2/13- service for leaky tub: This is the 3rd time we have had Smith’s out to repair something (don’t worry it has been three separate issues). Every time we have been very pleased with the work and how friendly and knowledgeable the techs are. I asked for Ethan again because of how great he was on the previous job. He is extremely friendly and easy to work with. He explains every option available. The work is done well and always completed in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend Smith’s plumbing and specifically Ethan as your techPrevious visit for toilet removal and installation of new toilets, flanges and wax seals months ago: Ethan went above and beyond for us. He was friendly, very knowledgeable and efficient. He was able to complete the job in a timely manner even after we added a repair from an at home repair oops. This is the second job we have had Smith’s do and I would absolutely use them again and again as well as recommend them to anyone. I won’t have another person come work on our home. Don’t hesitate to give them a call.

Gibber services installed our new unit. They were so nice and did everything efficiently and effectively! They were a pleasure to work with and I would recommend them to anyone. They even have a service that they take care of the system throughout the year so I don’t have to deal with it.

Was over charged . After the 4 day job was done had a big mess here . Very unprofessional and took way to long to do the job .Very unhappy . Now have hot water in the commode. Didn't fix the other two homes as requested .Will never use again.

Came to house, dug up problem area. Made excuse not to finish job and told me to get another plumber to finish the job. Did just that.....problem fixed the every next day. Quick easy job and wasted a whole day with tacker.

Unquestionably endorse! There was a serious problem with the plumbing that needed fixing. Not only did they have reasonable rates, but they were also quick to respond and really helpful. While other businesses I contacted estimated a week or more before they could get to me, Louis's crew recognized the urgency of the situation and arrived within a few hours to give me a quote. Fixing and rerouting our home's interior and exterior plumbing lines was a massive undertaking. Louis, Diego, and the rest of the crew knocked it out in a single day. They performed admirably! I would strongly suggest using their services. They came out for a modest service involving our radiator and thermostat, and they were prompt, professional, and helpful. All Clear Techs came out to our home twice and failed to properly diagnose the plumbing issue but charged us $440. They came out a third time as a “courtesy” to unstop the sewer drain less than a week after they cleared it. During the courtesy call, we were told we needed a $2,500 repair job and they wanted to come out the same day. We called another company for a second opinion that cost another $375. We are out close to $1,000 because of the All - Clear mis - diagnosis. Finally, on the second call to our home, the Tech showed me a photo of roots that came from our drain. Well, unbeknownst to the Tech, we have cameras all over our property and DID NOT see him pull anything from the drain ON CAMERA. That could be criminal sir! We used your service in good faith and got scammed. So don’t complain when we DON’T use your small minority business! All Clear, you have to do better by your clients.

I experienced a clogged sink issue after Thanksgiving. Four days later, after leaving messages for two plumbers I had previously hired, I had still not heard back from them. I called Anthony, the plumber, on a Sunday. They were available on Monday. The issue was resolved, the professional showed up on time, and there was constant, transparent communication throughout. After the problem was fixed, extra care was taken to keep the area neat and secure. Caleb performed admirably. strongly advise. Excellent support!
