Chris and Dan (spelling??), are top not plumbers. Smith Plumbing did it right when they hired these guys. The entire staff was polite and they were there when they said they would be. We would definitely use there services again if needed!! 5 stars and 2 thumbs up for Smith Plumbing and their staff!!

My husband discovered a leak between the water meter and our yard that we thought had been repaired. Was over charged . After the 4 day job was done had a big mess here . Very unprofessional and took way to long to do the job .Very unhappy . Now have hot water in the commode. Didn't fix the other two homes as requested .Will never use again.

If you are looking for good plumbers keep right on looking past this outfit......I called Tacker Plumbing to get an estimate on installing a toilet in my house in Marion, Arkansas. I talked to Christie and she quoted the labor on the job at $258 plus $170 for the toilet for a total of $428.00. She explained that they could be there the next day which should have sounded an alarm as most reputable plumbers are usually book a few days in advance.
We set up a time and before they dispatched the professionals and I use that term loosely, and we spoke again and I let her know that i had already removed the toilet. I told her that they might have to shim the toilet up and she quoted $18 dollars for that and then said they may need a new flange for $40 extra dollars then proceeded to tell me that the grand total was $600 for installation. I asked why the estimate had increased so much and reminded her I had already removed the toilet and put it on the street. I pulled my back in the process and told them my wife said let the professionals handle it. I did not know they were gonna jack up the rate so much. She said that because I inquired about the rate increase the guys decided to ditch the job. I am guessing since it was labor day they had bigger fish to fry.
I did need the job and told her to ask them to come and if it did cost more and the time required was indeed 2 hrs that I would pay it. I just did not understand the increase in labor when I had already removed the toilet before injuring my back. I guess my inquiry was an insult to them but where I am from there is no such thing as a dumb question when you are paying a contractor. I said perhaps they could come by and look and they said no that they turned down the job sight unseen which spoke volumes to me being a businessman. I do not know if they ditched the job because of the sudden price fluctuation, the inability to deal with the public or maybe they just questioned they're ability to do the job. Regardless, I schedule with another guy named Holloway, a Christian guy who has dealt with me twice in the past honestly and priced well for the provided services. As I said he is booked way ahead as are most good plumber and I need it done today. I dealt with Tacker plumbing once before and they rotor rooted my moms sewer line on top of her house 4 months ago and charged $275 which I thought was a bit high but they did the job and the line still gurgles after a good load of clothes running on the spin cycle. New customers beware of this company. They say one thing and bill another and ditch you if that is not okay on they spend your money. Steer clear!

Unquestionably endorse! There was a serious problem with the plumbing that needed fixing. Not only did they have reasonable rates, but they were also quick to respond and really helpful. While other businesses I contacted estimated a week or more before they could get to me, Louis's crew recognized the urgency of the situation and arrived within a few hours to give me a quote. Fixing and rerouting our home's interior and exterior plumbing lines was a massive undertaking. Louis, Diego, and the rest of the crew knocked it out in a single day. They performed admirably! I would strongly suggest using their services. They came out for a modest service involving our radiator and thermostat, and they were prompt, professional, and helpful. I experienced a clogged sink issue after Thanksgiving. Four days later, after leaving messages for two plumbers I had previously hired, I had still not heard back from them. I called Anthony, the plumber, on a Sunday. They were available on Monday. The issue was resolved, the professional showed up on time, and there was constant, transparent communication throughout. After the problem was fixed, extra care was taken to keep the area neat and secure. Caleb performed admirably. strongly advise. Excellent support!

Randy and his helper, Jason, were here to replace a recirculation pump. They were both very professional. Randy explained the work they had completed and even took pictures of the old pump in case I needed them for insurance purposes. I felt comfortable having them in my home.

The actual bill ended up being less than his original estimate because what we originally thought was a leak under the slab turned out to be a less expensive answer to our problem.
