I was quoted a price to come to my house to analyze the problem and provide an estimate. I was specific in what test I needed to have performed (shower pan leak test) before they came out. After they performed the analysis, I was told it would cost significantly (350%) more than I was quoted on the phone and they did exactly the test I had requested and nothing more. I was then informed the original quote was just to drive to my house. I was told the extra cost was for the test that I had already said I wanted performed when I set the appointment. I would have absolutely shopped this around if I knew the quoted price $$ was just the beginning as I know I could have had it done for much less (it was a standard 20 minute test that any plumber can do). Beware - be very specific on what you agreeing to pay and what work is included. Very misleading.

Extremely expensive!

Leaky outdoor faucet. Stopped leak with washer. Explained if recurs may need replacement which would be more expensive complicated fix. Grateful for easy fix . My husband hates plumbing and I would rather pay a friendly plumber that live with cranky husband. Thank you Culpeper.
