Best Water Line in Memphis TN

This was my first time using Smith’s Plumbing Services. John Stephenson was on time, friendly and very professional. He installed a winterize setup on the rear hose bib and replaced copper with a new hose bib outside. He took a picture of the winterize setup and explained how it works. The price was fair, with a 1yr warranty and I also got a military discount. Very pleased with the service and I will use Smith’s Plumbing Services again!!

Unquestionably endorse! There was a serious problem with the plumbing that needed fixing. Not only did they have reasonable rates, but they were also quick to respond and really helpful. While other businesses I contacted estimated a week or more before they could get to me, Louis's crew recognized the urgency of the situation and arrived within a few hours to give me a quote. Fixing and rerouting our home's interior and exterior plumbing lines was a massive undertaking. Louis, Diego, and the rest of the crew knocked it out in a single day. They performed admirably! I would strongly suggest using their services. They came out for a modest service involving our radiator and thermostat, and they were prompt, professional, and helpful. Please accept my sincere gratitude.

Was over charged . After the 4 day job was done had a big mess here . Very unprofessional and took way to long to do the job .Very unhappy . Now have hot water in the commode. Didn't fix the other two homes as requested .Will never use again.

Very nice guys and super responsive! They put in a hot water heater for us the same day we called and they were hundreds less than competitors.

I have used Tim Ferguson for several different service projects in the past. They are always professional and courteous. The most recent project was installing a new a/c system. Roger was my service technician. He diagnosed my problem quickly with the repair options to go with it. Our system was older, so it was time for a new system. It was scheduled for the next day and completed faster than expected. As most of us know great service is difficult to find these day, but Tim Ferguson Memphis hits the mark! Great job with A+ service

I am a general contractor in the Memphis area and I use River City Plumbing and work directly with Jonathan. Their team is very responsive, on time, and always professional. They show up and complete their scope of work and maintain a clean jobsite while doing so. I would reccomend their team and company to anyone. They are also always able to give me great advice whenever needed.

We had very BAD experience dealing with this company. After pressure test, they broke our water heater and provided wrong diagnosis and ask us to replace gas control valve. MLGW technician indicated to us they have put too much pressure to cause the water heater male function during pressure test. We bought gas control valve and they replaced it but the water heater is still not working. We ask them to take the part off so we can return it but THEY REFUSE TO GO BACK TO TAKE THE PART OFF. The front desk lady was super RUDE and would not give customer any chance to speak. They charged $1200 to get pressure test passed. PLEASE DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS COMPANY.
