Jeremy is an absolute life saver! He was able to come out last minute today after another plumbing company left us in a terrible position. He was professional, explained everything he was doing and why, and took care of our issue (even though it ended up taking much longer than I think he expected). He was so kind and helpful. Unquestionably endorse! There was a serious problem with the plumbing that needed fixing. Not only did they have reasonable rates, but they were also quick to respond and really helpful. While other businesses I contacted estimated a week or more before they could get to me, Louis's crew recognized the urgency of the situation and arrived within a few hours to give me a quote. Fixing and rerouting our home's interior and exterior plumbing lines was a massive undertaking. Louis, Diego, and the rest of the crew knocked it out in a single day. They performed admirably! I would strongly suggest using their services. They came out for a modest service involving our radiator and thermostat, and they were prompt, professional, and helpful. Please accept my sincere gratitude.

Deceptive business practices. Asked for kitchen faucet installation and estimate on leaking basement drain. Was told that two plumbers would come if required to do the job. Since job was a simple kitchen faucet installation, only one plumber was needed. But one plumber came and along with his very inexperienced apprentice. They charged $80 per hour for each for over five hours. Plumber was competent and polite, but left house with faucet failing to shut off properly and without giving estimate. I called the office about 10 times asking for assistance with persistent leaking faucet and for the promised estimate on basement drain. Receptionist was invariably polite, but the return call she promised multiple times from the manager never came. We finally had to call another plumber to fix the faucet and the basement drain. Exorbitant prices. Terrible value. Horrible customer service. Very disappointing.

They came out didn't try to sell us a new unit but my hubby doctored and put several band aids the last 14 years.Ben came by to check the tech was here they only took 7 hours to take out the old units and in with the new

I am a realtor in Jackson TN and have used Tim Ferguson for a long time. I know they are a great company! Oct 26th was my first chance to work with the Memphis location. From the first phone call they exceeded expectations. My husband's 97 year old aunt had been without hot water for almost 2 weeks while fighting with a home warranty company. Finally she agreed to let me help. I called Ferguson at 3:30 to get her a hot water heater - thinking Saturday at the earliest and more than likely Monday. The person who answered said I am dispatching now. Within 20 minutes Jared called to tell me he was on his way. By 6:00 her new hot water heater was installed. They did in 2 1/5 hours what a home warranty company has had almost 2 weeks to do. Jared thank you! Tim Ferguson is forutante to have you as an employee!

My sewer line collapsed. Ryan returned my call quickly & the sewer line was replaced quickly & efficiently at a very fair price. I would definitely recommend them.

Worst so called plumbing service we've dealt with. We had a leak coming out of the wall and didnt know what was causing it. So we called them. They came out said it was coming from the toilet. So we let them fix it. Now its leaking worse then before ,So we called them back someone came out. And the guy that showed up was very rude. He said that we should've called a PINPOINT leak detection plumber to detect the leak first. And that there was nothing he could do. Thanks for nothing Hugo Plumbing. Wouldn't recommend them at all.

Discovered my 25 year old water heater leaking Tuesday afternoon. Called River City Plumbing and they had a man to my house by noon the next day. and had a new water heater installed by 3:00 PM Thursday. Did everything they said they would do in the time period they said they would, which was very important because we we're leaving town that afternoon. If it ever happens again I will definitely give them a call.

Were quick to respond to call but showed no motivation to work. Showed up as if upset they had to work that day, shrugged shoulders, and quick to leave once they go their check. When called back because of concerns we had about the job they had done, the serviceman just showed and shrugged his shoulders as if to say “what the the heck do you want”. The only people who seem to at least take their job seriously are the operators who answered the phone in the beginning.
