Best Leaky Faucet in Memphis TN

Smith’s technician went above and beyond. He not only did a great, thorough job repairing a broken pipe, replacing the original sub-par materials and updating the not well thought out design, but also left the area -- a muddy patch in our backyard -- tidy and ready to be replanted. AND he showed up exactly when you said he would!!! Completely satisfied and impressed and will definitely use Smith's Plumbing again.

Deceptive business practices. Asked for kitchen faucet installation and estimate on leaking basement drain. Was told that two plumbers would come if required to do the job. Since job was a simple kitchen faucet installation, only one plumber was needed. But one plumber came and along with his very inexperienced apprentice. They charged $80 per hour for each for over five hours. Plumber was competent and polite, but left house with faucet failing to shut off properly and without giving estimate. I called the office about 10 times asking for assistance with persistent leaking faucet and for the promised estimate on basement drain. Receptionist was invariably polite, but the return call she promised multiple times from the manager never came. We finally had to call another plumber to fix the faucet and the basement drain. Exorbitant prices. Terrible value. Horrible customer service. Very disappointing.

I called Stewart Plumbing when my two bathroom sinks became clogged and my warranty company gave me the option to do a reimbursement. Jaime came to diagnose the state of my clogged sinks and was very professional and service oriented. He was sure to ask if I had any questions and provided space for me to ask those questions. He patiently worked with my warranty company and me to make sure we were good to go. He was incredibly thorough and the sinks drain better than they ever have! I’m very thankful I went with Stewart Plumbing!

Roto-Rooter's Ami did a great job fixing our laundry line. The response time was quick. Ami was very friendly and informative. While snaking our laundry line, some dirt was splashed on the door outside. When I returned, he was Windex-ing the windows to remove the grime. Really awesome how he went the extra mile! I will use them again!

Super awesome! Got me on the schedule quickly, removed my old grill, installed the new one, and cost was very reasonable!

At 9:00 p.m.Thursday night I noticed water backing up in our bathtub, and my husband and I knew we had to get something done quickly. We have used Roto-Rooter in the past and was very pleased. My husband made the phone call and was told that the technician was on another job , but he would get to us in about 2 hours. Sure enough we got a phone call from the technician around 11:00 p.m. that he was on his way. I fell asleep and my husband woke me up to tell me that our problem had been fixed! Thanks Roto-Rooter for your timely response and professionalism!!

On a scale of 1-5, they are a 10. We had a massive water leak (600,000+ gallons or 17 swimming pool refills on a 40,000 gallon pool) in 7 days! Yep! Within minutes they knew it was a flapper valve. And they were the nicest, kindest people, felt like I’d known them forever! They now are my “go to plumber”!

They sent out two gentlemen the day after I called about a leak. The guys were very friendly and helpful. They ended up fixing 3 different leaks very efficiently and reasonably. The serviceman, Troy, was great! I will use this company again.
