I had a leak in my slab that River City worked on addressing. Everyone I dealt with was great to work with, and they made a stressful, not fun time, good. They did great work, whether it was identifying the issue with a camera in the pipe, digging up the concrete slab to make the repair, as well as putting it back in. They were flexible, allowing me to bring an electrician in to add some wiring while the hole was dug up and didn't miss a beat. Would definitely recommend them in the future for whatever your plumbing needs may be.

Deceptive business practices. Asked for kitchen faucet installation and estimate on leaking basement drain. Was told that two plumbers would come if required to do the job. Since job was a simple kitchen faucet installation, only one plumber was needed. But one plumber came and along with his very inexperienced apprentice. They charged $80 per hour for each for over five hours. Plumber was competent and polite, but left house with faucet failing to shut off properly and without giving estimate. I called the office about 10 times asking for assistance with persistent leaking faucet and for the promised estimate on basement drain. Receptionist was invariably polite, but the return call she promised multiple times from the manager never came. We finally had to call another plumber to fix the faucet and the basement drain. Exorbitant prices. Terrible value. Horrible customer service. Very disappointing.

Michael Gray and Shane diagnosed problem and on 2nd day replaced a faulty gas control valve on our water heater. Both men were very professional and did an excellent job repairing our hot water heater. Stewart Plumbing immediately put us on their job list when we called with a problem. We recommend them and their VIP Service!

This is my second time using Handyman Services and the quality of his work is out of this world. He's punctual, precise and very neat when working. He has a beautiful personality and always explains his work beforehand. Absolutely no surprises. I promise you won't be disappointed. I will definitely use him again! I simply cannot say enough to show my happiness and appreciation 🤗

Brandon and another technician came to my home to repair my tub. They were very unprofessional playing loud music and sitting in the work van for over half an hour. They came to repair my tub replace the drain gasket and clear the drain. I paid 325.00 dollars for this service. After they left I took a shower and the tub still did not drain. When I called back, they said they would send someone out. When he came out he said it would be another 125.00 to clear the drain they fixed the day before. When I called the office back Glen told me to find another Plummer and hung up on me. This is the most unprofessional, rude, rip off in town. BEWARE!!!!!
