Best Sewer Line in Memphis TN

I had a new shower head installed in my walk in shower. The new one will be easier for me to use. Your technician advised me about what I needed and recomended a product that would be safe and easy to use. I am really pleased with the new set up.

Came to house, dug up problem area. Made excuse not to finish job and told me to get another plumber to finish the job. Did just that.....problem fixed the every next day. Quick easy job and wasted a whole day with tacker.

Unquestionably endorse! There was a serious problem with the plumbing that needed fixing. Not only did they have reasonable rates, but they were also quick to respond and really helpful. While other businesses I contacted estimated a week or more before they could get to me, Louis's crew recognized the urgency of the situation and arrived within a few hours to give me a quote. Fixing and rerouting our home's interior and exterior plumbing lines was a massive undertaking. Louis, Diego, and the rest of the crew knocked it out in a single day. They performed admirably! I would strongly suggest using their services. They came out for a modest service involving our radiator and thermostat, and they were prompt, professional, and helpful. Please accept my sincere gratitude.

Very disappointed in Mitch Wright. I have called 4 times and can't get a technician to my house. Very poor customer service. I had a service contract, but it's useless

My ac went out on a Friday night and i called Tim Ferguson on a Saturday. Not only was Roger Lemons here in less than 2 hours. He was very nice, informative, timely, and professional. I would recommend the company and Roger to anyone. The price was very reasonable for a weekend call out!

If I could give them 10 stars I would. We bought a house in an older part of town with the original sewage pipes from when the house was first built. To be succinct, our sewage issue became emergent overnight, preventing us from being able to do anything that required draining (shower, toilet, washing clothes, etc.), and we did not have time to waste. After snaking and sending a camera through, the first reputable company we called was completely unable to help. That's when we called Memphis Sewer and Water, LLC. Bo answered promptly and had Greg came out to our home that afternoon. Greg and another individual spent a few hours working diligently to figure out what was wrong, as this was not a cut and dry situation. Ryan came out to confirm what needed to be done, and they fit us in as soon as they could to completely replace the entire line. Greg and Bo had the line completely replaced and dirt covered and compacted in a day. Greg and Bo were some of the most professional and kind individuals that we have worked with, and they had the best attitude, especially for what they had been dealing with all day. On top of all of this, they both kept our home as clean as possible during the fix and answered my many questions. I can't recommend this company enough!

I have been buying parts for years and never had a bad experience. Need install of toilet and they where on time and price worth every penny. I would recommend them to anyone fir all plumbing needs

Jonathan and his dad, Steve were more than willing to work with me and accommodate my needs and schedule. They were able to do things other plumbers had told me they could not do. Very pleased with the experience and outcome and will definitely call on them for any future plumbing issues. You will be hard pressed to beat the quality and price of the work they do.

The plumber with Steward Plumbing performed excellent service in
installing a new toilet and rebuilding an existing toilet I purchased in 2013. He explained every step and kept me informed. The plumber left my house very clean with all parts and tools removed. He also did a thorough inspection of all the plumbing outlets in and out of my house. I would

We had very BAD experience dealing with this company. After pressure test, they broke our water heater and provided wrong diagnosis and ask us to replace gas control valve. MLGW technician indicated to us they have put too much pressure to cause the water heater male function during pressure test. We bought gas control valve and they replaced it but the water heater is still not working. We ask them to take the part off so we can return it but THEY REFUSE TO GO BACK TO TAKE THE PART OFF. The front desk lady was super RUDE and would not give customer any chance to speak. They charged $1200 to get pressure test passed. PLEASE DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS COMPANY.
