Ethan went above and beyond to explain what he was going to do and how it should correct some hot water issues I had with my tankless water heater. Even explained how the shower head might be causing some issues and showed me how it was clogged and needing replacement. Very satisfied with his thoroughness. Would definitely use again.

Deceptive business practices. Asked for kitchen faucet installation and estimate on leaking basement drain. Was told that two plumbers would come if required to do the job. Since job was a simple kitchen faucet installation, only one plumber was needed. But one plumber came and along with his very inexperienced apprentice. They charged $80 per hour for each for over five hours. Plumber was competent and polite, but left house with faucet failing to shut off properly and without giving estimate. I called the office about 10 times asking for assistance with persistent leaking faucet and for the promised estimate on basement drain. Receptionist was invariably polite, but the return call she promised multiple times from the manager never came. We finally had to call another plumber to fix the faucet and the basement drain. Exorbitant prices. Terrible value. Horrible customer service. Very disappointing.

This family owned business is incredible at helping me feel important as their customer. Emergency situation was handled quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend!

Michael did a great job fixing our issue. He identified our problem and gave us a quote before he did any further work. He also gave us useful information about the plumbing in our house.

Don’t be fooled, I’m pretty sure most (if not all) of the positive reviews are fake/paid. What I got was the reality, which was after giving and confirming a time to come, they never showed up and never responded to any further messages. I got completely ghosted because this isn’t a real business. Live and learn.

Jeremy was great. Came on a Sunday night right after he got back from vacation. Was knowledgeable and went over all ways to correct problem. and set up a return visit to check other things that could cause problems down the road! Very pleased

I want to personally thank Kelly Fortner at Tim Ferguson Plumbing Air and Electric in the Memphis TN area for stopping and changing my flat tire. I had been sitting on I-40 of over a hour waiting on roadside assistance when he pulled up and offered his help!! We need more people like this!!

If I could give them 10 stars I would. We bought a house in an older part of town with the original sewage pipes from when the house was first built. To be succinct, our sewage issue became emergent overnight, preventing us from being able to do anything that required draining (shower, toilet, washing clothes, etc.), and we did not have time to waste. After snaking and sending a camera through, the first reputable company we called was completely unable to help. That's when we called Memphis Sewer and Water, LLC. Bo answered promptly and had Greg came out to our home that afternoon. Greg and another individual spent a few hours working diligently to figure out what was wrong, as this was not a cut and dry situation. Ryan came out to confirm what needed to be done, and they fit us in as soon as they could to completely replace the entire line. Greg and Bo had the line completely replaced and dirt covered and compacted in a day. Greg and Bo were some of the most professional and kind individuals that we have worked with, and they had the best attitude, especially for what they had been dealing with all day. On top of all of this, they both kept our home as clean as possible during the fix and answered my many questions. I can't recommend this company enough!

I have used Hugo Plumbing several times over the last 5 years, they are a professional operations , that I have referred to others. We are all satisfied with their work and prices.

Would highly recommend. They were very friendly and helpful. Quoted a price and even when job was more tedious then they thought they stuck with the price. Also offered some information on main water turn off valve and offered advice on some old equipment that was in basement and way to get rid of it. Servicemen Josh Blankenship and his partner were amazing.

Was over charged . After the 4 day job was done had a big mess here . Very unprofessional and took way to long to do the job .Very unhappy . Now have hot water in the commode. Didn't fix the other two homes as requested .Will never use again.
