Exceptional customer service! It's really hard trusting reviews these days but I am still blown away from my experience. I called Tuesday after 4:30pm. The customer servers rep was VERY friendly & understanding. I was very panicky bc I had to cut off the main water to avoid my bathroom potentially overflooding. Within 10 mins, I received a called from my service tech, Tyler. He was exceptional. He understood the assignment! He made it out at 5:30 & repaired the issue by 6:05p all DURING a severe thunderstorm of 65 mph winds. I was expecting us to delay but Tyler was so committed. I am so amazed. You all have earned a faithful customer. Best in this business!

3G came and had my A/C system running in no time. They did a great job and were very affordable and professional.

My technician was Jacob, and he was awesome. He was on time, very polite and professional. The price was affordable, and he replaced the fan motor in my unit in 30 minutes minutes

Deceptive business practices. Asked for kitchen faucet installation and estimate on leaking basement drain. Was told that two plumbers would come if required to do the job. Since job was a simple kitchen faucet installation, only one plumber was needed. But one plumber came and along with his very inexperienced apprentice. They charged $80 per hour for each for over five hours. Plumber was competent and polite, but left house with faucet failing to shut off properly and without giving estimate. I called the office about 10 times asking for assistance with persistent leaking faucet and for the promised estimate on basement drain. Receptionist was invariably polite, but the return call she promised multiple times from the manager never came. We finally had to call another plumber to fix the faucet and the basement drain. Exorbitant prices. Terrible value. Horrible customer service. Very disappointing.

A tech from Mitch Wright came to my home last Friday before Independence Day Holiday. He stated I needed a part and it would be at the quickest Tuesday before it came. Tuesday they called and said they could schedule me for that Thursday. I waited around home all day until I called about 3:20. The lady said she said us scheduled but would need to call me back to see exactly what was going on. At this point I’m getting irritated, I’ve been without hot water for 3 weeks and I just knew she was about to make me wait, again. She calls back and says they had been talking to the previous owner of my home and he wasn’t answering. Well I guess I wouldn’t either of I moved out of town. 🤦🏾‍♀️ She then says the earliest she can get me “scheduled” for someone to come take a look would be on Monday. 🙄 I asked what was the name of the part so I could see if I could get it from somewhere else. “I have no idea.” I asked her, so you was going to have someone come without the part?? “ we’ll I don’t guess so.” Long story short, I have to wait the rest of today to Monday for someone to “come back.” If I could do 0 stars I would.

I called on Tim Ferguson Electric, after 5p one day when we had some exposed, live wires in some old landscaping lights located in our front flower bed, which sparked a fire. The lady who answered the phone, I think her name was Amy, was very, very nice and prompt! A technician was on site in less than 30 minutes, capped off the current and the cost totally took me by surprize! MUCH less than I thought it was going to be!! I rate Tim Ferguson a solid 100 A+!

I needed to replace an AC unit and decided on this company. Everything was done as expected, and I'm very satisfied.

Were quick to respond to call but showed no motivation to work. Showed up as if upset they had to work that day, shrugged shoulders, and quick to leave once they go their check. When called back because of concerns we had about the job they had done, the serviceman just showed and shrugged his shoulders as if to say “what the the heck do you want”. The only people who seem to at least take their job seriously are the operators who answered the phone in the beginning.
