Best Tankless Water Heater in Memphis TN

Smith's plumbing is a first class operation and my appointment couldn't have gone any smoother. Jeremy came out to repair/replace a faucet and was very informative and I actually learned a lot! Smith's is a great company, owned by an awesome guy and Jeremy was a super nice tech. It's really refreshing to hear someone talk about how much they love working for a company, and talk so good about the owner. I happen to know Dustin and I agree. One of the most giving people I know.

We have used them for about two years and signed up for there service program on our primary residence and our rental home. Over the two years we have been attempted to get upsold and been quoted higher prices and that's with the so called member discount. Every time they come out for 2x a year Hvac and 1x a year plumbing inspection I'm told I need a new something or another. Repair service calls are another nightmare. Some of the Guys are honest and good and tell you straight but most are trying to line the company's pocket with frivolous repairs. My most recent experience with them was a plumbing leak repair. I was told I needed to replace all the old piping and hot water heater in my older rental home for the hefty price of $8000 and it would take 2 days to repairs. I called another plumber and he fixed it in less than an hour for $165. To say the least we are no longer customers of Mitch Wright scamming service. I cancelled all service contracts and will happily find a new company.

These guys are my go to for not only my traditional heating and ac units, but also for my very very very ancient midtown boiler. They are super fast to respond, reasonably priced, but most importantly every tech they ve sent has been polite and extremely knowledgeable about the equipment they are working on.
