I had a appointment with the company between the hours of 11-1, so I had to take the day off work. The technician never showed up, nor was I called by the company until after 3pm.

Very nice guys and super responsive! They put in a hot water heater for us the same day we called and they were hundreds less than competitors.

I really appreciated the professionalism and care shown in checking out all the possible causes of my problem.
