bad weather coming in so they came out a day early! The crew let me know they were on their way and were super informative and professional. Jeremy and German did an awesome job! They got it done quick and I was only without water for a couple hours. I'm extremely pleased with their work. Thank you!

Deceptive business practices. Asked for kitchen faucet installation and estimate on leaking basement drain. Was told that two plumbers would come if required to do the job. Since job was a simple kitchen faucet installation, only one plumber was needed. But one plumber came and along with his very inexperienced apprentice. They charged $80 per hour for each for over five hours. Plumber was competent and polite, but left house with faucet failing to shut off properly and without giving estimate. I called the office about 10 times asking for assistance with persistent leaking faucet and for the promised estimate on basement drain. Receptionist was invariably polite, but the return call she promised multiple times from the manager never came. We finally had to call another plumber to fix the faucet and the basement drain. Exorbitant prices. Terrible value. Horrible customer service. Very disappointing.

Called All-Clear about my shower/bathtub water not getting hot, sinks in bathrooms were fine, just bathtubs and showers (3). Called Tuesday evening and got an appointment for 9am Thursday. I received a precall at 8:15am the morning of the appointment, not only were the guys on time (10 min early), they also diagnosed and fixed the problem very quickly. Russell and Matt did a fantastic job at my home and even gave me 10% off for being a new customer. If any future issues arise, I will not hesitate to call All-Clear for all my plumbing needs. Thanks for the prompt and wonderful service. Also prices are VERY reasonable.

Unquestionably endorse! There was a serious problem with the plumbing that needed fixing. Not only did they have reasonable rates, but they were also quick to respond and really helpful. While other businesses I contacted estimated a week or more before they could get to me, Louis's crew recognized the urgency of the situation and arrived within a few hours to give me a quote. Fixing and rerouting our home's interior and exterior plumbing lines was a massive undertaking. Louis, Diego, and the rest of the crew knocked it out in a single day. They performed admirably! I would strongly suggest using their services. They came out for a modest service involving our radiator and thermostat, and they were prompt, professional, and helpful. Please accept my sincere gratitude.

Ronnie B. was awesome. After installing water heater he noticed a small leak that could have been missed. He corrected the issue and even though it was time for him to be off he took the time to show me how to shut the water off to my house should I ever need to! They were a big help, after being without power for 8 days from ice storm, the electric truck broke the main water line. I called Ryan early monday morning and they were there that afternoon and repaired the pipe and had water back on in a couple hours. They did a great job and big thanks for them getting to us so fast. Would use them again for sure. Thanks!

So I originally found this company on Angie's list about 7 years ago. They have been my go to guys ever since. Super professional, reasonably priced. Very nice people to work with. Never felt uncomfortable when anyone was in my home.

I was in desperate need of a plumber, and fast. I was on a time crunch and in need of making it to a work function as quickly as possible. I am a young woman who lives with two other ladies. Obviously plunging was the best we all had to offer as solutions. In a panic I called Roto Rooter. Because I knew I needed a reputable plumber. And that's exactly what I got. Ami (#6) came out and helped me solve my issue quickly and even allowed me to use the $10 off coupon that I had found online but didn't have ink in my printer to print out. I really appreciated the professionalism and care shown in checking out all the possible causes of my problem.

We had very BAD experience dealing with this company. After pressure test, they broke our water heater and provided wrong diagnosis and ask us to replace gas control valve. MLGW technician indicated to us they have put too much pressure to cause the water heater male function during pressure test. We bought gas control valve and they replaced it but the water heater is still not working. We ask them to take the part off so we can return it but THEY REFUSE TO GO BACK TO TAKE THE PART OFF. The front desk lady was super RUDE and would not give customer any chance to speak. They charged $1200 to get pressure test passed. PLEASE DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS COMPANY.
