I have used Tim Ferguson for several different service projects in the past. They are always professional and courteous. The most recent project was installing a new a/c system. Were quick to respond to call but showed no motivation to work. Showed up as if upset they had to work that day, shrugged shoulders, and quick to leave once they go their check. When called back because of concerns we had about the job they had done, the serviceman just showed and shrugged his shoulders as if to say “what the the heck do you want”. The only people who seem to at least take their job seriously are the operators who answered the phone in the beginning.
