Best Repair And Replacement in Memphis TN

I am out of town and depend on this company to address plumbing needs in a piece of property that l’s not the prettiest house on the block. Every time i have called, the service is timely and the service technician exceeds my expectations. In this case Ryan was exceptional in assessing that the tank has a slow leak which is probably the source of the pilot light going out. Smith Plumbing is not the cheapest service on the block however, i believe their prices to be fair. They are local, family owned and professionals that i believe will be there long after my warranty expires.

These folks have helped my family with several jobs - some large, some small and have always exceeded expectations. Definitely take pride in the work they do!

Gibber services came right away to help me when the pipes froze! They were so kind and knowledgeable. They gave a detailed description for my insurance company and repaired the pipe with an upgraded material. I highly recommend them.

Couldn't help with installion

I used this company to purchase a new heating system a year ago and they are very professional and very friendly. Service Experts is great about explaining any information and very easy to contact when needed. They are very punctual. Please think about using this company.

Unquestionably endorse! There was a serious problem with the plumbing that needed fixing. Not only did they have reasonable rates, but they were also quick to respond and really helpful. While other businesses I contacted estimated a week or more before they could get to me, Louis's crew recognized the urgency of the situation and arrived within a few hours to give me a quote. Fixing and rerouting our home's interior and exterior plumbing lines was a massive undertaking. Louis, Diego, and the rest of the crew knocked it out in a single day. They performed admirably! I would strongly suggest using their services. They came out for a modest service involving our radiator and thermostat, and they were prompt, professional, and helpful. Please accept my sincere gratitude.

Very nice guys and super responsive! They put in a hot water heater for us the same day we called and they were hundreds less than competitors.

This place is terrible. Call somewhere else first. I had someone come out for a minor issue, issue didn’t get fixed and still had to pay $175. The so called manager said she would send someone else out and of course they never came. When I called back, the manager was gone and no one had any idea what I was talking about. Lying to customers and making them pay for services not rendered. Go somewhere else.

Don’t be fooled, I’m pretty sure most (if not all) of the positive reviews are fake/paid. What I got was the reality, which was after giving and confirming a time to come, they never showed up and never responded to any further messages. I got completely ghosted because this isn’t a real business. Live and learn.

I called on Tim Ferguson Electric, after 5p one day when we had some exposed, live wires in some old landscaping lights located in our front flower bed, which sparked a fire. The lady who answered the phone, I think her name was Amy, was very, very nice and prompt! A technician was on site in less than 30 minutes, capped off the current and the cost totally took me by surprize! MUCH less than I thought it was going to be!! I rate Tim Ferguson a solid 100 A+!

Great place to work

Josh and Jay came today to fix some work i had her on one of my business suites and were a pleasure to work with funny, fast and reasonably priced i will use them again.

Had Stewart Plumbing Inc, replace my aging water heater . Having agreed to replace it I later contacted the technician Randy S. and more or less told him I probably wouldn't be satisfied with the agreed upon heater because of the amount of space it would take, but since he already had his truck loaded and fixing to head my way I would accept it. Later he called and said he was able to find the heater that was ideal for the limited space I had. He and his helper were very pleasant and did an excellent job of installing it. I appreciate him going out of his way to see that I would be satisfied with the installation.
