I had called Conway Plumbing to look at a leaking shower head. They wanted $2500 to rebuild it, claiming the valve wasn’t made anymore. I called Smith Plumbing for a second opinion and the plumber, German, was very professional and diligent in finding the replacement part for $40, plus labor. As an absentee landlord,a I highly value a company that works to find a reasonably priced solution and saves me money. Many thanks!

I had a appointment with the company between the hours of 11-1, so I had to take the day off work. The technician never showed up, nor was I called by the company until after 3pm.

I experienced a clogged sink issue after Thanksgiving. Four days later, after leaving messages for two plumbers I had previously hired, I had still not heard back from them. I called Anthony, the plumber, on a Sunday. They were available on Monday. The issue was resolved, the professional showed up on time, and there was constant, transparent communication throughout. After the problem was fixed, extra care was taken to keep the area neat and secure. Caleb performed admirably. strongly advise. Excellent support!

These guys are my go to for not only my traditional heating and ac units, but also for my very very very ancient midtown boiler. They are super fast to respond, reasonably priced, but most importantly every tech they ve sent has been polite and extremely knowledgeable about the equipment they are working on.
