Had issues with sewage overflow within the tub and a gurgling toilet. Thought about calling Hiller but at the last minute decided to google to look for reviews and settled on Stewart Plumbing instead. I called at 9 am and spoke to a very pleasant person who took my details and told me that although they were booked, she would try to get me in same day and if not, I would be scheduled for the next morning.

They arrived the same day, noonish. My technician, Mr. White, listened to what was wrong, and gave me three alternative estimates based on what I would be most comfortable with. The procedure I chose was to have my main pipe flushed and have a scope put in it (we have a big, mature oak tree in our front yard, so I figured that the problem had to do with roots.)

The procedure took a little over 2 hours and I got to look into the pipe to see the problem. Mr. White went back in again to cut the roots down further and then applied the rootx (which is a root killer) into the pipes to make sure that the problem wouldn't happen again in the next year and gave me a 6 month warranty to boot.

Mr. White was very personable and professional and I knew exactly what I was going to pay for the service before he did the work.

All in all, I paid $700 for the line to be flushed(and the roots cut) down to the street and a camera inserted to see what was causing the problem and where in the line it was for future reference.I have read a few reviews here about the prices but I think that you ultimately get what you pay for and Stewart Plumbing is worth every penny I paid.

We were extremely pleased with the service of Roto-Rooter. We had to call them on a weekend and they were here fixing our issue within 2 hours of the call. They were very thorough in diagnosing the problem and making sure everything was working properly before they left. We will definitely call them for any plumbing issues.

I was very pleased with the professionalism of Pressley. He arrived very receptive to any questions or concerns that I had regarding the work to be performed on my system. He was able to explain the time allotted for the service, the cost and the result of the service. He was attentive during the entire process. I will be contacting them again for my plumbing needs.

Told they would show shortly after 1pm. I called back at 3:15pm only to be told they couldn't make it until next day at 10am. They showed the next day at 10:30am after another follow up call from me. The plumber who arrived was very courteous. He unclogged two drains and gave me a quote on a toilet fix that was ungodly. Total bill was $185 to basically unclog two drains. Didn't even have to snake them. Wouldn't recommend.

Excellent customer service. I had some old bib wheels from the 80's that were broken and I didn't want to change out the entire bib although it would have been more economical to do so. I simply wanted to change out my old broken wheels / handles. I called and they advised they had some old stock. I drove across town to National Economy Plumbers and provided an old example of my broken wheel and they were able to match up 3 more. Exactly what i needed.

((Please read)) and highly not Recommend unprofessional service I do not Recommend this plumber for anybody here in Memphis when the guy show up he said he going to charge me 400$ for leaking issue I said ok fixed so he was like let schedule another day I said that's fine so he suppose to be show up on Saturday..they keep changing my schedule for (5 Times ) so they call me they was like ok since we keep canceling your schedule we going give you discount i was like thank you so AFTER 3 days guy call me we going charge you 450 !! AFTER Changing my schedule for 5 Times !!!! for 2 months
