Smith plumbing has excellent customer service and they do outstanding work. Brock worked on the gas pipe for my remodeled fireplace. Not only did he exceed the request from the fireplace contractor, he made sure safety was the firm concern during the process. Smith’s plumbing is great from the time you call to request service to the actual repair. I highly recommend!

Unquestionably endorse! There was a serious problem with the plumbing that needed fixing. Not only did they have reasonable rates, but they were also quick to respond and really helpful. While other businesses I contacted estimated a week or more before they could get to me, Louis's crew recognized the urgency of the situation and arrived within a few hours to give me a quote. Fixing and rerouting our home's interior and exterior plumbing lines was a massive undertaking. Louis, Diego, and the rest of the crew knocked it out in a single day. They performed admirably! I would strongly suggest using their services. They came out for a modest service involving our radiator and thermostat, and they were prompt, professional, and helpful. We had Mitch Wright come out to fix a major plumbing issue with cast iron pipes. However after them coming out jackhammering up the kitchen floor the back room disregarding what homeowners insurance came out with their camera and didn’t even fix half of the problem which we thought they knew what they were doing and they fixed it so we thought had a whole entire kitchen redone floors cabinets everything when they neglected to fix one of the main problems homeowners insurance had listed as an issue to be repaired they went the wrong way when fixing the pipe. Instead of going from the kitchen to the main bathroom which would’ve cost them more work they went from the kitchen to the back entrance room, so now after ten thousand of dollars worth of repairs in two months worth of our house being ripped apart and put back together only to find out that they didn’t fix the thing that they were supposed to and we still have the same issue. So now after having homeowners come out to see what is going on only to find out it was the same issue that was supposed to be fixed in the first place we had multiple crews of guys come out they didn’t arrive until late in the day and then left early in the day they did not do what they were supposed to do cutting corners just so you can get out of here quicker is not the right thing to do and it cost people thousands of extra dollars. This will not stand this is Unacceptable and will not be tolerated I hope before you use Mitch Wright plumbing heating andAir you look at other companies for your plumbing needs and probably heating and air as well because you’re probably going to end up with major issues I’m sorry but do not want you to take a one in 1000 chance that somebody’s going to Royal he ruin your house by cutting corners and not doing their job properly.

My ac went out on a Friday night and i called Tim Ferguson on a Saturday. Not only was Roger Lemons here in less than 2 hours. He was very nice, informative, timely, and professional. I would recommend the company and Roger to anyone. The price was very reasonable for a weekend call out!

Arrived on-time, explained the repair and were professional.

Easy process for making appointment. They communicated that the tech was on his way. Tech/Tripp was on time, courteous and professional. He diagnosed the issue which required adjustments but no parts or repairs. He was honest and only charged the minimum service call fee. I recommend them and will use them again.
