John, Danny, and Dane, went above and beyond with their customer service and work they did. It was hot and tough work and they not once didn’t have a smile on their faces. They ran into some crazy issues with our pipes and they kept me up to date on what was being done, in addition to working until there was temporary fix for us to have water, till they could come back and do the permanent fix. They were extremely friendly and personable and knew exactly what they were talking about and doing when working on our pipes. I cannot rave about these three enough, as a bonus my pup was pretty pleased with them too! I don’t know who I need to speak to but these men deserve a raise! I highly recommend This company!!

If you are looking for good plumbers keep right on looking past this outfit......I called Tacker Plumbing to get an estimate on installing a toilet in my house in Marion, Arkansas. I talked to Christie and she quoted the labor on the job at $258 plus $170 for the toilet for a total of $428.00. She explained that they could be there the next day which should have sounded an alarm as most reputable plumbers are usually book a few days in advance.
We set up a time and before they dispatched the professionals and I use that term loosely, and we spoke again and I let her know that i had already removed the toilet. I told her that they might have to shim the toilet up and she quoted $18 dollars for that and then said they may need a new flange for $40 extra dollars then proceeded to tell me that the grand total was $600 for installation. I asked why the estimate had increased so much and reminded her I had already removed the toilet and put it on the street. I pulled my back in the process and told them my wife said let the professionals handle it. I did not know they were gonna jack up the rate so much. She said that because I inquired about the rate increase the guys decided to ditch the job. I am guessing since it was labor day they had bigger fish to fry.
I did need the job and told her to ask them to come and if it did cost more and the time required was indeed 2 hrs that I would pay it. I just did not understand the increase in labor when I had already removed the toilet before injuring my back. I guess my inquiry was an insult to them but where I am from there is no such thing as a dumb question when you are paying a contractor. I said perhaps they could come by and look and they said no that they turned down the job sight unseen which spoke volumes to me being a businessman. I do not know if they ditched the job because of the sudden price fluctuation, the inability to deal with the public or maybe they just questioned they're ability to do the job. Regardless, I schedule with another guy named Holloway, a Christian guy who has dealt with me twice in the past honestly and priced well for the provided services. As I said he is booked way ahead as are most good plumber and I need it done today. I dealt with Tacker plumbing once before and they rotor rooted my moms sewer line on top of her house 4 months ago and charged $275 which I thought was a bit high but they did the job and the line still gurgles after a good load of clothes running on the spin cycle. New customers beware of this company. They say one thing and bill another and ditch you if that is not okay on they spend your money. Steer clear!

Couldn't help with installion

They left the kitchen faucet worse than it was when they came out finally (after standing me up for the first appointment). Now are telling me they are going to charge me for another visit for fixing something they made worse. They didn't tighten down the disposal so water went everywhere which I fixed myself, but the sink still leaks (worse than before) and shoots water out of the top of the faucet when you move the over tightened neck/stem which is a new issue. I recommend not using them as they do not stand behind their work and are uncommunicative - tell me they will call me back but do not.

Deceptive business practices. Asked for kitchen faucet installation and estimate on leaking basement drain. Was told that two plumbers would come if required to do the job. Since job was a simple kitchen faucet installation, only one plumber was needed. But one plumber came and along with his very inexperienced apprentice. They charged $80 per hour for each for over five hours. Plumber was competent and polite, but left house with faucet failing to shut off properly and without giving estimate. I called the office about 10 times asking for assistance with persistent leaking faucet and for the promised estimate on basement drain. Receptionist was invariably polite, but the return call she promised multiple times from the manager never came. We finally had to call another plumber to fix the faucet and the basement drain. Exorbitant prices. Terrible value. Horrible customer service. Very disappointing.

Don’t be fooled, I’m pretty sure most (if not all) of the positive reviews are fake/paid. What I got was the reality, which was after giving and confirming a time to come, they never showed up and never responded to any further messages. I got completely ghosted because this isn’t a real business. Live and learn.

Three tech visits and still the refrigerator is not fixed.

Unquestionably endorse! There was a serious problem with the plumbing that needed fixing. Not only did they have reasonable rates, but they were also quick to respond and really helpful. While other businesses I contacted estimated a week or more before they could get to me, Louis's crew recognized the urgency of the situation and arrived within a few hours to give me a quote. Fixing and rerouting our home's interior and exterior plumbing lines was a massive undertaking. Louis, Diego, and the rest of the crew knocked it out in a single day. They performed admirably! I would strongly suggest using their services. They came out for a modest service involving our radiator and thermostat, and they were prompt, professional, and helpful. Please accept my sincere gratitude.

Ellis came out today on a Sunday. He was great. Cleaned my hvac unit right before it started to rain. Very pleased with his attitude, giving me information on my unit and how fast he got it done. My unit was very dirty. He got it cleaned. He's an asset to this company.

I needed a toilet installed. I purchased the toilet myself. I called Tim Ferguson because of their rating on line. He quoted me $580.00. It came to a total of $614.00! He was there less than two hours. They even charged me the one time trip fee. And on top of it all he tried to get me to buy a membership for my next discounted visit. Seriously? We discussed putting in a new shower. Not at those prices. Can't afford it.

My kitchen sink had a slow drain. And every time I ran my dishwasher water will fill in both sides of my sink and it took several hours for the water to drain completely out of the sink. I called two other commercial plumbers, they came out ran a snake through my kitchen sink but the problem did not get fixed. Decided to search Google for plumbers and River City Plumbing was three of the ones I called. I went with River City because they called me back right away. They came out (Josh and Alden) and fixed the problem. So if you ever need a plumber, don't call Greenway don't call Conway call River City Plumbing. You'll be glad you did!
