While other businesses I contacted estimated a week or more before they could get to me, Louis's crew recognized the urgency of the situation and arrived within a few hours to give me a quote. Fixing and rerouting our home's interior and exterior plumbing lines was a massive undertaking. Louis, Diego, and the rest of the crew knocked it out in a single day. They performed admirably! I have used Culpepper for all of our family homes and suggested them to many other friends,however after my last two experiences with this company I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. Our last experience with this company was a TOTAL DISASTER after 3 hours and not fixing a toilet and making black hand prints and black shoe marks on white wool carpet the 2 people decided to leave the job. I think it was a good time for them to do so. In ending I would give this company a negative 5 star rating. Maybe it is time for this family business to CLOSE.

All Clear Techs came out to our home twice and failed to properly diagnose the plumbing issue but charged us $440. They came out a third time as a “courtesy” to unstop the sewer drain less than a week after they cleared it. During the courtesy call, we were told we needed a $2,500 repair job and they wanted to come out the same day. We called another company for a second opinion that cost another $375. We are out close to $1,000 because of the All - Clear mis - diagnosis. Finally, on the second call to our home, the Tech showed me a photo of roots that came from our drain. Well, unbeknownst to the Tech, we have cameras all over our property and DID NOT see him pull anything from the drain ON CAMERA. That could be criminal sir! We used your service in good faith and got scammed. So don’t complain when we DON’T use your small minority business! All Clear, you have to do better by your clients.

I have called these guys 3 times after I received a verbal recommendation from a friend. All issues were separate issues on different heating / air units. All were resolved in a timely manner and they were able to come out the same day every time. I highly recommend these guys.

I was having a bit of a plumbing emergency. I called two different companies who told me they couldn’t address my issue for at least a few days. I found River city Plumbing on Facebook and then I called them in a bit of a panic. The operator sensed the desperation in my voice and had a plumber at my house within the hour. The plumber did a fantastic job and the price for his work was more than reasonable. Highly recommend!!

This whole experience could very well have been an absolute nightmare. I had 100 different scenarios about what the problem could be, if I could trust who was doing the work, if this could, potentially, be a reoccurring problem, etc. However, from the moment I called and spoke to Mr. Larry, I felt like I was going to be, not only taken care of, but that everything was going to be fine. The Technician, Daniel, was incredibly courteous, very knowledgeable, and extremely proactive. He immediately put me at ease, directed me of the next steps I should take to get the ball rolling with insurance, and resolve this mess in the quickest, least painful way, possible. My only complaint in this 5 star rating is that I can’t rate them 6!!
